We spent a week at this condo — our second time in this particular unit. The view is breathtaking, watching the view of the beach below from this 4th floor 2 Br/ 2 Ba condo with nicely updated bathrooms and double shower in the primary bath. Host Aaron was helpful in providing suggestions for area restaurants and a nearby gym facility, and the condo staff were friendly, performing their duties efficiently. We’ll definitely be back!

This condo is in the perfect spot for beaching, eating, drinking and just being in P.V.The new bathrooms were really done well and the balcony was perfect for people and fireorks watching.The only think that wasn't that great were the beds. They were very hard and the sheets were scratchy.I would stay here again!

The place is charming and gives you the sense you are in Mexico. The location is perfect giving you tranquil mornings sitting on the balcony watching the day come alive. You are walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, the river Cuale, and all the night life you want. We all enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time while in Vallarta. The property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The location was outstanding! We could enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine at the balcony facing beach. So relaxing! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the condo including the location and authentic vibe. Beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of things to see within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Host was also helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

Perfect location close to great restaurants and shopping. The Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular and a very wonderful place to sit and have a coffee or drink. Enjoyed my stay.

I’ve been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for more than ten years…calling it my happy place. I was so happy to find this condo in the perfect location with an amazing water view right outside our living area. It’s located close to anything you need in the romantic zone or an easy walk to the malecon. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable place to spend some vacation time in the sun. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, groceries. And it is right on the malecon. Every night we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio.

Best parts were the location and view. Vista Del Sol is in the prime area of the Malecon and we had an amazing ocean view from the patio. The unit is quite large but is a bit more ‘tired’ looking than the photos would suggest. Compared to other units we have stayed in, the kitchen utensils etc were old and looked like something you may take on a camping trip. The biggest issue for us was that the property manager was not on site and was often slow to respond to our emails. There was also no binder/instructions for working the appliances, etc. The remote for the A/C in the second bedroom was missing. In the two other condos we rented in PV this past winter there were onsite property managers who helped with the inevitable questions we had upon arrival.

We have stayed in this unit several times, and it never disappoints. The condo has everything we need, and the updated baths are divine. Location couldn't be better, and Aaron is so responsive and helpful. Outstanding stay!

We were lucky enough to get this condo with so much joy and beauty of sea, sand, sky, and great people. So much of old Puerto Vallarta was accessible to us; the staff in this condo building is the best ever; the booking with Aaron is easy and efficient; who could ask for anything more. Mima F.
