The condo is beautiful and convenient. However, there was no hot water in the main bathroom so we were forced to use one shower. I advised the concierge of this and he brought maintenance in to look twice. They finally acknowledged they couldn't fix the problem during our stay. Really disappointed to pay that kind of money and not have something as basic as hot water provided for showers.The pool area is beautiful. You have to purchase drinks and food while at the pool as you can't bring your own. That was fine. We did this every day and everything seemed fine with the bills so I stopped checking the receipt each day. Huge mistake. On the last day of our stay we spent time in the pool as usual. When it came time to pay I handed my credit card to the server and he asked if I needed a receipt which I declined. HUGE MISTAKE! When I was on the way home I checked my credit card statement and discovered I was charged 609.00! No way possible that this bill was correct. I sent a friend up to get a copy of the bill as we had departed and they would not give her a copy. I feel like I was robbed and am angry about the bill since we were generous tippers every day (20%). Really disappointed and would choose other lodging in the future because of these issues.
