Perfect Rocky Point getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the views are perfect. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly, and all of the property amenities (pools, reataurant, bars, spa, etc) were perfect for our stay. It will absolutely be my preferred location any time we are visiting with a group.

Golf get away

This property was great. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great for four couples. With 8 adults there was plenty of room to sit inside and out as well as a table that sat right. The wrap around patio had a great view of the sea and old town. Two of the bedrooms had access to the patio. Also the view of the sunsets from the unit were beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend this property !!! The wine fridge did not work but everything else worked well. Pools, beach, swim up bar pool and patio bar were great.

Nice property with great views, several details need attention.

The property is nice, smaller than some other properties of similar characteristics, small bedrooms, small kitchen, small common living room & Dinning area. There are a few issues worth mentioning: 1.- There is no maid service available (they never mentioned that), you have to make you own bed and clean the house as required. There are no cleaning utensils available, you have to get your own, this is something that we had never seen on similar properties, because they always have full maid service every day. 2.- TVs are very old, remotes don't work anymore, a couple of TVs were damaged to the point that you could only see half the screen, the rest was a blur. 3.- There are no courtesy toiletries in the bathrooms, no cream, no shampoo, no shower caps, nothing!!!, also no hair drier, no extra towels. 4.- You are required to wash the few towels they provide, the washer and drier provided in the unit were ancient and didn't work correctly, it was a struggle to make them work. 5.- There is a nest of Pigeons on the balcony right in front of the Master bedroom, besides the nasty and smelly droppings, they will wake you up with their raucous noise every day at 5:00am. 6.- There is a wine fridge in the kitchen, that doesn't work at all 7.- One of the Dining room chairs is broken and a danger if you seat on it. 8.- The master bedroom used to have a nice view of the ocean, but they decided to build a makeshift bar right in front of the sliding door from the master, so no view!!!

Great Penthouse Experience

The place was amazing. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities. Small issues with almost only boiling hot water in the Master shower and dishwasher doesn't work. Overall, we will stay here again!! No regrets.

The place was great. The only complaint I have is the master shower took a very long time to get hot water, and only 1 side of the shower worked (shower head), and messages sent to the owner/management went unanswered.

Beautiful place but needs some attention

We never did get the bluetooth on the tv to work, no instructions. It would’ve been nice if it worked. Also never got hot water in two of the bathrooms. No cleaning supplies, no broom, coffee maker didn’t work, dishwasher bottom rack is broken, wish the barbecue on the patio had worked, blinds in the bedroom are difficult to adjust, Bring your own towels because you’re only allowed one and there’s no towels at the pool, and a few other things. I wish the owners would address these as I see others have also mentioned these things need to be fixed but I never heard back from the owner. Overall our stay was fantastic and we love the Condo. The view is amazing!!

Nice but some maintenance needed

Nice but needs some things fixed. -wine cooler not cooling -bathroom lights way too dim -several lightbulbs out -drip coffee maker did not work. Front desk gave us a new one to use -front door seal not tight so whistling noise all night caused from air/winds -some tv’s not working, or it seems. Definitely no cable tv -one bathroom sink stopped up -blinds broken in one bedroom -not stocked with enough tp and paper towels., no cleansers to wipe down counters or table -no broom for sweeping floors. Got down on hands and knees to wipe floors -dishwasher lower rack did not slide in. Had to be lifted which was very heavy and difficult to reach in and grab when full. -exterior paint needed *Beautiful views *Spacious for 8 adults *Adequately stocked *Quiet *pool area very nice *friendly staff at the swim up bar -would come again but would like more things fixed

Amazing Views!

We really enjoyed this unit along with the property. It’s well cared for and we felt very secure. We had the best time! We did report a few maintenance problems when we checked in that were not corrected but they were nothing serious. We will definitely stay here again.

Fine for the price

I would say that this property is well priced for what you get. Furnishings are old and outdated, surfaces like floors and countertops badly in need of maintenance. No cleaning supplies were provided unfortunately. I would have liked to be able to clean the property as it wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. There is plenty of room for a good size group, beds are comfortable but overall it is like staying in a 1990s house. Technology and furnishings are in need of updating but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep while spending the day at the beach then this place would work out for you.
