We have been staying at this property for 9 years and have already booked for next year! So grateful for the ride from the airport to the condo and to see the smiling faces of Gabi and Natali (property management) to greet us year after year. The location is central to absolutely everything and very comfortable. I know saying this is our home away from home may sound a little cliche, but it truly is! I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. Thank you Regis for always being the best host! Such quick response times and so very kind.

Awesome stay in PV!

Beautiful clean accommodations in a great location. The owner and his management team went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The building is so safe and secure and walking distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We also really enjoyed the infinity pool and friendly people. Perfect stay!

Beautiful condo in Emiliano Zapata

This was a very well appointed condo. Beautiful decor and a great building. The rooftop pool was very nice with a view of both the ocean and the mountains. Check in and checkout were very easy. All in all, a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in PV this year. Condo was perfect for us. Bed very comfortable. Loved that the unit had two bathrooms. Host very communicative with great tips for stay. Location could not have been better. Close to everything! Can walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

What a great first time in PV

First time in PV and we could not have selected a better property. Location was close to everything and we could walk to everything we wanted included groceries (recommend Casa Ley, 1.9 km walk along the water). The arrangement of the cab from airport and tour from property manager was an excellent perk, as was the Nespresso. All communications were thorough and professional, property extremely clean and well stocked. We used the pool every day, BBQ twice, pleased with both amenities. It’s a 100 out of 100.

Home Away From Home

This delightful return stay has been our holiday home for several years & it's location is right in the center of Old Town. This makes for easy access to grocery shopping, markets, restaurants & upscale boutiques within walking distance. We have made friends with many of the buildings occupants and staff and socialize every day at the rooftop pool. Already looking forward to our next year return.. Ruth & John

One month in Puerto Vallarta

worked out perfectly. This property is perfectly located in the heart of the romantic zone. It's very clean, has a great rooftop pool area and was fully equipped with everything I needed for my activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful including returning my credit card after I apparently dropped it walking into the building one evening. Great place.

Home Away From Home

As usual, our trip begins with a pleasant arrival at V399, thanks to our hosts and property managers. Our condo is very well kept and equipped, every stay. The decor and cleanliness are impeccable. The location in Zona Romantica is ideal. Quiet, yet conveniently located in the heartbeat of old town Puerto Vallarta, abundant with great restaurantes, art galleries, banks, shopping galore and medical care. But most important is the great attention, care and friendliness of our hosts, Regis and Martin. And, that would be why we return annually to V399.

Fantastic vacation.

We booked this property for our anniversary. It was the perfect get away. We were picked up at the airport and greeted by Gabi who checked us in. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The roof top pool was beautiful and easily accessible. The location was fantastic. You could walk most places, but cabs and the bus line were right out the front door. We would stay again. Absolutely perfect place.

Condo, location, and rooftop pool were great. Very quiet even though relatively close to the “action”. Communication with owner and manager was great. Highly recommend. Only suggestion for owner (and everyone for that matter!) is to get a bidet. Once you bidet it’s hard to live without one lol. Thanks Regis and Gaby!

Perfect location just off Basilia Badillo, a few blocks from the beach. No hills to climb, cozy little patio at street level. Condo is comfortable and well appointed, although a bit overcrowded with accent pieces (pillows, candles, stuff). Communication with the owner and agent was excellent.

Simply blew away our expectations

Pros: - location that can’t be beat: 2 blocks from the ‘party street’ , 3 blocks from the beach, many restaurants within 2 min walk, yet totally isolated from the noise. And that’s not the case for most apartments in the area - comfort : 5* - cleanliness: 5* - communication with manager: perfect - rooftop pool and jacuzzi : excellent No downside I can think of

Wonderful property

This was the first visit to Puerto Vallarta for my wife and I. We loved it. Much of our experience was due to the condo we stayed in. The place is in a perfect location. Beach, restaurants, shopping, etc… all within walking distance. Regis’s property was immaculate with all amenities needed for a great vacation. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the rooftop infinity pool. Amazing views with many areas to relax after a swim in a awesome pool. Loved the property. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit

Amazing Condo

The place was amazing and beautifully decorated condo. Service provided by Gabriela, Jose and the staff at the building was awesome. The place was very well maintained and super clean. Loved the roof pool and the BBQ we used to cook on 2 occasions. The bed in the condo was the most comfortable bed ever. We highly recommend this condo. Only 2 block from the beach with tons of restaurants and boutiques around. We would have loved to stay longer so that says it all.

Lovely condo!

Our whole experience staying in this beautiful condo was excellent! Easy communication with owner and concierge. The condo has everything you need including filtered water and complimentary coffee. The bed is gorgeous and very comfortable. The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything and yet very quiet inside. Rooftop pool and lounge area are fabulous. We will definitely return. Thank you so much!

One Month In Paradise

This property is immaculately clean and very well decorated. The charm it offers really makes staying there extremely comfortable, not to mention how well equipped the unit is. The roof top pool area is a great way to spend the day lounging in the sun. This unit is situated in an ideal location of Zona Romantica and very quiet at night. The host is very attentive to any questions we had. The property manager was also quick to respond with all our needs, which were very few. The perfect Paradise in Puerto Vallarta.

A Great experience !

We had a great stay at V399 at Regis’s beautiful condo. Regis is an amazing host who provides detailed info throughout the booking process . It was a very nice touch that he provided a complimentary taxi pickup for our arrival in PV . We were greeted by Natalie upon arrival to the condo who orientated us and was available for any questions or assistance during our stay. The Condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was great ( easy walk to beach, amazing restaurants etc ) Amazing little coffee shop across the street ( B Brothers ) . The roof top pool is amazing with incredible views . Thanks very much Regis for having us as your guests !
