📢 ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there will be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
