Unbeatable Location and beautiful Condo

Condo is spacious and is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The grounds and the pool are lovely, the location is unbeatable, the marina has always been our favorite area of PV. Alma was amazing to deal with. The deck was amazing and the gardens beautiful. Water pressure in the showers was amazing! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

You will love your stay here!

Villa Marina was the perfect home for us in PV. It is comfortable, well-appointed, offers amazing sunrise views and gives access to the entire city and beyond. The balcony is such a wonderful outdoor space. The ac units kept us cool. The filtered water is such an asset. Thanks you for hosting us!

this is a great property in a great location. easy check in and alma is great. the deck is the best part of the condo, stayed out there a lot as it is simply beautiful.

Amazing location, space and place!

Louise’s home is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures! With a view of the marina, huge warm pool, walking distance to great restaurants and amenities, quick uber ride from the airport and a very safe community. We stayed with 3 young kids and had a blast. Thank you for quick communication and helpful tips! Would recommend easily.

Fabulous Location & Condo

My husband and I have stayed at this condo several times. It is our favorite place to stay at the marina! The condo is equipped with everything you might need. There are many places to shop, eat, and drink just a few steps away. We will continue to return to this property.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Louise's Puerto Vallarta condo. It was clean, spacious, beautifully laid out and right on top of the vibrant Marina scene. There were restaurants just downstairs and standing at the beautiful balcony, we could take in the music and scenes of the Marina. Thank you, Louise, for a lovely stay!

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay was amazing! The unit was absolutely perfect in every way. Extremely clean, well laid out and decorated tastefully. It would be impossible to get a better location and view as well. Book this unit without hesitation and thank me later

Excellent apartment and location

This apartment was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's in a great location, in the heart of the marina, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The best feature was the wrap-around terrace, which is quite large. We had complete privacy out there and could have meals at the large table, or relax in the lounge chairs. The terrace really made the whole apartment experience quite special.

Perfect stay in paradise

The unit was absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect from the amazing location, huge wraparound deck and fantastic view of the marina waterfront. Pool was beautiful and felt very secure with 24 hour security staff. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and an easy Uber to Walmart, Costco and the Malecon We would 100% recommend this amazing place!

Great Location very nice place

The place was very nice and clean. Location above the marina was fantastic. Only issue is it says 5 minute walk from the beach. The only public beach access we could find was 10 minutes by car. We still would stay again. Thanks

Beautiful and comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay at Colony Marina. The home is immaculate and had more than everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and I am picky! The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is fabulous. I have stayed in the Marina area many times, and this is my favorite location. Right in the middle of everything. The staff treats you like family. I absolutely loved my stay there and would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Spacious apartment at the center of Marina Puerto Vallarta

We had a great time at the marina in Puerto Vallarta, at Louise and Mark place. The swimming pool is great for a family, the appartement spacious and very well situated right on the harbor which brings new things every day (fish to observe, iguanas, cocodrilos; the night market midweek, buses to go to the center right next door). The big outdoor patio is a plus to eat outside, observe the hustle and bustle or catch shade or sun amid a tropical setting. Thank you!

Relaxing Get Away

This property is just as advertised, and my wife and I felt at home for our 23-day stay. We have rented many places through VRBO, but this was by far the best. The location is perfect, with easy walks to groceries, restaurants, coffee, and treats. The deck might be the focal point of the condo, as you can always find sun or shade, and people-watching is excellent from one floor up. Everything in the condo is high-end, starting in the kitchen and continuing throughout. We have already booked our return trip. Louise and Alma are a great team and highly responsive if required.

Amazing Location!

This was our second stay at this condo and we hope to stay here again. The condo is very spacious and the sliding glass doors make you feel that you are always outside. The wrap-around view from this terrace is amazing! Many meals were prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. The Mega Soriana market is only a 13 minute walk but there are also several convenience stores, liquor/wine shops, and bars/restaurants located steps away. The Thursday evening market includes terrific dinner options. Photographs of the condo are very accurately presented.

