Kitchen is well equipped with cooking pots, plates, blender, and spices. I thought there might be condiments but no, so if you remember on your grocery list to get them yourself. We had a few issues with the air conditioners, but Ken was right on it to get them fixed. The house was perfect size for three couples and it is in a very safe and beautiful area. Ken leaves very detailed instructions regarding restaurants and paths to the beach. Which came in very handy. We used both the breakfast chef, and the supper chef, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall, we all loved our stay here and we would come back again

Incredible Experience!

My family and I just spent a week at Ken‘s house and we had such an amazing trip. The views are breathtaking. The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed. Ken was available when we had questions. The neighbors were very friendly. The Surrounding restaurants and beaches were perfect. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Ultimate Vacation

The property is a complete gem. Total indoor/outdoor living, with the best views in Puerto Vallarta. We made great use of the kitchen and grilling area, and everything we needed to prepare meals was at our fingertips. Location is fabulous, with only a short drive or taxi into the heart of the action in PV. We’ve already book our stay for next March! Ken was fantastic to deal with and always responded immediately to any inquiries we had. Support staff were also great and attentive to our needs. Can’t say enough great things about this property and the owner.

Peaceful Oasis in PV with a Million Dollar View

Couldn’t have wished for a better spot to relax and enjoy PV with family. Drop dead gorgeous views day and night. Inside-outside living, big infinity pool, comfy lounge chairs and a fully equipped kitchen… the decor is lovely and finishes are quality / authentic. Perfect place to come home to after a day exploring. Easy to get around via bus / Uber. Quiet at night. 10/10!

Never disappoints

This is our third stay and we have everything down to a science. It is a very well maintened property, and well equipped. It is very helpful to have someone to help with provisions, and cook if that is something you want to do. Romantica Zone is a quick ride and using Uber is very easy. It just seemed this visit neighbor was more sensitive to noise so keep that in mind when renting

Perfect Trip

We had an awesome stay at Ken’s home. Beautiful location and the views were stunning. All of the recommendations Ken provided were great. I would suggest stopping for groceries or having someone buy groceries and deliver them before your arrival. There are no real places to shop within 20 minutes of the house.

Great place to stay…

Ken, the property owner was very responsive from the beginning of the process to the end of our stay. The house was wonderful and both our chefs were amazing. The house is also close to pretty much anything you might want to do. Our stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in PV, Casa Loma should be on your list.

Great Couples Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken's house in PV. We traveled with friends (3 couples total) and it was the perfect space to have a small group together to enjoy the pool, eat meals, play cards, and do some watercolor painting, but also allow everyone some privacy and quiet time when needed. The condo is in a complex that is designed in such a way that you don't feel like you have neighbors and we really felt like we had the whole hillside to ourselves. The view was fabulous and we loved watching the evening lightning storms from under the palapa in the rain. It was in a quiet, safe area of town, and the taco shop on Playa Palmares, a short walk away, was all we could have asked for. Ken was extremely kind and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We often referenced "The Book," a guide he put together that had all the information we needed about the house and the area nearby. We had Conchi make us breakfast every day and Elba made us a few dinners at the house. They were delicious, and the ladies were incredibly sweet and cleaned up afterwards as well. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our trip and would love to come back again soon.

WOW!!!

What an amazing vacation. I read all of the reviews of how beautiful the villa was along with the scenic views and pool, they were all correct. I can't explain to you how relaxing it was being in the pool and watching the spectacular sunset as the day turned to night. Ken was awesome from the beginning to the very end. He communicated with me and and was prompt with his reponses. Ken is a top notch onwer and spare no expense in making sure the Villa was comfortable and inviting. For anyone being leary about the recommend chefs, don't be. Elba (dinner) and Alma (breakfast) were amazing cooks. They handled everthing from buying the food, preparing it, setting up, serving, to cleaning up. They are a must if you plan on spending your vacation at the Villa. The Villa is located within walking distance to the beach or a very short bus ride away. Viejo Vallarta and the Zona Romantica is a short bus ride away. Overall, I could go on and on but do yourselves a favor and just book it. You will never regret it and will go down as one of your favorite vacations. As for myself, I will be back real soon!!!

Mexico Magic

Fist off Ken could not have been more attentive and responsive from the moment we booked until the day we left! This property is magical! We’ve stayed at VRBO’s for years and only one other place in Costa Rica even came close to offering the views of this villa! The beds are all super comfortable, the mini-split AC units work perfectly, and the kitchen is all well equipped. As an interior designer I loved how authentic the finish selections were through the house. The looking glass window in the shower with the view was an especially charming touch. When you’re outside of the villa in the darling neighborhood you could swear you’re actually in Greece with the cobblestone streets, white stucco, bright blue porticos and magenta flowering vines. Look no further, just book it!

AMAZING, RELAXING VACATION!

We loved our stay! Our host was excellent! Spent 7 days relaxing and swimming in the pool, rarely left the property. View is stunning, home is beautiful and beds are really comfy. Elba cooked us an amazing meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. Taxis and Ubers are convenient to take into town. Absolutely 10/10!!!

Puerta Vallarta paradise!

After extensive searches for the ultimate PV lodging experience, we settled on this beautiful villa! All the pictures are accurate. The view was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing like waking up on a 65 degree morning, sitting out on three separate verandas to soak in the rising sun. Also the picture perfect sunsets! Ken’s villa is located close to town and away from the crowds and hustle, if you looking for peace and quiet . Uber’d north and south to take advantage of sites and restaurants recommended on an extensive and helpful check in pamphlet. Steep walk to the residence, so I met drivers down below and instructed them to dive up to villa and pick up my wife. Ken has provided contacts for providing home cooked dinners, breakfasts and massages. Definitely recommend it! Best deep tissue Swedish massages we have had in years. And the meals were fabulous. Can’t say enough about the home made salsa and guacamole, not to mention the prices! We will return!

Excellent view great property

This is a great property. The view is stunning. The outside pool area is so inviting you may not want to go anywhere else. The rooms are spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Our family really enjoyed. Only suggestion... better supplies in the kitchen. The knives were dull, the blender didn't work very well, not enough baking sheets, pans, always appreciate the basic spices for cooking so all guests can share rather than having to buy jars that you only use a small amount

Absolutely amazing

Just like all the reviews say, this is a hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful home. The pool and view are worth staying a little bit further outside of town. The 6 of us came for relaxation, and that’s exactly what we got. Ken, the home owner, was so helpful and answered all my questions before booking, after booking, and while we were staying at the house. Conchi (breakfast cook), Cici (dinner cook), and Erika (masseuse) were all wonderful and easy to work with despite the language barrier. I cannot recommended this home more. I hope to stay again in the future!

Relaxing - beautiful - wonderful holiday

A little piece of paradise! Loved our stayed - home was well appointed, beds were amazing! Had everything we needed! What can you say about the patio and pool and that view! Amazing experience!

We absolutely loved staying at Ken’s property just outside the Zona Romantica. The view was incredible, we witnessed some beautiful thunderstorms, and the staff he recommended were all very kind and cooked delicious breakfasts/dinners. It’s nice to stay outside the downtown area but still be so close. Definitely recommend :)

Relaxing Property / Great View / Awesome Pool

My wife and I stayed with another couple at this wonderful property just south of Puerto Vallerta and Zona Romantica. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool which has a great view of Bahía de Banderas. We felt like we had a great deal of privacy due to the way the complex was designed. Ken was a very accomodating host and provided useful information about great places to eat, how to get around the area, and fun things to do. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta and recommend it to people who enjoy beautiful scenery and relaxing while floating in a pool.
