The house was amazing so spacious!! Amazing views!! Great staff, great food!!! It’s about a 3 min walk to the beach right out the back of the house. We had a great time. There was 15 of us from ages 9-67!! There was plenty of space for everyone.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. There were some unexpected fees I wasnt expecting but it is what it is. Make sure you tell the chefs exactly what you want to eat every day. We tried to have them make us whatever and be creative but it didn’t translate. All in all it was a good stay.

Our 3 generation family stayed for two wonderful weeks this August. Thank you so much Sally for making your beautiful property available. Villa de Los Leones is everything as described and more. The Villa is spectacular and we knew from the moment of arrival that we were in for something special, and we were not disappointed. From the beautiful rooms and suites, the so comfortable and welcoming common areas to the wonderful pool and beach. What made our stay go from wonderful to fantastic was the amazing staff. Angie was over the top in making us feel welcomed and comfortable, she arranged our outings, was always available, even on her days off, and makes a mean Margarita. Thank you Angie. Omar is without a doubt the best chef we have had anywhere. All of his meals were five star, and he seamlessly dealt with our mixed dietary needs, a vegan, a vegetarian and four young ones. Thank you Omar. Izalia (Griselda) and Fernando spoiled us all rotten from morning to night. If it was coffee and mimosas in the morning, to Wine and Margaritas in the afternoon, Izalia and Fernando never disappointed. It takes a lot to maintain a 10,000 square foot Villa with 12 messy quests. Thank you Izalia and Fernando .

The home was the perfect place for a family reunion and birthday celebration. Angie took care of all of our requests from transportation, great birthday celebration complete with balloons & mariachi band, and arrangements for any activity we wanted. She is amazing The house was great place to relax, perfect size swimming pool and other activities ping-pong playoffs & a pool table. Omar and his staff created beautiful meals for us and catered to our special diet needs. It was wonderful to place to be pampered. Each of the bedrooms were cooled for perfect night sleeping. The house catered to all ages from 8 - the grandparents. Thank you Angie and staff.

Fantastic stay

It couldn’t have been better. Angie made everything so easy, transportation, grocery shopping & great cocktails. House was beautiful, the chef Omar made some of the best food I’ve ever had, plus the vegetarian meals he made special for my grandson. Angie and her staff were so helpful and so so so nice. This stay was for my 80th birthday and couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much & we hope to return sometime. If you have a chance to stay here…Do It!

The best family vacation.

This property is amazing. The house is beautiful, plenty of room for everyone and filled with amazing furnishings, art, comfortable beds, quiet corners, central kitchen and so much more. The staff is what makes the stay feel like a once in a lifetime experience. They are amazing. Angie is the concierge and she coordinates everything from transportation to meals, trips, nothing was out of her expertise or ability. They take pride in everything they do. The chefs were 5 star and everyone enjoyed a range of foods from ceviche (made with freshly caught fish) to grilled steaks and chicken, tacos, salads and even freshly made brownies. I cannot say enough good things about the house, the location, the beach, pool, and accommodations. But truly it’s the staff that makes it a 5 star stay. We loved México and the people were so gracious and kind. I would love to return some day.

Amazing!

If you have a chance to book this villa, do it! It was amazing. The house was stunning and the staff and house manager were great! Communication between the owner and the staff made me feel so comfortable. I would stay here again and again. It had everything you needed. We had 13 people in the house, and we loved our rooms and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I can't give this place enough kudos! It was the best experience!

Absolutely splendid

First off, the photos do not do the mansion in the sky justice. I have vacationed on all 7 continents and stayed in the best places on earth. I can absolutely say this is the nicest place I ever slept. I have been back home for 1 day and can still hear the waves crashing. The same ones that effortlessly put me to sleep and then gently woke me up in the morning. The professional staff are so kind and accommodating. The best of the best and they made our vacation A. My friends and I love this villa and can't wait to stay there again. Thank you

Just as great the second time

This is our second stay at Quinta Leones. The house is wonderful, staff is great (same staff as two years ago), food is great, just wonderful all around! This time we had Angie (the concierge) arrange salsa dance lessons, yoga, and massages all at the house. Everything was perfect.

A Lovely Birthday Week

We spent a week in February 2025 at Casa Quinta des Leones and it was wonderful. From the fabulous breakfasts and dinners courtesy of Omar to the helpful staff and especially manager Angie, we had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for kids aged 7, 9 and 11 – as well as bigger kids in their 50s and 60s and even the birthday boy of 85! The bedrooms were spacious and there were lots of places to sit quietly with a book – and a margarita! We loved whale-watching from the 2nd floor and saw several humpbacks over our 7 days. Angie arranged yoga by the pool and massages – and a mariachi band for the birthday boy. Everything we needed was purchased for us but if we wanted a few bags of chips or a bottle of sunscreen, the OXXO store was literally steps down the road. It was all we’d hoped it would be.

Best Decision of my LIFE!!!

I cannot put into words how special this trip was for us! We had a group of 15 for my husbands 50th birthday. The house is ABSOLUTELY stunning. It’s clean, beautifully curated and outfitted with plenty of modern & all necessary amenities. While the house is spectacular, our stay would not have been the same without the amazing staff including Angie, Chef Omar, Izzie, Fernando & Zoe. Everyone is eager to please which make the stay so very special. I teared up the second I walked in the front doors knowing we finally arrived and that Angie had everything confirmed and prepared for our family. The location a short walk to downtown and quick & charming 2 minute walk down a cobblestone path to the most beautiful private beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean. To my surprise it was whale mating season and we would watch the whales congregate and splash in the ocean every morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The pool was heated everyday to our preferred liking and we slept with all of the doors open enjoying the most perfect 60 degree temperature while the ocean waves lulled us to sleep. It was an amazing vacation that we will never forget! Highly recommend!

50th birthday

There were 17 of us who stayed. Every single one of us, multiple times during our stay, conversed about how amazing the staff are. Are concierge, Angelica was easy to communicate with before our arrival and she was phenomenal in planning everything. The rest of the staff, and I'm sorry I cannot remember everybody's names, we're kind, informative, the food was amazing, we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend staying here for families and large groups. When we can return we will stay here again!

Perfect Spot For A Large Group

We rented this amazing villa for a milestone birthday celebration with 12 of our good friends. I can’t think of a better location, Villa, or staff to have spent this last week with. The house manager/concierge made us comfortable, took care of all of our needs. The chef outdid himself with amazing meals, and the rest of the staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive.

Family New Year Holiday

Our extended family of 17 stayed at this amazing villa over New Year’s week, and it was absolutely perfect for all ages! The kids loved the pool and exploring the tide pools just a short walk away, while the adults appreciated the spacious layout that allowed everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling crowded.The sunset views were breathtaking, especially during dinners prepared by the talented Chef Omar—every meal was delicious and truly elevated our stay. The house staff, led by Angie, were exceptional. Angie went above and beyond, helping us plan fun activities and coordinating all our transportation seamlessly.We also enjoyed the villa’s amenities, including the ping pong and pool table, plus the many areas to relax, play games, and spend time together. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We can’t recommend this property enough and hope to return someday!

Just book it

There is, understandably, a bit of hesitation when booking a holiday property and based on my experience I can confidently say ... just book it ... you won't be sorry. The house far exceeded expectations- well appointed with plenty of comfortable public spaces for gatherings and large bedroom suites for retreating. The property is well located outside the city center but close enough to walk easily along the beach.
