The building is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the Romantic Zone and steps away from restaurants, bars and clubs. As others have noted, that comes with some noise but we found with the bedroom door closed there was just a low rumble that was not too disruptive. The building is very nice and well-maintained. We spent much time at the rooftop pool with comfortable chairs, clean pools and some views of the city. The room was spotless and very well-equipped (beach chairs and towels were a nice bonus). All in all, if you're looking to be in the heart of the city with all that brings then this is a great spot for you!

This unit is very dark as it only has one window facing the back which lets in limited light. It is exposed to loud music that plays until 5 in the morning! This makes sleeping in the sofa bed impossible; the bass is so loud that you can feel the vibrations which laying on the couch! That was not mentioned in the listing. We experienced problems with the TV, dishwasher, a flood from a broken drain and no ice for an entire month because of the lousy furnishings and PV Rentals had the audacity to charge for things we held responsible for after we left . I will never rent from PV Rentals again.

Everything about the property was excellent. The gym, the pools, the cleanliness . The property staff were outstanding. It really was walking distance to everything…. The only thing that ruined it was the unbearably loud music coming from near by bars. Every single day until 5:00 or 6:00 am. It really was unbearable for us, which is so unfortunate because everything else was perfection!

Excellent stay

I came to PV for a getaway and I couldn't have been more pleased with the size and cleanliness of the apartment. The building itself has amazing amenities. The outdoor pools are quiet and extremely pleasant.

In the heart of Romántica

Staff and facilities were both excellent. The location meant everything in Zona Romántica was just steps away. Staff was supportive every step over the way. Assistance in arranging transport to and from the airport simple as well.

Amazing property

The location of this property is great. Very close to everything. The condo was very clean. You can’t go wrong here. Like the description says it does get a little loud on the weekends from the clubs close by, this did not bother me, it might for others. Overall a great place.

Spacious and convenient

We had a lovely stay at this property. The pool and building facilities were really great as well as the service in the building. I really enjoyed the space within the location where this property is. We do hear the music from the nearby nightclubs at night, but that is part of the charm of this location. I would return back to this building. We did think that the bed was not as comfortable and we did we took a long time for us to find a way to be comfortable in it we woke up with some aches and pains. I wish the mattress in the bed would be a little bit more robust, there are some maintenance repairs needed like the ice machine on the fridge and the couch sofa. I wish there was less religious, art and imagery in the space as well.

Great property very safe and clean. LIFESTYLES is best management company in the area. Call em ip. They even held my luggage while i went away on a road trip in Mexico for no charge. Very responsive to all my requests

Its in the heart of everything be ready to hear the night life on the weekends till 6am however its close to the beach shops and food, you can also jump on the bus to go to Bocas area for only 10 pesos very convenient.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was very cool and clean - with a bonus of a built in water filter! The building and property management staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pools - absolutely amazing stay!

In the middle of joy

The property is stunning with a rooftop pool that took our breath away. We loved that it was in the middle of Zona Romantica. Barely a walk to any of the amazing restaurants. The culture is fantastic, nightlife is awesome and we enjoyed the ability to get authentic Mexican food all around us. Honorable mention for the concierge who is above and beyond attentive, kind and wonderful.

Wonderful Stay in the Romantic Zone

Very easy check-in as Sonia was there on site to meet us and ensure we got settle in properly. She responded to inquiries throughout our stay in a matter of minutes and was extremely helpful booking additional items we requested. The unit was very clean and spacious. The building amenities are very nice and easy to access. The only constructive criticism I could offer for the condo would be to provide a thicker memory foam cover to the slight hard mattress (for the bed). The location of the condo is in the very center of the Romantic Zone, close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. My only suggestion for the building would be to increase the temperature of both pool. I am a competitive swimmer and even the lap pool is too cold to swim in . We would stay here again

Central. Accessible. Clean

Place was pristine and easily accessible to all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Our concierge Sonia was an excellent guide and greeted us when arrived and left the complex. Beautiful amenities. We especially loved the rooftop pools and jacuzzi's on our lazy days watching the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Totally recommend this place

This was our first time staying at a vrbo, Sonia made it so easy for us. From contacting us before we left home to meeting us at our checkout she was always there to answer any questions. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great, only steps away to anything that we needed. The only negative thing was at night it was a little noisy from night club nearby, but it only took turning on a fan to block it out. We will definitely return.

Beautiful building

Nice third-floor unit in a beautiful secure building. Basic, comfortable furnishings which is okay because you're probably not going to spend lots of time inside anyway. Could use some upgraded lighting in the bathrooms. The pools and rooftop amenities are beautiful. (note - both jaccuzzi/hot tubs are freshwater) Close to the beach, restaurants of all flavors, clubs and shopping. There's natural light in living room/kitchen area from the sliding glass door to the balcony but exhaust from a near by restaurant grill had me keep the door closed in afternoons and evenings. Weekend nightclub noise-levels are exceptional. There WILL be noise from nearby clubs, so be prepared. Check-in/out was super easy. Building staff were very friendly and helpful.