Terrific view of the Marina

We never stayed at a condo so well equipped. The unit was well designed and spacious with a super big terrace. An added benefit was that many of shops and restaurants were within walking distance (a big advantage for someone with walker} As an x-sailor we really enjoyed watching the action of the various size boats coming and going. Health permitting we certainly plan to be back next year. The only negative comment we have is the constant construction noise which we hope will be finished when we return next year. Lovely Marina Home

This is my second time staying here. I absolutely love it! I have stayed in the Marina many times, but this is my favorite location and setting. There is a very nice and well stocked kitchen. I did more cooking this time and I had everything I needed for my meals. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning is amazing and very hard to find in PV. The deck is in the perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the people and views of the Marina. There is also filtered water in the kitchen sink which is another rarity in PV. Alma is a very kind and generous property manager who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend this home!

Property and Location fantastic . Only disappointment the patio photos showed umbrella table and chairs and patio set. These were not there so the patio morning and early afternoon no shade from the sun. So we never used the patio until about 3pm.. We noticed the currant photos still show the same photos we saw last year when we rented for this April 2023. Thank you to Alma who was very helpful.

FABULOUS!!

We could have stayed here for months. The condo was outfitted with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a full meal. We did stay in and have some nice breakfasts and a couple dinners, but there are at least a dozen restaurants that are delicious and affordable within walking distance. We never took a cab to find a great meal. There is a Kiosko store literally steps from the condo entrance where we were able to pick up snacks and beverages whenever the mood struck. The balcony is huge with really nice furniture. We spent many hours just relaxing and people watching from that perch right abovel the action in the marina. The pool area was really nice, clean, and uncrowded. The check in and out with Alma was a breeze. Highly recommend staying at this condo in the Marina District. Very safe area with many friendly people and always something Interesting to watch.

Beautiful Condo in Puerto Vallarta Marina

We had the pleasure of staying at Louise & Mark's condo mid-November. After a brief commute from the airport, we were welcomed by the property manager upon exiting the Uber! We really appreciated that she had turned the a/c on and toured us through the condo to address any questions we may have. We immediately fell in love with the spacious terrace, semi-covered and full of lush plants. It allows for great views to witness all the activity in the Marina while providing ideal privacy and shelter. It appears to be the best terrace in the entire complex! The condo itself is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings that are both comfortable and very aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the modern conveniences. It is in an ideal location as we enjoyed exploring the various restaurants & vendors that are just steps from the door. The night market on Thursday and witnessing the Marlin & Tuna Fishing Competion were particular highlights for us in this area. The pool was lovely, but a great surprise was the two pickleball courts. We brought our own paddles expecting to search for a place to play near the resorts; however, Louise & Mark's unit was even equipped with a set of paddles & balls :) The property is gated with very friendly staff that enabled us to enter and exit with ease. It felt very safe here and in the Marina area in general. Based on our experience at Louise & Mark's Marina Golf home, we would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties!

Didn't Want To Leave!!!

Had such a lovely time in PV, staying at the Marina! Great views of the sunrise every morning out our bedroom! I was even able to work from my "PV office" on the expansive deck. Fast speed internet access and even an electrical outlet out there to keep charged! We were able to eat in when we wanted to and make our own drinks. Microwave, stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster and even a Vitamix all included. I swear they thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay perfect! Mega grocery store is within walking distance and they have a good selection. The Oxxo mini mart is just downstairs if you are wanting something quick. (Hint: Be sure to count your change and ask for a receipt from Oxxo... they tend to ALWAYS want to short change you.) There is a large selection of restaurants, all within walking distance. We really enjoyed "Victors"! Just a fun place with good food and reasonable prices. Went to Porto Bello's and had an excellent bottle of Mexican Wine... yes, there is such a thing. Excellent white table cloth service and food! So many more places to choose from, fun to explore. We felt very safe with secure entrances to the condos but there was a safe inside for our valuables. We highly recommend staying at 106 Marina Golf! The corner unit is the best of all the units in the marina!
