Excelent condo. Great view. Excelent everything.

Beautiful view from the 8th floor balcony into the sea. Everything works as advertised. The sofa bed is very comfy as well as the bedroom mattress. My family loved spending they weekend in this condo. Loved all the decorations in it. Will definitely rent this condo again if possible.

Perfect location

The unit has a really musty smell but once it airs out it's better. The shower leaks under glass, had to put another towel on the floor for that. The sliding glass door doesn't lock but since it's on the 8th floor that wasn't an issue. Otherwise the place was great and you can't beat the location and view! I would definitely stay there again.

Short weekend in Rocky Point

We stayed three nights at Sonoran Spa. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly. In mid October the resort wasn’t too busy the apartment is just like what it shows in the pictures. Owners have thought of providing all amenities. It is nicely and comfortably furnished. Views are beautiful.

Love the place!! Very clean and modern condo. With a great view. The bathroom was very modern. Very close to the beach. And lots of spaces at the pool.

Loved the updated cute little one bedroom !!! Love Sonoran spa properties. Only negative was trying to checkout at 9 am no one at desk waited until 9:20 and finally just dropped keys behind the desk because we had to get on the road. Other than that it was great !!!

Couple of nights in Rockypoint

We stayed for at the property for two nights, it was a weekend getaway. The overall experience was great. We did not have any issue checking in, people at the front desk already had condo ready and it barely took 10 minutes to check in. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only thing that can be better is the Patio furniture.

Nice stay, but needs some updates

We struggled to watch tv at night because the living room direct service was not working so we only got a few channels after an hour + trying to fix it. The condo could use a few updates, but the property was beautiful and clean. Love the location. After the tropical storm the property looked like it never happened in less than 24 hours.

Place is great, once you get there. Undercommunicated check-in details

Once I got there I enjoyed my stay. However, lack of communication regarding check in process was upsetting. I would have liked to have been told ahead of time that they basically just had to show up and the keys would be given at the front desk. This matter resolved upon arrival. There were a few things that required repair such as the sliding glass door, which was effortfulmto slide. And the shower head hose that had it’s bracket broken off. The crew began the repairs on these things during my stay. However, lack of availability of parts, these items were not fully resolved by the time my 5 day stay wrapped up. I would like to commend the staff at Sonoran Spa for doing the best they could with the resources they had. Lovely place, beachside and pool were lovely and the whole place overall was well kept. I liked this place and will return. They are in their way back from the pandemic. This place gets A+ for effort and potential.
