The unit was really very lovely, super clean, and nicely furnished, with the exception of the bedroom air conditioner not working super well. The wrap around balcony is great, and the views and open feeling with the sliding glass doors open is wonderful. There is considerable "street noise" in this location, and the condo building is located at a major intersection in Zona Romantica. The unit has a terrific white noise machine in the bedroom which made sleeping go much more easily. This condo building is in the heart of the Zona Romantica, which is terrific for easy walking access to tons of things; however, it one were looking for tranquility, he should probably consider a different location. The condo building is in very good condition and the staff is really terrific. A couple downsides to the condo building: hot tubs are lukewarm at best, and the gym area sadly does not open until 8AM. The gym is typical of what one might see in a condo/hotel setting, but if one is an early riser, an early workout is out of the question.

Perfect location for the things we wanted to do. Nice complex. We expected to hear loud music being closer to some of the bars, but it was not an issue at all. Very clean with nice amenities. The only thing we wished we had was a beach bag that we could use to go to the beach. We made due though and had a great time!

Another great stay at the Pavilion

This was our second time at this property. We love the location, which was perfect for PV Pride. And the unit is just one floor below the rooftop pool area, which we enjoyed every day of our stay. The unit and building are well maintained, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay! Pre-arrival communication was excellent, and the check in was smooth with super friendly building staff. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a week’s holiday. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Love this property

I came here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. We love this condo, as it’s our second time staying here. The entire staff is awesome! They have a dedicated property manager that is easy to contact for any issues or questions. The place is clean and has the best wraparound balcony. The locations is in the middle of the Zona Romantica and the bar around are great! My boyfriend and I could walk around the area holding hands and were never made to feel uncomfortable. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!

This condo has it all: beautifully decorated, very well appointed, super wrap-around balcony in a great location. And Elisa, manager, made it a five-star stay! (Condo would be impossible to book if it weren’t for nearby loud nightclubs. But with ear plugs, it’s perfect for the urban beach vacationer!)

Good building, Disappointing unit. Don’t recommend.

Summary: good newer construction building in heart of Zona Romantica with all the amenities: security, pools, spas, gym. But very disappointing unit. Not a single piece of furniture, except the bed, was comfortable. Not acceptable for an extended stay like ours. We have been going to PV every year for a couple weeks for many years. Always staying in the Selva Romantica condos until recently when we no longer wanted to deal with the hill and all the stairs. We’re now looking for a condo to rent every year. This is definitely not it. We spend our days at the beach or wandering around town, never at the pool. We can lounge around the pool at home. Creature comforts in the condo are therefore important. This condo has none. As mentioned, there isn’t a single piece of furniture besides the bed that’s comfortable. To watch TV without straining your neck, you have to lay on the couch. It’s only big enough for one person. The condo barely accommodates two persons. There’s no way 3-4 can possibly coexist in this condo. There were other disappointments but the furniture was the deal breaker for us.

I stayed for four nights with my boyfriend. The ease of checking in, to the beautiful grounds, and the condo was perfect. The view is amazing and the balcony is second to none! We will definitely be back!!!

Warm Vacation

The property was just as we expected. We have been to PV two times over the past 2 yrs and we knew the neighborhood we wanted to explore. This place was perfect for walking and visiting the beach. The pools provided an easy place to enjoy the sun. The condo provided great views of the city and the night life. Property manager was very helpful and responded to questions in a timely matter. Setting up transportation to and from the airport was super efficient and avoided the chaos around the airport.

Great location, pool, and reception staff

This is one of the best locations we have had in 5 years. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed this 7th floor condo a lot. The condo itself feels Mexican due to the excellent decor but the kitchen, baths, and bedroom are equipped with modern conveniences. Little touches like labeled light switches, multiple hooks where you really need them, and clear directions for kitchen and laundry appliances add to the ease of living here. Gorgeous pool towels! Neighborhood noise is easily controlled by closing all the doors. The lovely breeze through the unit meant we seldom needed AC. The bed is extremely comfortable, but the living room furniture and bar stools were uncomfortable for us. You won't find a better pool, location, or staff anywhere! We would return to the Pavilion for sure!

Incredible Stay

This property is everything it says in the add. It had everything that you need to prepare meals, extra pillows and bedding, and all the necessities of home. It was clean and comfortable and would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in Puerto Vallarta. It is a bit noisy at nights, but we knew that coming in and had no issues with it. Troy

Piece of paradise

In every way the concierge was very helpful. She sorted out a minor problem with no hot water. Found an English speaking driver to accompany me to a new grocery store. Most importantly facilitated getting a Covid test.

More gorgeous than in pics, amazing service, but check location

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Amazing view. So well equipped that I couldn't think of anything else I needed. Spotlessly clean. Super easy check-in with a professional and cheerful representative. Central location and you can walk to everywhere. As other visitors have said, this IS central, meaning it's one block from several clubs so just be aware that the music goes on until about 2/3am on the weekends. I knew it prior to my visit, so it wasn't an issue. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and views

We just returned from a 9 night stay at this beautiful property located right in the Romantic Zone. The condo has everything you will need for your stay. All comforts of home including washing machine and dryer in unit. Very large corner balcony with incredible views of Puerto Vallarta. Check in and out was very easy and communication with property manager was very simple. The only thing that we did not care for was the very loud noise coming from the new night club across the street. While this has nothing to do with the lovely property, it can be a distraction in the evening when wanting to watch TV, relax or sleep. Bring earplugs and you should be fine. It's one of the issues to remember when staying right in the middle of everything.
