This Mexican-designed casa lies nestled in a quiet nook at the end of a gated lane. It has a majectic view of the Pacific Ocean. The main floor of the three storey casa boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a six-burner gas stove and a breakfast bar. The living room adjoins the main floor terrace where guests can lounge in comfort and enjoy meals at the terrace dining table while basking in the evening sun as it sets over the ocean. The master bedroom, with a carved, king-size bed has a writing corner with the same beautiful ocean view. The modern ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub, modern shower and ample closet space.
The upper floor has a second large bedroom with a king-size bed that can be conveniently separated into two beds. The bedroom has a modern ensuite bathroom. The greater part of the upper floor, covered by a palapa roof, has a small kitchenette, a bar, a built-in couch and a large lounging space - the perfect lounging room for you and for guests. The bamboo blinds can be raised letting in the cooling ocean breeze and giving guests a fabulous view of the ocean and surrounding hills. This second floor could be used as a private apartment if guests require privacy.
The third floor bedroom has a private balcony with a perfect ocean view. It has a fully equipped ensuite.
