Great location with amazing rooftop oasis

We loved the location in the Zona Romantica. Easy walk to everything we wanted—beach, restaurants, bars, shows, etc. The unit is very modern and it’s great to have a second full bathroom in a one bedroom place. The unit is clean and well maintained with only a couple very minor signs of wear that happen in a rental unit. The room has a balcony facing the interior atrium but no views on the outside of the building. We usually ate breakfast on the atrium balcony facing the interior green wall and listening to the waterfall. But we didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the room anyway and the rooftop deck and pool made up for that. We met many nice people sitting around the large hot jacuzzi— more like a very warm jacuzzi and that was perfect for spending hours in there while watching whales and sunset.

Nice condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The host was helpful with all aspects of our stay. It was important for my husband to have an elevator and fairly flat surfaces near the condo. Wonderful restaurants are close by. The condo is well appointed and the pool area is spectacular. We spent most of our time up there. I am not a fan of rain head shower heads, but got by anyway. Very satisfying stay.

terrible communication ...

We arrived to mid 80s temps, but a broken main Air Conditioning & a clogged sink in 2nd bathroom. We informed Sergio immediately. We are short-term rental owners ourselves; "Super Hosts" on a competing platform, & very forgiving. Serggio did not believe us about the AC & sent someone to check. This assistant wasn't a repair person. The assistant confirmed the problems. We asked Serggio when the repairs could be done. Serggio became unresponsive. We stayed as long as we could: 4 of 6 booked nights. It was very uncomfortable & eventually unsustainable for 3 of us piled-up in the single bedroom, where only the small wall AC was working, so we went out of pocket & booked another place for the final 2 nights of our vacation with space & AC. Following conversations with VRBO, Sergio messaged us that he is replacing the AC unit. Huzzah for any future guests! He has accepted that it is indeed broken. Unfortunately for us, he’s followed up with a message saying we were trying to “freeload”. Offensive. He touts that he is the owner & doesn’t use a management company. However, perhaps he should. This was an unfortunate way to deal with clients. The location of the condo is great, the bed is comfy, the views from the roof are amazing. I will work with VRBO to amend my review when I ensure that I am no longer accused of being a “freeloader”. We spent 3x as much for 2 replacement nights not spent here despite Serggio's lackadaisical & accusatory way of communicating.

Perfect location

I've stayed in this building before and was excited to return. The location is perfect for all the places I wanted to go. The rooftop pool is one of the best in the city and I spent every night up there watching the sunset. The condo was clean and looks just like the pictures. Would be happy to rent again.

Highly Recommend

Very nice 1 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms. The 2 full baths made this stay very enjoyable. Nice rooftop pool with very clean pool area restrooms. Great location to the beach and tourist area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

D'Terrace Apartments

This is an 8 story tower with multiple apartments and a roof pool/lounge area with a fantastic view. We stayed in apartment #305 which is an interior, single bedroom apartment. The apartment was as advertised with a king bed and 2 baths. Decor is "modern" with black countertops and cabinets, grey sofas and some silver colored art. We found the apartment to be somewhat dark as no natural sunlight reaches any of the windows. This is made up for by the roof pool which has an amazing view of the bay. The major selling point (other than the roof pool) is the quiet that the interior apartment affords. While the discos are going to all hours, sleepers in #305 are blissfully unaware of the "oonz, oonz, oonz" going on nearby. The apartment is on the eastern end of Zona Romantica and an easy walk to all things PV in this part of town. The Amapas tienda is steps away for all your grocery needs.

Comfort in Paradise

The condo is convenient to shops, restaurants and small grocery store. It is only one block to the beach. Very comfortable, modern and clean condo as the pictures showed. Owner is very nice and gets back to you right away.

Amazing Amapas Condo

This condo is in a great building and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Location: in quiet Amapas, just a few doors from a local Mercado with all the food and drink essentials you may want. A block from Sapphire or other beach clubs to spend the day at. Just a couple blocks to all the amazing restaurants, bars, and shows in Old Town. Amenities: the roof top pool has the best view of the bay in Amapas we’ve seen in our 10 years visiting PV. Well kept Infiniti roof top pool, hot tub, chill tub, gym, and lounge chairs. Appropriate and not burdensome rules give everyone a very peaceful pool day, even whale watching. Unit is stocked with kitchen, bath supply. Comfy couch/sleeper. Two full baths make a stay for friends or two couples easy. Sergio and the on-site building staff are easy to communicate with, and helpful with any questions or concerns.

Unit 305

1. Excellent location 2. The unit is nicely decorated and good use of space. 3. Should put in water in the fridge as the ice from the ice maker cannot be used 4. Should cleanup some stains on the sofa or replace it 5. Should always check to make sure that hot water is working properly. I had to take 4 days of cold showers, and told them 2 trips to fix a simple problem since I made my first and second complaints 6. Have to say that the agent is very responsive when I mentioned the problem to him 7. Security guards are very helpful and polite
