Very nice stay

Icon is a beautiful property. The condo had great mountain views, and is perfect for 2 people. The unit has very generous space, with wrap around terraces. As an owner of Icon too, it was great to have the overflow unit for my guests.

Amazing Stay! Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved every minute. Our hosts were very responsive and the ad was exactly as the suite was…stunning, comfortable and super safe. Definitely would stay again.

All the best aspects of a resort without the crowds!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay!! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the furniture was fairly comfortable. You have beautiful views in every direction! The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a great grocery store nearby as well as an Oxxo for snacks and drinks. The food at the onsite restaurant was actually pretty good, just keep in mind that things close down pretty early. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, definitely consider this place.

Icon Vallarta Visit

Staying at Icon Vallarta felt like home. The feeling of welcome was palpable from both the staff and fellow residents. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were communicative. The one problem I had was that before the stay I was required to send a photo ID (which is typical) and this site did not allow me to attach it to our messages. Furthermore, Vrbo blanked out our email addresses. Fortunately, our hosts were resourceful. Thank you Carlos and Juan Manuel--we'll be back, this time for longer.

PV getaway

Great condo in high rise tower right on the beach. The condo is large airy and bright. A great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Centrally located; only 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to the marina. Property owners were very responsive to my questions and we had a very great stay!

Absolutely Amazing stay

This was our first experience renting a condo and we had the most amazing time! From the time we booked, the owners responded promptly and courteously, answering all of our questions. The unit was spacious, and was equipped with everything you need and more! Cleanliness is crucial to us and this unit was spotless! The views are amazing from this unit. You get some ocean view, can watch the cruise ships come in, and you get the city views too. The bed is so comfortable, which was a very nice surprise. All of the staff are friendly and helpful as well. A big shout out to the staff at the concierge desk! I just can’t say enough. We loved this condo and can’t wait to go back! THANK YOU!!!’

Amazing Place!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Everything was spotless and the floor to ceiling windows has the most beautiful views! Juan was always quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely helpful. I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place or location for our stay! Thank you!!!

Great location and clean condo

The location of the Icon buildings is great if you want a quick drive from the airport, very short walk to a grocery store and outdoor mall, and really easy to get to the marina or other big stores. The grounds of the Icon are pretty with direct beach access. The rules are strict, as others have said, but we assume it's to keep things looking nice. This unit has great views, with huge sliding doors that open all the way up. Plenty of space for our family of 3 and it was nice having a kitchen. We did run into a few issues including the elevator codes didn't always work (we rode the elevator up and down a lot waiting until our code would work on the keypad), the microwave didn't work at all, the water was turned off upon arrival and keypad to the unit wasn't locking so we could leave. We managed to get the water back on after about an hour and the keypad to the unit started working too. The unit rules stated to set the thermostat to what we found a rather hot temperature, or you would be charged extra. That left us feeling uncomfortable at times if we couldn't have the a/c running enough to cool the unit. I would expect when renting a condo, the a/c could be set to a reasonable temperature for the occupants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed the property.

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves greatly. The location was ideal. Having had a VRBO property ourselves it was comparable to most VRBO properties of this kind. We would recommend your property to others.

Property managers excellent. Area too noisy to leave windows open or to enjoy balcony. Plus side is you are close to everything. Property has too many rules. Concierge service very good. Condo excellent and well laid out.

Truly enjoyed our stay here

The ICON was great and the apartment very clean and well designed for a stay. Communication was easy and all services were available to us as if we were staying in a hotel. We felt very safe at the property (which had been a concern) and were able to take advantage of the ping pong, pool, beach, beachside cafe, spa (massages), fitness center and movie room. We enjoyed this more than an all inclusive because we are not big alcohol drinkers and could moderate our food intake better, as well as pack lighter and use the washer/dryer to clean clothes. There is a high-quality tennis court about 15 min walk which I enjoyed as well. My one recommendation to the owner would be to add an HDMI cable to one of the 2 TVs to be able to connect a computer to it and watch a movie in the unit. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended and looking forward to visiting again.

Nice amenities, great mountain views

2 day stay, overall the property is very secure, the pool is beautiful, and the beach access is premium. Apartment was great for the price; comfortable, good A/C. Couldn't get TV in bedroom to work, but living room TV worked fine. Communication with the owner was very responsive and courteous. Make sure you work out your departure time in advance with the host, since the property has no bag storage, and will not allow you to take bags to the pool/beach/etc.
