Our stay: March 18-25, 2026As annual visitors to Puerto Vallarta, we've stayed in many properties throughout this beautiful, culturally vibrant city, but Casa Perezoso has set a new standard for our future trips!The villa's location is absolutely perfect - just a staircase away from Los Muertos beach and wonderfully walkable to the vibrant Zona Romantica. We loved being able to explore the countless restaurants and bars on foot, then retreat to the peaceful home.Casa Perezoso is thoughtfully designed across four stories. The accommodations exceeded our expectations:Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, Mini-split A/C systems in every room - a game-changer for comfortable sleeping in the tropical climate,complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) - a thoughtful touch that many VRBOs skip. The top-floor patio, where we spent much of our time has absolutely breathtaking ocean views we saw the most spectacular sunsets.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality from Fidela and Chef Eduardo.Fidela provided impeccable daily housekeeping and prepared delicious breakfasts each morning. Chef Eduardo prepared three dinners for us during our stay - what a treat!The combination of the ideal location, beautiful accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and the genuine hospitality shown by Fidela and Eduardo made this our most memorable Puerto Vallarta stay yet! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Peresozo. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for a view of the ocean and access to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We especially loved the beautiful view, the outdoor space, friendly cleaning service, and the privacy of the home. We definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

PERFECT PROPERTY! We absolutely loved our recent trip to PVR. The owner and property manager promptly answered all the questions I had before we arrived, gave excellent recommendations and simply went above and beyond to help us make this a wonderful trip. The home is beautifully decorated. Every amenity you could ever want is there. (it does have a “pool” but I would classify it more as a Jacuzzi. It is very small. But who cares, because you were going to spend all your time on the beach!) Getting to the beach is so easy, take the stairs beside the house all the way down or you can walk down the road and end up at numerous beach clubs. I cannot praise the staff at the house enough! We fell in love with Fidela our housekeeper who was also our breakfast cook, and Rennie our babysitter. We cannot wait to visit again soon!

Kitchen and dining room fully equipped! They have thought of everything!!

Amazing Spring Break

Hands down would stay again (consensus of everyone who stayed). Each room is individually simple but beautiful with a view and private bathroom. You’ll get your uphill steps in or take a taxi easily. Great hosts and house tenants that immediately made us feel at home.

Gorgeous property with incredible views

Fantastic property with 4 lovely en-suite bedrooms. Open plan main floor is and rooftop balcony are excellent. Two notes 1. This property is at the top of a hill and it is a healthy walk from the beach. It’s 162 steps on the very close by stairs to the beach. Not great for people with mobility issues. Uber/taxi service is very inexpensive if needed. 2. We were there during a DJ festival for 3 days of our 7 day stay and because the space is so open That it was loud from noon to 10pm. It would be loud anywhere you stay in the area. Once the festival was over it was much quieter and completely fine at night. Only the sound of the waves crashing.

Casa Perezoso - stay, March 2025

We stayed at Casa Perezoso March 2025 with 3 other couples. The home is a beautiful 4-story and traditionally furnished. We loved the open-air concept of the main floor and roof-top, while the 4 bedrooms (w/ private ensuites) all had air conditioning if preferred. The walk to and from our favorite bars and restaurants was easy, however cabs rides were seamless and safe and very affordable too. Sarah, house manager, and Fidelia were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend - location, property amenities, manager responsiveness. We loved it all!

Staying at Casa P was a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful and spacious villa. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. It is in a great location. The property management was very responsive and on top of everything. And our housekeeper was awesome. The check-in was effortless. They were waiting at the door to greet us when we arrived. I can't say enough, it is a great place to stay. We will stay there again.

Can’t wait to come back!

This was the most spectacular home I’ve ever stayed in. The description was perfect and we had so much room for our 6 guests. Amazing views from each room made our stay relaxing. You’ll love the roof top deck, especially at night. The check in process was easy and the property management company was professional and responsive. We also loved Fidela who did an excellent job cleaning the beautiful home.

Beautiful villa walking distance to beach and town

I stayed with four friends and we've rented villas for decades. Almost everyone agreed that overall this was the best we'd ever stayed in. The layout is ideal, with bathrooms in each room, plus two extras on the other floors. Bedrooms on floors 1 and 3 provide nice separation. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sun. And all walking distance to the beach and town if you are up for the hill. Loved this place!

I had an excellent experience! From the house staff to getting groceries pre stocked in the house. The house keeper was so kind. My only complaint is that I could not connect to wifi and nobody there could help me. So I spent my trip without wifi, which isn't bad because it forced me not to work! I would return here again & again

Everyone love it!

I agree with the pictures don't do it justice. Bit of a trek up a windy hill but truly worth it, situated in a decently quiet area within walking distance to a vibrant part of the city. Lovely views and open airy spaces on all floors, especially the large rooftop terrace. Good vibes in all rooms. Ample privacy throughout. Living area and baths have open air walls/windows so always open to the outdoors. Beautiful saltillo throughout. Beautiful interior wooden stairs are easy to traverse. Great kitchen. Great housekeeper! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

great place wrong time

The Home was nice , some things that need improving, AC in the kitchen would help so you can at least cook! Spent a lot of time in the bedrooms as they were the only rooms that had AC Wasn't' expecting that many storms and flooding inside the house. Cockroaches in some of the rooms were not appealing! View , location and space were amazing

Casa Perezoso is a beautiful villa in a great location. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The views are stunning from every room. We spent most of our time on the rooftop patio and really enjoyed the stereo system throughout the entire building.

Loved our stay at Casa Perezoso. It’s is exactly as advertised. Spacious rooms, daily housekeeping, Views of the ocean from bedrooms and living room. As mentioned, house is at top of hill with a cobblestone road, so not great for those with mobility issues. Everyone else will love it

Breath of fresh air

It was an amazing home. The view was spectacular. The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping was a quick walk or taxi cab drive away. The home was so clean and organized. The dipping pool and sun chairs was one of our favorite gathering places. Having a bar and bathroom on the same level made it to easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was very private. There were a few neighbors that got a little loud but that didn't deter us from having a great vacation. We will definitely try and make it back some day.

Lovely Stay & Outstanding Views

The property was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay and enjoy Puerto Vallarta for a week. It was even better in person with the spectacular views (we watched whales from the balcony every day) and the relaxing sound of waves in every room. We had worried that the nightlife would be loud but the home is just far enough away from any clubs that sound was never an issue. It's a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Just know that this area has steep roads with uneven cobblestones. The property came with everything we needed. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Sara or Teresa. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This place was amazing to rent!

The beautiful open floors, with a view of the ocean was breathtaking! The rooms were uniquely designed, and kept up daily by the housekeeper. I would extremely suggest renting this place to all. Best, Scott
