This was our fifth annual stay at this very delightful condo. The amenties are as advertised, and better. The condo is absolutely as comfortable as our own home. The decor in the condo is exquisite. The location is ideal in a well kept and safe area of Zona Romantica. It is abundant with superb restaurants, great shopping, and the real vibe of being in Mexico. V399 is a much sought after complex to stay at, and the condo is situated on the quiet side of the building, offering complete relaxation during our stay. The rooftop pool and sundeck area are meticulously kept and beautiful. Our host, Regis, was very involved to assure our comfort level was maintained. Regis has the most pleasant and gracious property manager(s), who are continuously available for any needs that may arise. I cannot say enough good things about Regis, Gabi, Natali and this very cozy home away from home. That is why we are so looking forward to another return.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Spacious, comfortable, and not a single thing overlooked that you would need for a comfortable holiday. Plenty of fluffy towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, well stocked kitchen with coffee and essentials and pots and pans and dishes and towels, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Everything modern and spotlessly clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable. There are solar shades on the windows and blackout shades in the bedroom excellent air-conditioning and ceiling fans and airflow. It’s in a quiet corner on the ground floor with easy access to the elevator to the rooftop pool area, which is stunning with wonderful views and private nooks and Jacuzzi and barbecue area. The lighting plentiful as well as easy-to-access plugs. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The location is superb, you’re in the middle of everything in the Zona Romantica yet quiet and it’s also flat and easy to access with ramps to the entrance of the building and onto the pavement. Wonderful shops and markets and restaurants all around and just a short stroll to the beach. The staff throughout the property are wonderful and very helpful, and check-in and check-out was super easy with the lovely Gabriela and Natali. As an extra bonus, a taxi ride is provided for you from the airport when you arrive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Regis!

We have been staying at this property for 9 years and have already booked for next year! So grateful for the ride from the airport to the condo and to see the smiling faces of Gabi and Natali (property management) to greet us year after year. The location is central to absolutely everything and very comfortable. I know saying this is our home away from home may sound a little cliche, but it truly is! I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. Thank you Regis for always being the best host! Such quick response times and so very kind.

What a great first time in PV

First time in PV and we could not have selected a better property. Location was close to everything and we could walk to everything we wanted included groceries (recommend Casa Ley, 1.9 km walk along the water). The arrangement of the cab from airport and tour from property manager was an excellent perk, as was the Nespresso. All communications were thorough and professional, property extremely clean and well stocked. We used the pool every day, BBQ twice, pleased with both amenities. It’s a 100 out of 100.

Condo, location, and rooftop pool were great. Very quiet even though relatively close to the “action”. Communication with owner and manager was great. Highly recommend. Only suggestion for owner (and everyone for that matter!) is to get a bidet. Once you bidet it’s hard to live without one lol. Thanks Regis and Gaby!

Home Away From Home

As usual, our trip begins with a pleasant arrival at V399, thanks to our hosts and property managers. Our condo is very well kept and equipped, every stay. The decor and cleanliness are impeccable. The location in Zona Romantica is ideal. Quiet, yet conveniently located in the heartbeat of old town Puerto Vallarta, abundant with great restaurantes, art galleries, banks, shopping galore and medical care. But most important is the great attention, care and friendliness of our hosts, Regis and Martin. And, that would be why we return annually to V399.

A Great experience !

We had a great stay at V399 at Regis’s beautiful condo. Regis is an amazing host who provides detailed info throughout the booking process . It was a very nice touch that he provided a complimentary taxi pickup for our arrival in PV . We were greeted by Natalie upon arrival to the condo who orientated us and was available for any questions or assistance during our stay. The Condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was great ( easy walk to beach, amazing restaurants etc ) Amazing little coffee shop across the street ( B Brothers ) . The roof top pool is amazing with incredible views . Thanks very much Regis for having us as your guests !

Beautiful condo in Emiliano Zapata

This was a very well appointed condo. Beautiful decor and a great building. The rooftop pool was very nice with a view of both the ocean and the mountains. Check in and checkout were very easy. All in all, a great place to stay.

Home Away From Home

This delightful return stay has been our holiday home for several years & it's location is right in the center of Old Town. This makes for easy access to grocery shopping, markets, restaurants & upscale boutiques within walking distance. We have made friends with many of the buildings occupants and staff and socialize every day at the rooftop pool. Already looking forward to our next year return.. Ruth & John

In the heart of it all

This property is exactly as the pictures describe. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Our host Regis was very responsive throughout the entire booking process and checked in with us a few times during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and to answer any questions we may have. Property manager Natalie was also amazing, she arranged our complimentary cab at the airport and was at the buildings front door waiting ready and waiting for us upon arrival. She also made herself available during our stay to answer any questions we might have and to deal with any issues that might arise. Location, location location. Staying in the heart of the romantic zone offers you a very easy flat walk to the ocean, malecon, and countless numbers of restaurants and shops for you to choose from. The V399 building appears to be relatively new and all areas of it are clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable having friendly security behind the desk at the front door greeting Us as we came and went. The buildings central open air atrium is beautiful and the rooftop pool area was amazing. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed throughout our entire vacation and are very happy that we chose to stay with this host at this property.

Beautiful clean accommodations in a great location. The owner and his management team went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The building is so safe and secure and walking distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We also really enjoyed the infinity pool and friendly people. Perfect stay!

Perfect location

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Restaurants just steps away and a short walk to the beach and El Malecon, cabs right on the corner. We had multiple last minute flight changes. Gabi, the apartment manager, was very responsive when I reached out to her. She and her daughter Natali are great. Owner, Regis also reached out to make sure we had what we needed. If you are staying in Puerto Vallarta, this is the place to book.

Home away from home

This is a beautiful condo in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Close to everything—restaurants, beach, night life. The condo itself is very well appointed. They’ve thought of everything that you might need. Extra beach towels and an umbrella were really nice touches. The condo complex is very safe. The security people at the front are so pleasant and get to know you very quickly. The roof top pool area is gorgeous with water and mountain views. It was really quiet while I was there and I enjoyed the solitude. There were some power outages in the city due to rain storms, and my questions were promptly answered by Gabi, the excellent property manager. Check in and out were a breeze. There was nothing about this stay that I would Change. I hope to book again soon.

Si vous souhaitez des vacances de rêve, nous vous recommandons de réserver cette propriété sans hésitation. Le condo est magnifiquement décoré. Beaucoup d'espace et le lit est très confortable. Pour ce qui est de la localisation, il y a des dizaines de restaurants dans un rayon de 10 minutes de marche. Si vous préférez cuisiner vos repas, on retrouve des boulangeries, des poissonneries, des boucheries et plusieurs petits marchés à proximité. Le toit de l'édifice est muni d'une superbre piscine offrant une vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Les chaises longues sont de qualité et très confortables. Le propriété offre un service impeccable. Il répond rapidement à toutes les demandes et questions pour s'assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle. Bref, si ce condo est libre, réservez le car les disponibilités partent rapidement.
