Our family of 5 (3 adults and children 2 and 4 years old) spent a week at Casa Suspiro, and it was wonderful. Because the children were too young to do activities like snorkeling and zip line, we spent the entire week at the home, and we enjoyed every minute of it. It's clean and well-maintained. We had all our our meals prepared by Tere, and she's a wonderful chef, we'd highly recommend any of her Mexican specialties. Tere and Chuy were onsite throughout the day and made sure we had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our time there. Happy hour with margaritas and fresh homemade salsa and guacamole by the pool, then dinner at the poolside dining area (don't miss the grilled Red Snapper, one of the best fish dishes we've ever had) was as good and relaxing as a vacation can get. The 3 bedrooms facing the sea have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with an amazing view, and we were able to sleep with them open to the sound of the waves every night. The layout would be very comfortable for up to 3 families with 2 kids each, everybody would feel like they had a luxury room/suite at any resort hotel. The sand beach is clean and has very little traffic, it felt like a private beach, with plenty of room for the kids to play in the sand/surf. The waves were 1-5 feet, fun for the little kids and for boogie boarding. Tried some snorkeling, but there wasn't much to see there as the visibility is only about 6-8 feet, and it's a sand bottom as far out as we went (although that wasn't much farther than 8-10 feet deep).
We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a wonderful beach getaway, and we plan to come back with more extended family in the future.
