Excellent apartment and location

This apartment was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's in a great location, in the heart of the marina, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The best feature was the wrap-around terrace, which is quite large. We had complete privacy out there and could have meals at the large table, or relax in the lounge chairs. The terrace really made the whole apartment experience quite special.

Relaxing Get Away

This property is just as advertised, and my wife and I felt at home for our 23-day stay. We have rented many places through VRBO, but this was by far the best. The location is perfect, with easy walks to groceries, restaurants, coffee, and treats. The deck might be the focal point of the condo, as you can always find sun or shade, and people-watching is excellent from one floor up. Everything in the condo is high-end, starting in the kitchen and continuing throughout. We have already booked our return trip. Louise and Alma are a great team and highly responsive if required.

Great Location very nice place

The place was very nice and clean. Location above the marina was fantastic. Only issue is it says 5 minute walk from the beach. The only public beach access we could find was 10 minutes by car. We still would stay again. Thanks

Our stay was amazing! The unit was absolutely perfect in every way. Extremely clean, well laid out and decorated tastefully. It would be impossible to get a better location and view as well. Book this unit without hesitation and thank me later

Terrific view of the Marina

We never stayed at a condo so well equipped. The unit was well designed and spacious with a super big terrace. An added benefit was that many of shops and restaurants were within walking distance (a big advantage for someone with walker} As an x-sailor we really enjoyed watching the action of the various size boats coming and going. Health permitting we certainly plan to be back next year. The only negative comment we have is the constant construction noise which we hope will be finished when we return next year. Beautiful and comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay at Colony Marina. The home is immaculate and had more than everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and I am picky! The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is fabulous. I have stayed in the Marina area many times, and this is my favorite location. Right in the middle of everything. The staff treats you like family. I absolutely loved my stay there and would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Property and Location fantastic . Only disappointment the patio photos showed umbrella table and chairs and patio set. These were not there so the patio morning and early afternoon no shade from the sun. So we never used the patio until about 3pm.. We noticed the currant photos still show the same photos we saw last year when we rented for this April 2023. Thank you to Alma who was very helpful.

You have everything you need

We’ve been coming to PV for the past 20 plus years, this is first time we decided to rent a condo because our kids are growing up14 & 12. We are from San Diego, Ca and definitely are not used to hot weather so we actually enjoyed the pool and condo full time it has excellent amenities, nice walking views, great restaurants just steps away, amazing deck, is equipped with all you need, decoration nice, I didn’t miss anything from the hotel, it dies gives you a home/resort feel ! Hopefully We will return ! Alma was very helpful and attentive. Excelente lugar, atención única y estancia increíble, tiene todos los servicios que un hotel brinda! Gracias

Ultimate relaxation

The condo was just perfect for my husband and I. Had everything we needed. The patio area was beautiful. We were in the center of the Marina area and we could see all over the Marina. Pool area was very peaceful and relaxing. We definitely will return to this getaway. Loved it.

The condo and location were perfect for us. The condo has absolutely everything we needed or wished for. The peaceful view of the Marina from the massive balcony was a delight in the evening. During the day we could lounge or eat outside as we watched people pass on the malecon below. Nearby restaurants and the extraordinary pop up market on Thursday night were excellent. The pool area was surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. It was well maintained and a great place to meet some friendly neighbors. We easily caught cabs at the Marina entrance or on a nearby street. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Best deck in the marina

Such a comfortable space, both inside and out. We loved waking up and drinking coffee on the deck while watching the sun rise over the marina! Pool was perfect in the afternoons. We loved exploring the marina, and it was an easy cab ride into town.

Wonderful stay at the Marina

We enjoyed a two week stay at this condo and it really felt like home. This spacious condo, with the fabulous marina views, is very accurately presented. Many meals were prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. The Soriana market is only a 13 minute walk but there are also several convenience stores and liquor/wine shops located around the marina. The Thursday evening market includes terrific dinner options. Returning to this condo is certainly on our travel list.

FABULOUS!!

We could have stayed here for months. The condo was outfitted with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a full meal. We did stay in and have some nice breakfasts and a couple dinners, but there are at least a dozen restaurants that are delicious and affordable within walking distance. We never took a cab to find a great meal. There is a Kiosko store literally steps from the condo entrance where we were able to pick up snacks and beverages whenever the mood struck. The balcony is huge with really nice furniture. We spent many hours just relaxing and people watching from that perch right abovel the action in the marina. The pool area was really nice, clean, and uncrowded. The check in and out with Alma was a breeze. Highly recommend staying at this condo in the Marina District. Very safe area with many friendly people and always something Interesting to watch.

Fabulous getaway

Louise was an absolute pleasure through and through and we absolutely loved her remodeled condo!! What a stunning view from the balcony overlooking the marina and great access to many restaurants and local PV attractions. We would love to go back!! Highly recommend.

unlike Lat year we found the noise level much greater especally coming from Route 66 all night

Nice unit but too much noises of opening and closing of doors and the Refrigeration system coming from Route 66 after hours and the referation system seem to have gotten louder over the main bedroom
