What a Beautiful Place!

Location is perfect! You can see all the activities going on at the park across the street, you can see the ocean from your balcony, and you can walk to everything your heart desires. The staff at the property is wonderful and helpful. Jordan is also great and offered so much helpful info before our arrival. I loved that the property is gated and not just anyone can walk in. There are not a lot of units so it is very quiet on the property. Condo was just as described. Pictures do not do this unit justice. Loved the charm. We will be back.

Great Location steps from the beach

This property was great especially for a first time visitor to PV. It is located steps from the beach, the pier, the river and the Malecon. Numerous restaurants, shops, galleries, taxis, etc. The building has great staff, easy to check in. The decor of this unit is unique, fun, and beautiful. Perfect for the location and adds to the enjoyment of a visit. You can see and hear the ocean from the unit. The park across the street can be a little noisy at times, especially 8am Zumba class when they turn up their speaker a little loud. Overall though the park adds to the enjoyment of the location with markets, music and other activities. The pool area on rooftop is nice, along with all the beautiful plants. Great view of the ocean and sunsets. Only a couple issues, the listing states there is a hot tub which there is not. Also the cable tv didn't work, only logging in to our own streaming. Didn't miss either though, we were too busy otherwise enjoying ourselves. Many units rented in building are vacation rentals.Recommend. We would stay here again. Thanks to the hosts for a beautiful, clean, and highly enjoyable rental.

Great stay

Comfortable & clean, great location. Have stayed in this unit before & also other units in the building. But I have always been particularly comfortable here. I do have a question though? What exactly does the service fee entail? I found it exceptionally high for not even knowing the purpose of it? Could you please explain it to me?

Amazing view and location!!

My partner and I were very lucky to find this diamond last minute. We were looking for and excited to find something with such great decor that gave us the feel of the culture just by seeing the pictures online, compared to others in the area that did not have that same feel. When we arrived we were pleased that the pictures were spot on! And the view!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!! The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including a very comfy bed with nice pillows. The space would have been plenty for four. The location was perfect and made wandering the area super easy, and also very convenient for all Adventures. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We chatted with some of the condo owners while enjoying the rooftop pool, who were super friendly and made you feel at home. We felt safe with the gated entrance and enjoyed seeing the kitties around that helped ease us missing ours at home. We did hear the yoga/Zumba class down below every morning, but we were awake each day before they started. We also enjoyed the singing down below in the evenings. The gal that sings Opera with her dog is extremely talented. We are not opera fans, but enjoyed hearing the talent. We are very hopeful that we will get a chance to enjoy this condo again in the near future. It will be the first place we try to rent, and we will likely be changing dates if we have to, to make it happen. Thank you so much to Jordan for opening this beautiful condo to others to enjoy.

Killer location

The location is terrific in that you have easy access to everything zona romantica and it’s a little oasis from the busy square. Lots of fun city sounds drowned out eventually by pounding waves on the beach. Friendly management. Easy place to stay.

Amazing property in a very central location

Communication was amazing and the check-in process in the building was extremely easy. The place was very clean and the maids came twice during our stay and did an excellent job. You'll need to be ok with some hustle and bustle outside but that's only because the location is right on the beach and market square which is clearly communicated. Amazing host, amazing condo. We would definitely return!

Great condo in the perfect location!

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Puerto Vallarta and like to stay at different places each time. Our visit to this condo was wonderful! I loved the location right near the Malecon, restaurants on the water and local shops. Just steps outside of the building you will find a coffee shop, sports bar and various other stores. The condo was well-equipped for our visit. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching not only the water but also the people and activity below. We definitely would stay here again!

Your Home away from home

This special two bedroom two bath condo head absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was complete with all the accessories needed to cook as great meals if you are staying in. Checking in and out was easy. Both rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. The Aircon worked wonderful for those hot evenings. We can’t wait for our next visit back. This is seriously a magical place..

Great location in the heart of Zona Romantica

We came to PVR for my 30th birthday, to live out a "nostalgia" tour of my childhood trips with my family. The location of this unit is fabulous; 1 block off of the beach/malecon, and overlooking the Lazaro Cardenas Park. The unit is beautifully decorated, the couches are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for being so small. We mostly cooked breakfasts at home. There is plenty of closet space and drawer storage to put all of your clothes and suitcases, and 1 safe in each bedroom. We loved that we could be part of the action, without having to leave our balcony. We could see the ocean (and sometimes fireworks) from the balcony too! The pool is fantastic! The building is very secure, we were always greeted by the concierge at all hours of the day; and the maids are extremely polite. The host provided fantastic checkin instructions, including the options for cabs/ubers, and where to tell the drivers to go. We had no problem having a cab drive us to the condo, and an uber pick us up to take us to the airport. I also forgot my ID and some cash at the condo, and the host is mailing it back to me! Thank you so much!! Worth noting that there is A/C in only 1 of the bedrooms (the master). The master bedroom can also be quite loud from people on the street, and the daily zumba classes at the park below did happen to wake us up each morning. An eye mask and ear plugs are good items to bring here if you are a light sleeper! Thanks for hosting us!

Home Away From Home

The condo is amazing, extremely comfortable and in a perfect location, so much to see and do. What you see is what you get, the photos are perfectly accurate. Bonus, the shower has fantastic water pressure! The host is amazing, clear and friendly communication, any questions were responded to promptly. To sum it up, we're already planning our return!

Awesome Location

Great 2-bedroom unit located in the best part of PV. Everything with the unit was as advertised and we we had no issues or problems. The 24-hour front desk staff was a nice bonus to have whenever you needed anything or just had questions about any topic. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic!

This was the second time staying at Plaza Mar in this condo. The condo is modernized with old world charm such as the stained glass deck windows and a wide array of art to enjoy and reflect on. Excellent Property

Loved this condo. All the Mexican artwork was so beautiful. Condo was clean and had everything you need. LOCATION is fabulous. Right by the beach and close to so many great restaurants. You can walk everywhere . We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and at the pool which is on top of the building. Book this condo.....you won't be sorry!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful condo in a great location

One of our favorite things about this condo was sitting on the patio and watching all the action. It’s literally in the best spot of zona romantica. The condo was clean, charming and well stocked. We also loved the rooftop pool. I would highly recommend this condo!

Loved our getaway!

Our family of 3 (10 yo daughter) had an amazing time in PV! This property is a delight from the lobby to the pool - so roomy and well appointed it felt like home right away! Jordan was more than accommodating as we reorganized our dates because of Covid for 2 years!!! The staff is friendly and helpful and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The rooftop pool is a great escape from the busy beach - and a great place to meet other vacationers. Yes it's a busy location - but nothing that interfered with sleeping - in fact being right beside the plaza gave us great views for 2 dance shows that happened while we were there. We will be back!! Thanks again to Jordan for being such a great host!
