This is a lovely, spacious condo. Stunning views, close to lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The property has onsite security and we felt very safe. The pool is amazing, probably one of the best I have been to in PV. Very friendly staff, good food and drinks. The property manager was very response and friendly. We did have an issue with the front door pad lock running out of battery, resulting in being locked out of the condo. There was supposed to be a back-up key that the front desk, but it could not be located. We were locked out of the condo for nearly 4 hours waiting for a locksmith. This all could of been avoided had the protocol for the key at the front desk been available. A very inconvenient mistake. Hopefully they are making this a priority to resolve. Also, the stove/oven ignitor was not working and could only function by lighting the burns with a match. This seemed to have been a known problem, but we were not told as much. So the first time using the oven it just seemed to not be working and we waited 2 hours for maintenance to help us. They left an "aim-n-flame" so that we could use the stove. Also note that the TVs at this condo are equipped with Fire Sticks. You have to have an Amazon Prime account to log in and use the TVs. If there is an account for the condo, the user name and password are not provided. While I don't generally watch TV on vacation, it is worth noting to future potential renters.
