Princesa Resort E-108 Salty Life Ground Floor Adorable Condo

The Princesa de Peñasco is its own world! You'll find this resort has an Old Mexican Colonial feel by way of its design and the layout of the courtyard. This lovely little resort was constructed in an arc shape so that all feels very cozy and gets a view of the beautiful resort in every building. The resort has BBQ areas near the pool and Club House, which you can use to sit and have a family day. The club house also has a small workout room and a volley ball court right in front of it. There is also a restaurant on the premises where they serve delicious food and fun drinks. The resort has a convenience store and 3 swimming pools.

This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is a ground floor unit on the E building which is Ocean Front. Coming into the living room of this unit you will notice the southwest feel ot it with the furniture. A set of 3 sofas in beautiful blue shades and south west prints. There are light wood side tables which hold black lamps. In this room you will find a large flat screen TV with HBO and Tucson channels. There is satelite TV as well and for your comfort we also have high speed internet and wifi. The huge patio is just a few steps away, you only have to cross the sliding doors right at the living room. The dining room keeps with the theme with a beautiful dining set which consists of a rectangular wood table and sits for 6 people. There is also a mirror with a stylish metal frame. You will also find a china cabinet with a lot of serving pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped in it you will find all you need to prepare a fantastic meal, just bring the groceries and you will not have trouble finding the basics. You will have all the most important appliances that you would need, to cook. The breakfast bar is prepared with bar stools for your use, for breakfast, a mid day snack or just sitting and chatting. In the master bedroom you will have a kingsize bed with a uniquely designed back bedhead, and embroidered white silk bedding. This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful bedding that goes with the decore, Flat screen TV.

The patio is a perfect place for you to sit for a little while and watch the sunset, or watch your kinds swimm in the pool, which is heated during the winter (Nov-Feb restrictions may apply).
