Great location with lots of food, drinks and shopping just outside the condo. Absolutely amazing view from this unit, though on the loud side thanks to Tryst across the street. Love the rooftop pool/bar, super friendly staff up there and the front lobby.

This condo was fantastic, well appointed, very comfortable. The view is much better in person. There's a closet in the bathroom and dresser in the guest room along with low dresser at the end of the main bed, so plenty of places to put things. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee to make in the mornings. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great plus. The real show stopper is the rooftop pool. It was spectacular. The views were stunning, couldn't think of a better place to watch sunset from each evening. The bartender was very friendly, nice to be able to order drinks while you hang in the pool. The location is great too if you want to stay in the romantic zone, you're so close to the pier/beach, there's a fantastic bakery right across the street we ate at multiple times, and the cafe on the corner had great food to. We opted to use the host's car service on the way in, it's a little expensive (Uber is about 17 USD to the airport), but our driver was so friendly, waiting pretty close to the exit at the airport for us, and had the SUV stocked with water and beer. Upon arrival our concierge met us and showed us our unit and the building and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again if we go back to PV.

Nice location w/ great roof top infinity pool/lounge area.

We really enjoyed our stay as it's in the heart of Romantica Zone. 2 mins to great restaurants, food cart and the beach.Just wish the owners would add a filter system to the water faucet. We carried 3 gallon water containers up to the condo three different times in our short stay. The host checking us in said don't drink the water. It still worked out just fine.

Perch in the sky

It's a very beautiful two bedroom two bathroom unit. On the 4th floor so you have a nice ocean view from the balcony.. rooftop pool is exquisite. With nice service at their pool. Interestingly enough no closet in the second bedroom.bedroom whi is weird.

Loud location great place

This unit was great. The location was convenient, walk able to everything, furnishings in the room were contemporary and clean. The service provided by Casa Hill was top notch. The beds were super comfy and unit fully furnished. Full kitchen, utensils, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, washer/dryer, and extra paper supplies. The balcony provided fresh air and a partial view of the bay, but your neighbors to the left and up have a full view of your space. Air conditioning and fans worked great, Wi-Fi was fast. The rooftop pool was incredible and relaxing. Shout out to Moses who took great care of us!There were a couple of downsides, NONE of which were the property or Casa Hill’s fault. There’s a bar, 161 PV, on the same block, loud bumping music and lively patrons till 2:30am every night even with the slider closed. Three of the 5 nights, a dog barked nonstop from 3-6AM. Last two nights of our trip there was an alarm that blared sporadically 10pm -5am. Unclear if it was a car alarm, building security alarm or someone pressing the emergency button on the pylons near the boardwalk.In general, the accommodations were very comfortable, but we got some of the worst sleep on a vacation we have ever had. Not sure that we’d stay in this building again due to the noisy location, but would definitely be open to staying at other properties Casa Hill operates.

The property is amazing and beautiful. It was clean and the view is breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed plus extras. The rooftop pool is a real showstopper. Rebooking soon.

No closet space

Very nice condo. The pool was the star of the show. There’s no place to put your luggage, there’s one closet in the bathroom no drawers in the bathroom. The other bathroom only has a hook. A man must’ve designed this condo.

Beautiful Pool Area

The pool area was the highlight of this property. Very nice ocean view. Not a huge fan of the sliding walls, but that’s a feature of all units in Pier 57.

Great location and condo

What a great location in the heart of ZR. Condo was very comfortable. Well appointed. The management company was very nice and helpful. Pool area is gorgeous. Bar staff was very nice. Will be back again.

These units are a great addition to the Puerto Vallarta accommodation options. If you're not aware, the units in Pier57 have moveable/collapsable walls that allow to section off the "bedrooms" from a main living space. I was traveling solo, so left all of the space open. It's a great space, in the center of the oceanfront units, high enough to get a good view. That said, you do hear the guests staying at an adjacent hotel. The design is minimalist and sleek, but you have all you need. The rooftop pool is one of the best in Vallarta. Best for adults, not families.

Pier 57 is a wonderful upscale building and 406 is a slick and comfortable apartment. Enjoyed our stay and will rent in building again. Landlord/owner was nice to deal with throughout the process.

I've been to PVR several times and stayed at a few different condos and this is my new favorite! The unit is exactly as pictured/described, and the view is absolutely amazing. The condo had everything we needed for a week's stay and was well stocked with all the necessities. Communication was great (thank you Luis) and check-in was a breeze. The roof deck area is amazing with spectacular views, and bartenders happy to bring you drinks while you soak it all in. Book without hesitation and enjoy paradise!
