The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely gorgeous and the host is one of the kindest people we’ve encountered during our travels. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Awesome Place

This was very last minute but it turned out to be the best vacation. The villa location was the best, views were incredible and the owner and staff were most helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

We are still dreaming of our stay in PV @ Stephen’s beautiful well appointed home! It was exactly what we were looking for! The outside patio looking over the Pacific Ocean was magical! Everything was walkable, shops, wonderful restaurants & the beach. We often walked down & then would catch a taxi back up the hill. It was everything & more! We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay with Steven very much. His property manager, Sylvia, made everything effortless. The terrace has a wonderful view of the bay and the hot tub was great. We definitely would stay again.

Great place in PV

We enjoyed the unit very much. Great view and has everything one would need. Location is good but keep in mind it is a hike back up from town and with the humidity we were soaked with sweat every time we walked back. But at least you burn off some tacos.. Would definitely stay again should we be back.

Fantastic hillside villa

We had a great time staying at Steven's place in Pto. Vallarta. Close enough to the action to walk down each day, but with all the amenities it was a great place to just hang out by the pool or in the hot tub on the patio. Enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning. Checkin was easy and well facilitated. Highly recommend.

Great place with amazing deck and view

What a great place. Well maintained with all the comforts of home. The deck is amazing with great furniture and a working hot tub. The unit was filled with local art that really made us feel at home. It is on a hill that is a bit of a tough walk, but cabs and ubers are readily available for around $3 to $5 if you don’t feel like walking. I highly recommend this place.

A True Gem

My wife and I spent two weeks at this PV condo and really enjoyed it. The views from the patio are truly stunning. A perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt peaceful and private. The location made it easy to get to the beach restaurants and shops. Some people have commented about the trek up the hill from the beaches, but for us we looked at it as a way to get our steps in for the day. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable home base with some of the best views in town. We'd definitely come back.

Best stay!

Linda Loma Villa is such a beautiful place to stay. From a single couple to a family with children this is a great location to stay in while visiting Puerto Vallarta! We had an awesome time with our children. The pool is a great amenity keeps the kids entertained while you want to have a nice relaxing day in. Everything is within walking distance the Malecón, beach, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this place to family and friends! Thank You!

What a view!

Wonderful stay in Amapas. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed. We loved the pool and the veranda! Just up the hill from the Zona Romantica where all the restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Definitely recommend! Be advised that the hill is very steep which was fine for us but if you are not in shape, you can uber or take a taxi everywhere. Stephen was great as our host! Muchas Gracias para todo.

You'll Love This

This is a wonderful unit. Comfortable beds and beautiful tile floors. Plenty of space. Quiet. The view is spectacular. Watching the sunset every evening was a trip highlight. Loved the jacuzzi right on the private balcony. The two shared swimming pools were nice as well. I really enjoyed my time in PV and I'm so glad I settled on this condo.

Never get tired of the view

We had a great week in PV. The views from this balcony are stunning. We could see whales frolicking. The sunsets were breathtaking and the mornings very relaxing. It’s a climb but the location is really central. We always found an excuse to hop in a cab on the way back to avoid the walk but the cabs are relatively inexpensive. It was quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The pool was lovely. Highly recommend.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay at Villa Loma Linda. The condo has everything you need. We appreciated the fresh water provided. No need to buy bottled water. We spent most of our time on the spacious terrace with beautiful views and hot tub! The condo is a short walk to beach, great restaurants, bars, gym, market. If you don't feel like walking up the hill on the way back, it's an inexpensive taxi ride. If you don't want to go to the beach, the pool is amazing! Stephen the owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved Silvia, the property manager and all of the staff working there were very nice. We highly recommend this place and will try and book again on our next trip.

Beautiful accommodations and great services

Owner Stephen and manager Silvia could not be more helpful. Stephen provided countless and timely suggestions to my numerous requests for info, being our first visit to PV. Accommodations were as described: a spacious and well appointed condo with a beautiful deck overlooking the Romantic Zone and water. Great to just hang out, sit in the outdoor tub, and watch the sunsets. The beach and great restaurants are a short walk away and the water taxis at the beach dock will take you just about anywhere. The only item to consider is that if you're not in good shape to walk up the hill back from the beach, be prepared to use a taxi or Uber. Otherwise an overall wonderful stay. Thanks to Stephen and Silvia for all of your hospitality!

Another amazing stay

We stayed 11/3-11/13 2022….This is our second stay at this Loma Linda condo. We are very busy people with very stressful jobs. This condo is exactly what we need to unwind and escape, yet it is close to all the desired attractions we want. The beach, restaurants, the Malicon, Los Muartos beach and shopping are all within a short walking distance. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The patio in itself is worth the rental alone. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the views are amazing. I hesitate to say how much we absolutely love this place. I don’t want to miss out on renting it in the future. Stephen the host is very attentive. Amazing!!!

Fantastic! Exceptional Access to Romantic Zone!

Wonderful villa near the top of Villa Loma Linda. The property was exactly as described and very spacious. It is a 5-8 minute walk downhill into the romantic zone and a few more minutes to the Malecon. $4 taxi ride from the plaza back up to the property. We enjoyed both pools on the property and the private hot tub on our patio (it was very hot while we were there so it functioned as a dipping pool!) We sat on the patio in the late afternoon and evening watching squalls move over the bay - an absolutely spectacular view of what seemed like the entire bay! Kudo's to the owner and property manager for great response and communication. We had a minor issue with the door lock on the day we arrived and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Absolutely no other issues!
