Great Property and Experience.

This is a very impressive condo which I would highly recommend. The check-in process is detailed and quite helpful. The condo itself is in a great location with the beach and many restaurants easily accessible. The condo has very nice furnishings and it is fully supplied. We plan to return.

Amazing Property in an Amazing Location

We knew the area and specifically wanted to stay at this property and in this unit. It did not dissapoint. The property was amazing with views on three sides (west, north, and east). It has every amenity and porches on both sides. The pool area was fantastic and the location was perfect (which we knew). So a total 5 out of 5 on the property - you WONT find a better place in Zona Romantica. Also a word about the management company, Casa Hill. They were also AMAZING. Kash was super communicative leading up to and during our stay, Alex met us at the property for check in and took care of a couple things during the stay. And Jonathan met us at check out just to make sure everything was great. I also give a 5 out of 5 to Casa Hill - wonderful job!

Fantastic property - Exactly as advertised

We come to PV every New Years and stay in a different property every year. This was, by far, our favorite place to stay. The unit itself is exactly as it appears on the listing and really is the perfect layout. The open living concept with the sliding doors to the expansive balcony are perfect for enjoying quiet mornings and relaxing evenings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each had nice bathrooms. Having additional balconies off of each bedroom and lots of windows giving almost a 360 degree view was awesome. The rooftop pool was fantastic and having a bar with a bartender every day was a great touch we haven't had before. A great feature is that if you want to go to the beach you can exit through the lobby. If you want to go to town you go all the way down to bottom floor and can be in the middle of things in 2 minutes. The only complaints I have, which are minor, are that unbelievably slow elevator, the hot tub is CRAZY hot, and the gym could have a couple more pieces of equipment. Again, not a big deal. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing unit!

Where to begin? The condo is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, modern, quiet and luxurious. The view of the entire bay upfront and hills from the back offers the best combination. Pool is very relaxing and afternoon bar was convenient to get yummy drinks. All restaurants and bars are less than 5 mins away. Elevator was slow but when in hurry you could take the stairs so no issues. This is not directly via vrbo booking but the management company was very responsive and helpful so we would book with them again. Thank you !!!

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views and Perfect Location

This property is the perfect escape to PV. The condo is decorated effortless with style and comfort. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and features firepits, hot tub and a bar. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Beautiful views, fun neighborhood

We came to Sail View as a group to celebrate a birthday, with couples staying in various condos in the complex. We all enjoyed our stay, especially the views and the modern amenities. The rooftop pool is a definite bonus. There are tons of great restaurants and nightlife within blocks, and the beach is a very short walk away.

Fantastic condo in equally terrific neighborh

Every about this apartment was first class from the view and layout to the comfortable furnishings and amenities. Highly recommend staying here and we'll hope to return to this place on our next visit to PVR. Definitely a five-star experience!

Beautiful condo best location

We’ve been to puerto Vallarta a few times But this was my favorite place we’ve stayed. Location is central to everything. Views are amazing, condo is very well equipped and managed extremely well! Already looking forward to coming back here!

Amazing Views

This was our 2nd stay in the 105 Sailview . It is a beautiful building, perfectly situated a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. The rooftop Infinity pool area is never crowded and gives you a 360 degree view of PV and the Bay as well as South to the Mountains. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making recommendations, getting cars and taxis for you. Our unit was outstanding - even better than the pics if that is possible. It was beautifully furnished, fully equipped with very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The Mgmt company responded very quickly to any questions or request. We would highly recommend it and will definately go back!.
