The penthouse was perfect for our group of 8. We had everything we needed. The location was great! All of our favorite restaurants were within walking distance and we found some that we hadnt tried before since we usually stay closer to the river. The roof top pool had an amazing view and the privacy was nice. The big pool was beautiful but we ran out of time to really take advantage of it. Thank you for the lovely stay!!

PV in April

It is a very nice condominium with plenty of room. The large patio had a great view of the ocean. Access to the beach was a nice walkway down. The shortcomings were there are is a nightclub on both sides with loud music playing until at least 10pm. The rooftop patio and pool were a bit aged and seemed not as nice as in the pictures. The property manager was nice and helpful.

An Excellent Family Vacation

Our stay in the penthouse went above and beyond our expectations. The spacious layout of the living space made it comfortable for our 10 guests. The views from the decks or living room was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.We enjoyed sitting up on the rooftop deck and enjoying soaking in the pool watching the sunset. We did not use the kitchen, because there are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The food in the area was beyond amazing. The condo pool was perfect for a nice cool off and relaxing day. We also enjoyed the beach right through the back gate. Very easy to access and beautiful. If I was to suggest anything it would be that the extra bed in the split room is not best for adults. I would suggest that the condo sleeps 8 adults comfortably. The bed was a bit difficult to set up and the sheets did not fit it very well. Everything else about our stay was relaxing and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Enjoyable Unit

There were 5 of us that stayed for 10 days at this unit. We have been coming to PV for our annual Thanksgiving trip for years and have also stayed in this area. The unit is spacious and is easy to navigate. Kitchen is mostly well equipped. Needs cutting boards and better flatware. Television is built in speaker only, no sound bar or surround system. Surrounding noises can affect to hear the TV. Beds are extremely soft so if you have back issues be prepared. Property Manager is not clear in communication and slow to follow up on issues raised. The Hotel Almar/Mantamar Club and Blue Chairs Roof Top Lounge are on either side of the unit. In the past the loud music was stopped at 10-10:30pm each night. During our stay this obviously had changed. On Friday/Saturday and Sunday nights the music went until after 12am and was so loud you felt that you were actually in the Disco. This was not true in the past so we weren't sure if this was a one off for this year. Overall, spacious, beautiful views, great balcony, great location and easy access to the beach. Awesome property

This giant penthouse was the most amazing property just minutes from the best part of town. We came in days after a hurricane and the property owner was super communicative about outages with solutions for everything. Would love to book the property again.

Stunning Property

Six friends stayed at this property in April and loved it! The property manager communicated before and during the stay to make sure everything was well. Asked for ice on arrival and two bags were waiting for us. And even arranged for a doctor to come to the Condo for a COVID test to allow us to fly back to the States. The property is stunning. The views from the balcony and private rooftop are among the best in Puerto Vallarta. The photos are exactly what is portrayed when you enter the condo. Super clean and tons of space inside. Kept the windows open for the duration of the stay. Elevator worked the entire time. In fact, everything worked the entire time - no problems with anything. Location was just perfect. The beach is right there when you exit from Floor 4. Lots of restaurants and bars within half kilometer, easy walk to everything. Looking forward to another visit! Didn’t want to leave.

Everything was great. The elevator went out several times a day, however, and walking to the top floor in the heat after a day at the beach sucks. Otherwise, well worth a visit.

Gorgeous views & spacious accommodations

When you first step into Casa Bianca Rosa, you are greeted with large open concept living, perfect for a group of friends. Next you step out on the large balcony and take in the view of the beach, with the fresh breeze and sound of the waves crashing on the shore. This large property has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The master can split to make a 5th bedroom, but shares the same door, so only plan on using it if you have close friends you don't mind sharing space with (it worked out fine for us). Beatriz is extremely helpful and never more than a text a way if you have a question or request. Anthony was a pleasure to work with in the booking process, he went the extra mile to ensure our booking change was handled correctly. We now call Puerto Vallarta paradise, enjoying our 10 days at this beautiful property that is a quick walk to restaurants, bars, shops, spas, and of course the beach with Blue Chairs and other great beachside activities. We look forward to returning again and again. One more thing, watch the ocean closely. Our last day we saw humpback whales from our balcony, they were only about 300 feet off shore. Paradise!

Great space, great location

A group of 10 of us rented this great penthouse over Thanksgiving. It was large and spacious enough that we didn't feel we were on top of each other. Plenty of room for 10. The location was great for the Blue Chairs, with easy access to the beach, and only about a 10-15 min walk to the Zona Romantica. The roof top jacuzzi was perfect to watch the sunset. Beatriz was always available and quick to respond, to any of our questions. We'd highly recommend it.

This place is stunning and the view can not be beat!!

I was very impressed with this property, and will be a repeat customer. The pictures do not it justice, absolutely beautiful!! The views of the beach and the sunset only complete the perfect package. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Great Kitchen. Comfortable balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee or relaxing while you watch the sunset. Great view from the rooftop deck. Close to Playa de los Muertos. There is a nearby bar with music each night which provided a nice background when on the balcony and was not noisy in the bedrooms at all. We walked to the old town area. It is down a walkable hill to the main part of town. You can also take the elevator to the public pool deck and then take a short walk to the beach. The property manager is friendly and responsive.
