Great Vacation

My wife and I had a short but a wonderful trip to Rocky Point. Highly recommend this location, it was clean fully equipped condominium with a priceless front view to the ocean . For sure next time I will take a full week off. Property owner Rob was amazing answering any questions and communicating with us during the booking process all the way to check out time. For sure I will see you soon.

Great property. Had a few items of interest and rental team was very communicative. Only things I would add would be: hand soap in bathroom, towel rack and toilet paper holder were missing from wall and sink and shower faucets were loose from their bases. Did not negatively effect our stay in any way. Would be great to add a lounge chair of some sort to balcony in addition to the table and chairs.

Amazing Time

This room has a great view of the ocean, it's comfortable, nice, and quiet. Property owner was very informative and reachable. The Property itself has a great Gym, store, restaurant, amazing pool with jacuzzi, and the vibe was relaxed. Its a mistake not to book this vacation. We will be back!!!

Good location and perfect view. A few issues with the condo ie: no toilet paper holder or towel rack, no nonslip bathtub mat, light bulb out over vanity, all clocks didn’t work. A bit too much furniture in living area. Needs a bit of attention for its nightly rate.

Comfortable and quiet

The mattress was very comfortable and that is one of the most important things for me for a stay. The room seemed well insulated from sound and was very quiet. It was not a busy time of the week though. It was dated as reviews had said but that was not important to me.

Needs a little more TLC

Location of room is great! But, definitely needs some things done and added to list of items to bring. 1. Big hole in screen door 2. Toilet paper holder was broken and could not use 3. Light bulb out in bathroom 4. Clocks in condo did not work 5. If you come, make sure to bring hangers as they only had 2 6. If you come, make sure to have can opener, skillet large enough to cook meal (theirs was big enough for one fried egg) and pot holders if you need to use oven. Super friendly host was the plus side.

The bed is comfortable! We loved the beach view and it’s a very cozy condo! When we weren’t out our favorite place was the patio! We really enjoyed our time there! The staff there is super friendly too! Rob is very friendly and communicative! No complaints at all!

Excellent spot

The apartment is exactly as described with an unobstructed view of the ocean and the resort itself is right on the beach where we spent most of our time. There were also two pols and two spas one for adults and one for kids. We had a great time.

This property is well situated and the huts that line the beach (and the pina coladas at the pool) are the best part. The onsite restaurant was always empty and too brightly lit and the ATM at the convenience store took over $200 from my account without dispensing the cash. The pool area itself could use some refurbishing, as well as the unit itself which had some chipped furniture and an old a/c that was quite loud. The host was well intentioned, but messaged too frequently and rushed me out even though no one else was coming.
