The owners have made every effort to furnish their home for a comfortable stay. The beach is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful spot for swimming. Carol (owner) was very easy to communicate with and her condo manager, Carmen is wonderful as well. We enjoyed our visit.

We had a great time in this lovely condo. The location was perfect for access to surf spots, as well as an easy walk to all the restaurants along the beach. The pool and hot tub were such a bonus after a bus day of surf exploration. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we could have desired. We made a number of meals at home an enjoyed dining on the deck listening to the ocean. Check in was easy and Carmen, our local contact, was helpful, responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here in Punta Mita. Prior to arrival Carol was most helpful sending arrival information. Upon arrival we were met at the condo by Carmen, who showed us around and helped us settle in. The condo is fully equipped with everything you'll need for staying in & cooking or hanging out at the pool or on the beach.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view and great location! The owner was very responsive and friendly, and the property manager greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew how everything worked, good places to go eat, etc. We will definitely be back and will stay here.

Truly amazing

I stayed here with my husband and sister for several days after extending our vacation. We were lucky that it happened to be available last minute. Carol (the owner) promptly reached out as soon as we booked and provided us with the all necessary information to check in. We had to check out of our previous rental early and Carmen accommodated us as we needed to drop off our bags prior to check in. She was so kind and provided beach towels, an umbrella and cooler while we waited for the condo to be cleaned. She checked in with us throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. The condo was clean, inviting and had everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. Comfy beds, beach stuff, first aid kit, towels, etc. The beach was beautiful with a surf break directly in front of the condo. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location and very comfortable stay!

We had an amazing time here! The condo is stunning, and the location is perfect—just steps from the best part of the beach. We visit Punta de Mita every year, and this has been our favorite stay so far. While the property doesn’t allow kids under 12, meaning we’ll have to wait four years to return, it’s truly a slice of paradise—beautiful, safe, and right on the water.

Love is in the details

Simply put, I have never had a better experience with a vrbo or other rental site. Every little thoughtful detail added up to an amazing experience, from the filtered water in the sink and water cooler, to the fresh flowers and home-made guac when we arrived, to the extra beach supplies, to the comfortable beds, and everything in between. Carol and Carmen were both lovely and kind. They made sure we had everything we need and more. The only negative thing I could say would be some sort of lie so that other people don't want to come here so this place is available whenever I want... muahahaha... but I won't do that to Carol :) It was just so great all around.

Comfortable condo

The condo was beautiful, looks exactly like images. We were here for a week with our 18 year old son. The beds were very comfortable, living room set up was wonderful. We spent many hours on the balcony, watching the surfers & whales. Carmen was great- loved the pico & gate- such a nice touch. The drinkable water given was so unexpected and we appreciated that. The condo is quiet but everyone was friendly. The town, many restaurants & grocery stores we walked to daily.

Lovely

This is a clean, comfortable, spacious condo. The furniture and cabinetry are of superior quality. The beds are very comfortable. The condo generally, and kitchen particularly, are the best equipped of any vacation rental we have stayed at in Mexico. The pool is warmer than we expected. During our stay, the other guests and owners were quiet and respectful so it was peaceful. The owner was exceptionally responsive and the property manager was lovely and very helpful.

Great Visit to Punta Mita

My fourth time in Punta Mita, so I knew the little town well. This apartment is in a great location, on the beach and close to the town's restaurants and shops. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, plus laundry and chairs/towels for the beach. The apartment is very clean and check-in with Carmen was super easy, and she is pleasant and knowledgeable. The smallest issue with the apartment was the hot water to the master bathroom - poor water pressure and it took a very long time for the water to get hot. The other shower is great. You can literally spend hours on the balcony watching the waves and surfers. The pool is a perfect spot to relax or have a fresh water swim. We walked to dinner all four nights and had a great meal each night. You can also sit in any restaurant, with a great view, and just have a drink. As a side, we played golf at Higuera (Litibu) twice, and loved the course - although the price there has jumped considerably over the last year. Overall -- a 10 vacation

Fantastic property on the beach

Great property and location right on the beach with pool and surfing/paddleboarding steps away in Corral del Rico. Very easy walk into small town with many very good restaurant options. Carmen is a great property manager. The property is very well equipped with everything you need for time at the beach and relaxing in the condo. Would highly recommend location and over Sayulita and other options in the area.

Paradise!

This condo is TOO NICE! The decor and furnishings are not your typical vacation rental. This place is nicer than most homes and has EVERYTHING you can think of or may need while you’re visiting. The location couldn’t be better. The town is lovely. The owner and host are great communicators and the check in was perfect. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful condo with stunning view

Carol’s condo is clean, modern and has everything you can imagine needing. The kitchen has lots of gadgets and small appliances. The view is spectacular and can be seen as soon as you walk in the door. I love the second floor location because it was a short flight of stairs to the beach and the street and high enough to give us privacy and a great view. Carmen was there to greet us and show us around the condo. She also cleaned and was very helpful when we had questions. Carol was wonderful to communicate with and it was important to her that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

A perfect vacation Condo

Seriously, all you need to bring to this amazing condo on the beach is yourself. (all water toys and essentials are supplied). We entered the condo to a sweet fragrance from a lily flower arrangement. While sitting on the full length patio, we enjoyed the excellent homemade guac and pico de gallo that our wonderful host made, and were afforded a great beach viewing of surfers, pelicans and boats. The master king bed is excellent which is always a must for us. There are lots of restaurants within a five minute walk. On our last day, we could see whales with the supplied binoculars. We liked our stay so much we secured reservations for next year.

Punta Mita Vacation
