No car is needed as you can walk to virtually everything and the taxi stand is about 50 feet from the door. There is maid service six days per week (excluding Sundays and Mexican Holidays) and the front desk is manned 24/7 for your safety and convenience.

The condo has all the extras including local fabrics, new rugs, original art, Bluetooth radio sound system, beach towels for your use, soap, hair dryers, make-up mirror, cable flat screen television and high speed Wi-Fi internet. Everything is new: Sheets, towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The entire kitchen and both master and guest bathrooms are new and completely renovated. There is a purified water system for drinking water and ice from the new refrigerator. We also have a notebook for you to leave with your own recommendations for the future. To maintain this high quality, pets and children under 15 are not allowed, and smoking is only allowed on the terrace. A maximum of four people can rent the unit--no exceptions.
