Amazing condo!

My group of 8 friends stayed in this property and we all loved it! It is really comfortable and we felt it home, we had all we needed, the washing machine was very useful! The best is the balcony and the jacuzzi, we had really great view of the ocean from there. The bedrooms are very nice and sleep 7, not 8. One of us slept on an inflatable, but it was okay! :D The beach is rock, so we were not in there a lot, but in the great infinity pools! Staff at the Grand Venetian is cool and we felt always like friends. Location is also good, near nice restaurants and shopping malls, and only 15 min drive to the town. We felt very very comfortable and would recommend this 10th floor condo to every large group! You're gonna have a really great vacation

Wonderful place to stay.

The ocean view was perfect. We had all the amenities we needed and then some. Not far from the Vallarta Adventures, which we went to. Very clean. If we come back, we will be staying there. Thank you.

Fantastic Condo in the most central portion of PV

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay in a spacious, well appointed Condo with a spectacular view of the ocean, the Malecon and even spotted a Whale! The location allowed for an easy walk to Walmart, Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores and great restaurants.Thank you to our Host, Paul Simon, for the warm welcome and all of the excellent recommendations for the restaurants and sights in PV.Our family would love to experience this condo again in the future.

Puerto Vallarta Perfection

Just returning from a wonderful week of vacation at this amazing property. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and has a spectacular view of the pool area, beach and ocean. We loved how centrally located it was, too.It was just a short taxi/uber ride to the marina and the zona romántica. We enjoyed walking around the shops at La Isla Mall located next door. The booking of the property was smooth and the communication with Paul (owner) and Lilly (property manager) was top notch! All in all it was a perfect stay and hope to return some day.Thank you!

Great place to stay in PV!

This is a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The condominium was fully furnished and exactly as listed! We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for our family of 5! The grounds were immaculate and it is next door to the Isla shopping mall. The only bummer was the main pool was closed for renovations but all others pools were available to use! Just an FYI- it is about a 10-15 minute uber in to downtown PV. Enjoy your stay!!

A perfect place for a family. Stunning sunsets!

This is a gated community that provides a sense of safety from PVs hussle. Great pools and jacuzzies, nice restaurant and direct access to a gorgeous beach. The apartment has everything you might want.

Vacation at Grand venetian

Stayed at Grand Venetian at this property for 6 weeks from Nov 1 - Dec 10. Loved this unit. Owner was amazing at communicating and property manager was quick to respond to any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to any one. Grand Venetian is such a lovely place to stay. Great pools with amazing views.

Spring Break

It was a great trip during spring break. We were not bothered by craziness of teens like in the states. Amenities within walking distance was fabulous. Service at all places including the pool was above the best . Would most definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

Fabulous stay!

My family has stayed at the Gran Venetian on a number of occasions. Our stay at Paul’s lovely condo has been our favourite. Lily, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and replied to our inquiries promptly. The unit very was very well appointed from the well equipped kitchen, plentiful linens, pool /sand toys for the little ones and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome us! We look forward to staying there again soon.

Amazing views, beautiful home!

The views from this property are stunning! The home is comfortable, spacious and beautiful. From the master bed you can open your eyes and whale watch in the mornings! Three bathrooms and three bedrooms make it comfortable for all guests. (We pushed together the two single to make a second ‘king’). Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, spices, etc for cooking. Laundry set up works great! Bath and beach towels provided. Even pool floaties and a cooler! Quick access to and great view of the pools. Excellent food and drinks at the pool restaurant/bar. (Service isn’t super fast, but friendly staff.) You can also bring your own drinks to the pool, so it’s nice to have both options! A nice beach area out front as well. Close walk to the mall and some yummy restaurants. Lilly, the condo manager, is fantastic to communicate with and just a great lady! She has a team of people who help with anything you may need. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Paul & Lily!

Perfect place!!!

My wife and family enjoyed the place! It was very clean and exactly how it is in the pictures. Lilly, the manager, was very nice and sweet and communication was excellent before and during our visit. Dont have any complains what so ever!

Week in paradise

We loved this place! It was as described, although the two "double" beds were on the small side. The view, condo, and pools were amazing. We loved walking to the mall and local food park. Lilly, the property manager, was very helpful. We brought two small children, and they had a travel crib, a high chair, and tons of sand toys and pool boats, floaties, and noodles. We all had an amazing time.
