Kitchen is fully appointed with everything needed for groups of 6 to cook, dine and enjoy; equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a variety of dishes, cutlery, and cookware.

Restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short 5 to 10 minute walk through your private access gate on to the boardwalk. Isla Iguana is only a 7 minute drive from the airport and 15 minute drive to old town.

There is a generous common area with a large salt water pool with ample lounge chairs surrounded by palm trees. Poolside BBQ grills are available with umbrella tables and chairs for your enjoyment.

Villa has full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for all your clothing needs. Bathrooms come stocked with full complement of towels, body washes and shampoos.
