We loved our stay at the condo! It is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. Our teen and pre-teen children really enjoyed the beach, fishing, the pool, and whale watching. The beach club and the people who work there are wonderful. And Maria was a gracious host and available for communication throughout our stay. We hope to return again!

We loved our stay at this place! My wife and I visited for a new year's trip with my two adult children in their 20s and my wife's 88-year-old father. There was lots of space for everyone inside the modern, climate-controlled condo unit. We had everything we needed there, and the gated high-end complex felt both secure and welcoming, with ample parking and friendly gate attendants who recognized us by sight after the first day. Snorkeling from the beach was amazing--I saw numerous colorful reef fish, eels, and once even a spotted ray! Maria was communicative and responsive throughout our booking and stay, and we never felt left on our own. We would return again!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s property. Comfortable beds and furnishing and the location is wonderful. The condo is right on the ocean with a huge deck where we ate our meals at the large table. Each condo building has its own infinity pool and hot tub with the ability to walk right out to the beach. We could see dolphins and whales from the deck. The beach club was a great place to eat and we were able to take out kayaks at no charge. We kayaked out to Los Arcos - a really great experience. The condos were close to Mismaloya. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay for the week of Christmas.

Outstanding experience

The property was just as lovely and breathtaking as the pictures. Not too distant from downtown PV for 15-20 minute cab/UBER rides but so refreshingly quiet and peaceful. Loved having access to our own pool and the immediacy of the dining options. The property itself was in amazing shape and Mara was an absolutely wonderful host in terms of communication and helpfulness. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Condo Stay

We had a delightful 2 week stay with family and friends at this beautiful and well appointed condo. The condo is filled with beautiful art pieces which makes it very special, and it had everything we needed for a magical visit. The condo owner, Maria was attentive and kind to deal with. We will be back!

Perfect vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed, and we especially loved the art. The views are beyond and the ability to walk to two beach clubs and have a variety of pools and beaches to choose from was really nice. We went into town once, which was about a 15 minute cab ride. Our hostess was gracious and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views & Lovely Accommodations

Thank you, Maria! Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The views from the condo, and from the infinity pool were stunning! The bedroom/bathroom accommodations were perfect for our purposes, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It doesn't get any better!

The location - perfectly located just 10 min south of the best part of downton. The apartment and building - quite and tranquil married up with sophistication and elegance. The owner has gone above and beyond to make the space warm and rich in culture. The kitchen is extremally well stocked. The property is one you will rarely experience. It's as if you're floating on the ocean. Wave crashing off the balcony all day and night. The pools are beautiful and so inviting and the private beach is amazing. Paddle board, kayak, snorkel and eat wonderfully prepared meals under the palapa. The staff is AMAZING. This property is the one you want! Enjoy! I've been here 4 times now and will be back again and again.

Incredible getaway destination with everything you need within minutes away.

We had a wonderful vacation in Mismaloya with absolutely stellar accommodations. The condo was large, beautifully decorated and equipped with every amenity we could think of. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and we ate every meal outside on the deck, at the spectacular Perrotta wooden table. The view was expansive and magnificent. We ate several meals at the beach club, which was a 3-4 minute walk - accessed either infront of the condo walking along the beach or out the main entrance along the cobbled street. As others have mentioned the restaurant at the beach club only takes cash, so have your Pesos handy. The meals were freshly made and delicious - my 7 yr old son loved the chicken strips and burgers & fries and my family loved the fajitas, tacos and salads. The owner Maria was always readily available when I had any questions and was kind, co side rate and helpful. She enlisted the help of the concierge when needed, who spoke English well. The condo in Mismaloya is about 30 mins from Downtown, but the spot was so beautiful that we didn’t need to venture very far. We were in the pool and ocean snorkeling everyday, right from the beach. A great family run restaurant nearby is Mismaloya Grill, open 7 months of the year. A 5-7 minute Uber or taxi drive away. Reservations for dinner are recommended. You won’t regret booking this condo and I will definitely return without hesitation. Thank you Maria for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!.

Great place to stay in PV

The Condo is very clean. The location is awesome. Maria was very responsive to all of our requests when we had them. The unit gets cleaned twice a week and they even spread your beds. Quite well stocked with coffee and other simple condiments. The club house was also a great place downstairs to go and have a quick breakfast or lunch. Will definitely stay again!

A wonderful family vacation

This truly was a FIRST CLASS property the view from the balcony is spectacular. The furnishings were comfortable unique and beautiful. There is good security. The kitchen it's quite well equipped. Eating dinner at a 14foot table looking out at the ocean surrounded by family and friends speaks for itself. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by the security personnel or the onsite concierge. There is a pool for your individual condominium which is never crowded. There is a beach club with an additional pool, food there is quite good there's more activity there but it is not crowded. The two beach areas are more than adequate and there are kayaks and paddle boards for your use. I would return to this property. It is not located downtown so if you're looking for round the clock party partying that could be a problem. Dealing with Maria the owner was a pleasure.
