From the initial booking until my children and I made it back home, this booking was amazing! I was nervous to travel to Puerto Vallarta as a single woman with two minor children, but Michel made me feel like family, and I felt safe and secure. The condo itself was spectacular with GORGEOUS views and comfy beds. We all had a lot of room to spread out since it was just the three of us. There is a grocery store within walking distance to get all the snacks you might need, dining on site, a beach you can walk right out to, and so many more amenities. Trust me, if you have any questions, you will get them answered before you even press send! I hope to be able to go again (alone this time )), so although I should keep this to myself, I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! Michel, you helped make this a trip my family will never forget! PS. We also went snorkeling and cliff diving, which was selected out of the other excursions that Michel recommended. I'm just saying... don't pass this up! (Unless I want to go that week. )

Beautiful condo and beautiful views

We loved this condo! It was beautiful, spacious and had the best views!! The food on the property was delicious as well. We would eat there for breakfast and small bites for lunch. It was close enough to town so we would go out and try different restaurants for dinner. We’ve been doing resorts in Mexico for years so this was a nice change! I don’t like to cook on vacation but if you do, the kitchen was plenty big and supplied with everything you need. I would recommend going to a local Walmart and stocking up on drinks, snacks, food. We would love to come back here! The hosts for this property were very attentive to our needs as well, thank you for making the process so smooth for us!

Wonderful stay at Icon

We had a wonderful week at this Icon condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The wrap around balcony was amazing. The host was terrific and very communicative. Overall, a fantastic stay!

What an amazing vacation!

We stayed at Michel's condo and we found our vacation to be very relaxing and the property very well maintainted. The view from the 23rd floor is simply incredible at any time of the day and MIchel and her team were very well organized and always ready to help. Getaway to Puerto Vallarta

I was blessed to have the chance to take one of my boys on a quick getaway weekend to Puerto Vallarta. The apartment was super clean, the staff were very friendly and on point, and the views were incredible. The Icon has great pools, direct access to a very nice beach with tons of things to do. You are close to the port for tours, a short Uber to the Marina for fishing, quaint restaurants around the neighborhood, and walking distance to great shopping and upscale dining. Big thank you to our host Michele. We will 100% be back!

Overall fabulous

Location is perfect, views are amazing, amenities are spectacular, staff is super friendly. This was our best property rental in Mexico so far. My wife and I did a lot of exploring properties during our visit and spoke with lots of people that come for 3+ months at a time during the winter months. Everyone agrees this property/location is the best overall. You won’t be disappointed.

Fun + Convenience

Service staff at Icon made our stay very pleasant especially services poolside and beachside (Antonio is the best! Great, friendly bartender). There are many things to do and the beach + pool made for fun (waves) and relaxation. There is also plenty to do locally and within walking distance and the excursions we scheduled were local and easy to access. Thanks Michel for a great experience!

Wonderful stay in a lovely property with an amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Truly an amazing view and very comfortable for our family of 4. The property itself is well run and maintained, with excellent pools and really nice beach. Well located right off a nice spacious beach, away from the bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta, but still only a short uber ride away. The unit itself is exactly as described, spacious and well appointed. Would highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo in a convenient area

This home is absolutely wonderful. It certainly was our home away from home this past week. Michele is a wonderful host and Marco was very thorough with the check-in; showing us how everything works. The beds were so comfy; they were hard to get out of in the mornings. Was a easy walk to the supermarket to get a few items for our stay. The icon is a beautiful facility and the staff were friendly. The food at the beach bar was very good as well as the drinks! We will be back!!

Best experience in Mexico we have ever had!

The condo is amazing - when you walk in the full picture window views of the ocean blow you away! The doors open wide to let in the sounds of the ocean. The condo is 5+++ and Michel is fantastic to work with. We have been using VRBO places in Mexico for 20 years at least once a year and sometimes more, and Michel was by far the best host we have ever dealt with. She kept in great communication and always wanted to make sure we were happy and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again!
