We rented this unit from Mexpat Realtors, who met us at the unit upon our arrival to show us around the unit. The unit was just as advertised, very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we would need for our 6 week stay. The building itself is well maintained and cleaned daily (roof top area and all common areas). The Portosanto Condominio is very well situated with a large grocery store next door, hospital and medical clinic near by, and several excellent restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The building is situated in the north hotel zone, a block from the beach, where transit to and from the airport and to the downtown/Romantic Zone area was simple. The roof top area where a large jacuzzi, wading pool, adult pool and gym are located was an excellent place to meet other renters and owners (many from Canada). Staff at the building were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were grateful to Mexpat Realtors to have kept us informed during the response by the Cartel when El Mencho was captured and died and a "shelter in place" order was in effect. The weather was spectacular (sunny and warm everyday of our trip). We look forward to coming back.
