The Perfect Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental

We have stayed at this condo before and it is always a wonderful treat to return. The property is excellently maintained and has everything needed to enjoy time in Mexico. I'm not sure if we enjoy the location the most (walking distance to the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta), the wonderful ocean views from the balcony or just relaxing at the buildings' pool and deck area the most. The building staff (security and housekeeping) are all extremely friendly and helpful and all the other residents very friendly. The host and his family will do everything possible to make sure your stay is outstanding. We will defintely be back....very soon.

The owner‘s son met us as we pulled up in our taxi, I had gotten an email asking our flights arrival time so they could be prepared, didn’t know they were going to actually greet us and show us around. It was very nice. We had never been there before, our driver didn’t know where it was. So he found it with the restaurant address that’s under the building. You buzz to get in and out. There’s someone outside all the time incredibly safe, the whole area felt very safe. Pool was a nice bonus upstairs. Great communication with owners. Beautiful view from the patio, living room, and master bedroom. There is no view from the second bedroom, and you can’t open the curtains on that side really as there is a multilevel parking right next to the complex and the unit is on the end. The lights in the garage are on late if you’re sensitive to light I would bring an eye mask. In both bedrooms, there are no blackout curtains. We had no problem though. We had no problem with noise. Very centrally located. Delicious crêpe vendor right outside.Taco Mar is the best restaurant! It’s a bit of a walk highly recommend it. Devils Bar had the best fresh drinks, next to the condo, we hung out there a lot, I don’t drink, so had virgin version, helped me stay hydrated. My daughter said the spirited version was yummy. Didn’t realize beaches are so rocky there, didn’t do much in the water. On the boardwalk, easy to get around. Highly recommend this place.

Stunning views, home exactly as described in listing. Very well equipped kitchen. Huge view deck. Large bedrooms with views and king size beds. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Great location. Located next to walking paths and tons of good restaurants. Felt very safe with on site 24 hour security. We cant wait to come back again. Congratulations to the owner for maintaining and sharing such a wonderful place. Dave W

We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was spacious, well stocked, clean and WOW, what a view! For our first visit to PV, it was the perfect location. We didn’t have any problems and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful ocean view from central PV location

We loved the location and view for our romantic get away week for birthday celebration. This unit is perfect for couples with a large balcony that can be open air with the large sliders to the living room and master suite. With access to the boardwalk downstairs we had everything we wanted in walking distance. We’re already excited to return!

My family had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect and centrally located for all of our activities. The view from the condo was amazing and the best part of the stay. The building was well maintained and all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home

Our family of 3 (two adults, one teen) loved staying here! It’s the perfect location for exploring all of the beauty of Puerto Vallarta. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, strolling along the Malecon, relaxing at the pool, and walking to dinner in the nearby neighborhoods. The building was safe and the staff was friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It was hard to leave!

PVR Vacation.

The condo is beautiful and centrally located. We saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Unfortunately being directly on the malcon it is very noisy all night long. I would suggest you bring ear plugs to sleep.

Perfection!

Amazing location, amazing condo - has everything you could possibly need and more. Sassia met us upon arrival to show us where everything was, and to assure us if we needed anything just to call her. Condo is within walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, shops, etc. We had a fantastic week, and will definitely return in the future.

Lovely getaway

The condo is immaculately clean and very well-stocked. The views are outstanding - we saw 8 whales in the week we were there. It is in a highly convenient location - we walked everywhere we wanted to go: to beach clubs and to great restaurants in the romantic zone and in the old town. Irdrish, the property manager was wonderful. I highly recommended this condo to anyone visiting PV - residents are generally older and property is quiet - the waves are the loudest part!

Home of the Dolphins

Fabulous central location, within walking distance to absolutely everywhere. Breath taking ocean vistas with plenty of dolphin and whale entertainment. Directly below an expansive terrace is people watching at its best on the Malecon Boardwalk. And if all that gets boring there’s always the rooftop pool for champagne and chill.

Whales, sunsets and ppl watching Paradise

We had a great stay at the property. Saw whales almost every day (late Nov) from the patio. Malecon walk and food and snack vendors are only a few steps away which was great! Only slight things to note, lights from Malecon walk were always on, so bring and eye shade/mask of you need a dark room to sleep. Noise was not really an issue, closed windows/doors when we went to sleep and things never went to late, no big night clubs etc are close by, so all good. Pool is a bit small if there are other ppl using it, but the building was quiet so we used it pretty much whenever we wanted. So many nice restraints within a few blocks as well, we didn't my have a long enough start to try them all ... Definitely would come back here! Only

Great location, great views but downsides

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the sunset and the people/vendors on the Malecón. Downside: entering toilet/bath from kitchen. Not good. Kitchen pots and pans old and need to be replaced. Mattress in master bedroom old and uncomfortable. No Washer and dryer in apartment. Washer and dryer are in a separate area of complex and you have to pay for use. Televisions only in bedrooms. Not in family room. So watching tv only while lying down on bed.

This apartment is wonderful- it puts you right in right in the middle of the city, walking distance from everywhere. Hearing the waves is an incredible experience, and the balcony is everything. We later stayed at a hotel and resort and ultimately preferred our stay at michel’s to the other two.

Best View on the Malecon

The location of this condo was superb! The views were amazing, you don't need a rental car because there are so many restaurants and sights to see within walking distance but if you did need a ride there are taxis everywhere waiting to service you. This trip was more for relaxation for us but there are plenty of activities to do and all along the Malecon you can find someone to help you book an excursion if you choose to do something last minute. The condo is comfortable, we had the pool to ourselves everyday. The owner was very nice, he called a week before our trip to confirm everything, his step-daughter met us upon arrival and walked us through and made sure we knew everything we needed to know and they were available throughout our stay should we need anything. Very nice folks. We will definately return to stay at this property. Thank you.

Beautiful Birthday Vacation

Everything was perfect and more than I imagined. Sassia, the manager is wonderful and very attentive. The door man, Alfredo really made us feel safeand was such a gentleman. I enjoyed meditating often on our terrace and the views from the rooftop pool are spectacular. Staying here is truly the perfect location to really feel the magic of PuertoVallarta. I can't wait to come back! Gracias!
