The Villa was the perfect home for our fall break getaway. The villa is super close to the beach but set back behind some palm trees to give it a quiet feel. The view of the ocean from the rooftop table and lounges is unbeatable. A perfect place if you have to take some work calls while on vacation. Our two teen boys and the two teens of the family friends that traveled with us had plenty of room in the awesome bunk room. The well stocked house meant we could pack less and still have a perfect day at the beach. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking with Cathy again. Everything you could need for the beach was provided which is so helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked (suggest bringing your own spices - they had salt, pepper, and oregano). Property was beautiful and felt extremely safe. Steps from the beach!

Beautiful home!

The house fit my family comfortably and was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could want or need. The owner was very responsive when we had a few issues with the fridge and she got things resolved quickly. It’s very obvious this house is loved and the owners put their heart into it, making it beautiful down to every touch. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Beach Vacation Villa

Our stay at Coco Pita Villa was amazing! The villa was in pristine condition and was stocked with everything we needed - beach towels, blankets, kitchen ware - all available and easily accessible. Instructions for using the appliances and AC were readily available and easy to follow. And the hot tub on the patio was fantastic! We were within walking distance of several lovely pools, bars and the beach was only a few short steps away. The highlight of our stay was Chef Henry and Chef Alondra’s delicious dinner that they cooked for us our last night at the villa. Our wonderful host Cathy really came through with helping us with this arrangement at the last minute - fantastic communication! We look forward to coming back next year!

Great family villa

Excellent location close to pool and beach but has plenty of privacy. Kitchen is well stocked. Great amount of space for 5 adults and 4 kids. Hot tub was a great addition. Only suggestion would be to have better communication for checkin/out process as well as some material in the room on the property and amenities. Overall would definitely stay again, we loved it!

We'll be back!

This villa is just lovely, and met our group's needs perfectly. In addition to the beautiful and comfortable decor, the unit was probably the best stocked we've ever seen, and we've been traveling to Puerto Penasco since 2005! This includes chairs, floats, kayaks, and a second refrigerator in the garage. Check-in/check-out was easy, and the property manager/owner was responsive to questions prior to arrival. This was our second time staying in a villa at Bella Sirena, and we absolutely love the outdoor space. Having our own hot tub and grill was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Relaxing time with family and friends

Perfect family getaway

We have stayed at several of the villas at Bella Sirena and this villa was far and above the nicest and most family functional one we have stayed. The villa is welcoming and well decorated. Having air conditioning units in each of the rooms was a major bonus. We loved that there were beach towels to use and the third bedroom with the bunk beds was amazing for all the kids making it the perfect villa for 2 families. We will be fighting with our friends to book this villa in the future as it really is the best villa at Bella Sirena.

The most amazing time!

This villa is situated perfectly within the resort. Close to the beach and the many pools the resort offers. Cathy was very easy to work with and made sure we felt right at home. Great all around.

We have been vacationing at the Bella sirena for the last 5 years. We have stayed in different accommodations within this resort each time. This house is one of our favorites so far. Beautiful decor, great loacation, well stocked and great communication from the owners. We will definitely look to rent this one again.

Amazing Place

The Villa was beautiful and located just a short walk to the beach and pool. The hot tub at the Villa was the perfect place to end our evenings when the weather got a little chilly. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed their stay and there was plenty of space for us all. We had 1 problem with the TV working (World Cup time or else we wouldn’t have even needed a TV) we contacted the lister, maintenance came right out and it was fixed that day, Thanksgiving Day at that. Highly recommend this villa for any stay, any time of year, for any amount of time.
