Great place!

This is the second time my family and I rent this unit, and we will keep coming back! It’s clean, has everything we need, a beautiful ocean view and the beach is the best one you will see in all Puerto Vallarta! I won’t bother looking for another place to stay for our next vacation.

Buen lugar para descansar

El departamento está igual que me las fotos, todo lo que incluye estar muy bien, la playa es hermosa y la vista que se tiene es increíble, la atención del alfitrion fue buena solo que se tuvo una condición con el pago de la limpieza, de ahí en más todo estuvo bien, sin duda rentaría de nuevo el departamento, si pudieran agragar una sillas para la playa estaría genial.

Matt and Deidre's condo was top notch, decorated tastefully and stocked with everything you may need for any length of stay. As hosts they were very welcoming and prompt with all communication.As for the complex it was perfect for what we wanted in a vacation. Beaches were fantastic, the pool was perfect with bar and restaurant service right there, and the staff were great, Manny and Alesh were so friendly and always working hard, treat them well if you are there.

This was a perfect location right off of the ocean, and just far enough outside of downtown that you had the added tranquility. The condo was on the 5th floor overlooking both the pool and the ocean. Listening to the crashing waves and watching for the whales to go by were definite highlight

A wonderful stay. The condo is right on the beach and the sea view from the balcony is stunning. It is located on the 5 floor, well equipped with a big and very confortable bed. There is a local bus just outside the condo that took us to the center and the fishing village of Boca, 30mn south.

The view was wonderful and the unit was as described. Onsite staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed to find there was a cleaning charge and a charge for id bracelets after I had booked. Be prepared to cook or take taxis/uber to restaurants as the restaurant on site is just ok. Cooking facilities are very cramped, but kitchen is stocked with basics.

We have a very enjoyable stay. The unit is well equipped, very clean, and the ocean front view is stunning. Having easy access to a bus to go into Ouerto Vallarta was very convenient. It is only a 15 minute ride. The owners were very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

Expectations Exceeded

The condo was the perfect size for me and my adult daughter. The balcony view is gorgeous - we saw whales everyday while relaxing on the balcony. I like that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town yet we could take the bus for 10 pesos or a taxi for 150 pesos to get into town. Plenty of towels, al line kitchen tops we needed and isn’t hit and cold water

Perfect location and great Condo!

We very much recommend this Condo to others who are interested. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and had everything you need to make your own meals. The building location was great with a short bus or Uber ride into town if needed. Our group particularly liked the sights south of the Condo.

Stay at Girasol

We have stayed at Girasol two other occasions. The beaches are gorgeous it's and swimmable, the views incredibe, and the restaurant a huge plus. We enjoy being away from all the business of dontown, but have the convenience of a short bus ride to downtown. Unit 509 had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Our favorite feature was the countertop ice maker we named Jerome. The bed was very comfortable, and the set up very homey. . countertop ice

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Matt and Deidre’s condo. Everything about the condo and the entire complex exceeded our expectations. It’s right on the most beautiful beach. The location was perfect for us and was only 20 minutes away from downtown Puerto Vallarta. We loved being able to come back to a quiet magical escape after a day of exploring. I will be booking at this property again whenever I can. Thank you again Matt and Deidre for being such wonderful hosts and for sharing your little piece of paradise.

The best little condo

This is my second time at Matt’s and the view off the balcony still takes my breath away! The location is perfect with the nicest beach and is the perfect place to relax. Staff is friendly, I will be back 🇲🇽

Back Again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and loved it just as much as the first time. For us it is just so convenient and central for what we like to do. Swimming pool and beaches either side of the condo are literally 2 minutes walk from the condo and are very clean. Restaurant downstairs could do with updating but we only ate there once and went out to restaurants downtown. Once again, we will definitely be back!

Ocean-Side Getaway

This was our third time to Playa Los Gemelas, and we plan to go back next year again! The things we love about it are: The beautiful, clean beaches with soft, white sand. From Matt & Dede's balcony, you have not only a perfect view of both beaches but also full access to them. The clear, warm water that’s perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The stunning sunsets that provide a perfect end to each day. We typically go to the pool area in the late afternoon, stay for cocktail hour at 6 PM, and watch the sunset after 7 PM. The friendly locals and vibrant culture. We go into the city each morning to study Spanish at The Spanish Experience. It's so enjoyable to get to know the local people there (our teachers), and we've also met some truly amazing people from all over North America and Europe. From the school, our teachers take us on excursions, and this year we went to San Sebastíán, saw the most amazing Blue Agave fields, and tasted the BEST tequila! The delicious local cuisine and live music at the ocean-side restaurant just below our balcony. The quiet, relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We like going into the city but also appreciate the peaceful surroundings when we come back each day. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Mexico 2023

We booked a unit for a few days before joining my parents in Nuevo Vallarta for Christmas. Wish we would have stayed here for our entire vacation. We watched whales from our balcony and listened to the ocean. We slept with the patio door every night. The view was fantastic.

Fantastic

The accommodation was first class from the king bed to the kitchen area and everything in between, my apartment should be so nice, and the view is outstanding. We were lucky enough to see whales surface. And to top it all off the owners were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay - condo had everything we needed - wonderful beaches with great snorkeling, cool lightening storms in the evening, nice quiet complex, friendly staff. Condo came with beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler to take to the beach! We appreciated the filtered water cooler in the condo and we were easily able to purchase a refill and received help from security getting the refill upstairs. Air conditioning worked perfectly for the hot days. Communication with owners was excellent - answered every question we had and responded very quickly. Little store takes credit cards now but restaurant on site is cash only but very reasonable. The gym didn’t have much equipment but we only took that as a sign to hang at the beach instead :) Vendors at the beach rent umbrellas which was nice with the strong sun. The bus stops/picks up right in front and great for a trip to Mismaloya or into the heart of town. Would definitely recommend a stay here- we wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is lovely, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable with neat decorations and beautiful views. The air conditioner was very cold and much appreciated during the heat wave. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for others.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely stay. It was our first time in Mexico. A little bit out of the way, but this is what we wanted. We didn't want a "resort" type of vacation. We quickly worked out the transport methods with the help of the very friendly front desk staff and used the buses or taxies every day. For the 2 of us, this condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with an added bonus of an amazing view. Slight inconvenience was the restaurant closing to have the roof replaced during our stay, but this encouraged us to explore more and go out and forage! We will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend staying here.
