Great location

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. 12 to 25 minute drive to town based on traffic. On site staff fantastic!

Great Condo wtih Beautiful Views and Fantastic Pool

We stayed here with two families, five kids total. if you like to hear the ocean waves at night, you'll be in heaven. Bedrooms were spacious and private. The in-building staff made the place feel like a hotel in terms of desk people answering questions and the cleaner being kind and thorough. The property managers were also very helpful and reasonably prompt when responding to any questions we had. The pool was great-right at the beach, lots of lounge chairs, enough shallow water for the kids to play. We were able to get into town by taking the nearby bus. It was a 25 minute ride. A taxi stand is nearby as well. One thing to know, there aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We cooked many of our meals so that wasn't too bad for us. We utilized the condo restaurant for a couple breakfast and lunches, which the kids loved.

Nice property

Downside was that the on-site restaurant was not fully operational. For anyone counting on it for breakfast and lunch, lack of staffing made it disappointing.

Great location and hosts.

Ocean front condo with a great sandy beach. Comfortable home with attentive front desk staff. Hosts were responsive when we had a brief problem with the hot water. There was also easy access to the pool and beach...as well as a little restaurant with great sea food about a five minute walk down the beach. Old town (without traffic) is only about 10 minutes away. Easy to get an uber or cab. One night we even arranged for chefs to come in and cook steak and lobster which we ate on the balcony. Amazing vacation and we will be back.

Amazing beach and building

Hi, we just love the beach and this specific building in the south shore. It has a beautiful Mexican charm. The views are spectacular and is never crowded. We did snorkeling in the beach which was great. Is only a 10 minute drive to the romantic zone where is full of restaurants and everything else you need (you can also safely bus or ubber there). The property manager was great and attended all our needs to. My only and very little complain is that the thermostat in our unit didn't seem to work great, so the AC was either on (and very cold) or off. The doors didn't have any screens so having the windows open was not an option b/c some little bugs would get in. However, this was very minor and I definitely plan to be back there soon!. perfect for party of 6. Well furnished, located top 5 beaches of Puerto vallarta

The condo was nicely furnished, clean and well stocked for a party of 6. Cooking was no issue. Never did make it to the restraunt on site. Was there with my wife, 2year old daughter, mother/father in law, grandma/grandpa in law. The beach in my opinion, top 5 beach of Puerto vallarta. Light white powdery sand. The water was clear enough to see your toes and small fish swimming. The water was also very calm to light swim/dipping because of rock formation that create a pool like swim area where wave dont come crashing in. Getting into to the ocean to take a dip was easy, no rocks under your feet, no strong waves. Condo staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our family had a memorable stay and would consider staying again in the future for a party of 6. Everything was as stated. No complaints here. A recommendation tho, Provide the following for guest: -Showering soap -shampoo -paper towels Stayed In more than a few "vrbo" always nice to see those recommendations provided by host. But again, no complaint. Everything was just right for our stay.

Great spot

The complex is I in a great location and very well-maintained. Our 3 Bedroom Pl. was tastefully done and right over the beach. Fernanda greeted us and was very helpful when we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental and will come back again Gary

Lots of potential, but not prepped for rental

Overall, this was not the seamless rental experience we expected given the price. Detailed review as follows: Pros: - Oceanfront location - Nice pool - Stylishly and comfortably furnished unit - Safe parking - Gym access available (and no one else seemed to use it, nice to not have to share during Covid times) Cons: - When we arrived, the Wifi internet was not working in the unit. It took until the next day to be repaired (not a great experience for those who do not have cell plans including Mexico) - No drinking water available upon arrival (we had to ask for a can of water to be delivered) - Many things in the unit in need of repair-- one toilet not flushing, sink in one bathroom leaking, range hood not functional, etc. Not deal-breakers, but upon arrival we felt we needed to go around and try everything so that we could report the multiple problems to the property manager. To their credit, they fixed the big ones (water and internet) within 24 hrs. - The listing states there is an on-site restaurant. During our stay it was closed due to lack of staff. This is less than ideal because the hotel is around a 10-15 min drive from PV where you can access other restaurants. - They did not provide soap or shampoo for guest use. Again, a small thing, but it would make the place seem homier to have these. In summary, don't arrive here hungry, thirsty, or dirty. Come prepared and you will enjoy. Or, better yet, book another place so you don't have to worry about these details on your vacation.

Beach getaway!

Recently stayed at this amazing condo. It is very spacious. each bedroom is very large with its own on-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the necessities. My daughter used the gym everyday. The beach is beautiful with water that is so clear you can see all the little fishes swimming around. The restaurant is very good and economical. It is not that far from downtown, I liked the fact that there were not many vendors on the beach trying to sell you goods.

Excellent but?

Excellent property. Easy check in/out. Clean! But we could not get an even distribution of the A/C. On a personal note I enjoy swimming in the ocean but due to the abundance of small fish near the shore line, as many as 30 large pelicans dominated the swimming areas.

Perfect calm location getaway!

The property exceeded all expectations! The location is just outside of atown, beautiful pool, right on the beach. 10 min. Uber ride into old town PV which is incredibly quaint and full of charm. The restaurant on the property is very good, reasonably priced and convenient. We saw whales from the front porch a few mornings which was incredible! The waves crash right outside your window. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property, incredible view.

This really is on the nicest beach - great ocean swimming! We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking to the view of the ocean. We saw several whales from our own balcony! The unit was comfortable and well appointed. The pool is beautiful and kept very warm. We did find the building managers and other residents a little unwelcoming towards our children (we didn't see any other kids while we were there) but the unit's owners were very friendly and accommodating.
