  • Una preciosa casa de 5 dormitorios justo a orillas del mar... en la MEJOR playa de Rocky Point, PLAYA MIRAMAR, a solo 25 minutos en coche al este del centro de la ciudad. ¡Las vistas desde esta casa son ESPECTACULARES! Playa Miramar, una playa en la que se admiten mascotas, es una de las pocas playas que cuenta con una única hilera de casas... es tan tranquila y apacible que te sentirás como si estuvieras de vacaciones en tu propio complejo turístico privado.
    La casa principal tiene 3 dormitorios y dos baños, y la casita cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 3 baños, además de una cocina y un salón adicionales. El patio de abajo está perfectamente acondicionado para disfrutar del aire libre, con numerosas tumbonas, mesas y sofás. La cocina es enorme, con unas encimeras de granito preciosas y todo lo que necesitas, incluida una batidora «Margaritaville» para preparar margaritas y piña coladas. El dormitorio principal, la sala de estar principal y el salón de la casita tienen chimeneas. La casa se reformó en 2022.
    Esta casa NO funciona con energía solar. Hemos instalado recientemente unidades combinadas de aire acondicionado y calefacción de alta eficiencia en cada habitación para garantizar tu comodidad. Además, cada habitación cuenta con un ventilador de techo.
    ¡Relájate, tómate una margarita o sube a la gran terraza superior para disfrutar de la puesta de sol! Crea recuerdos mientras disfrutas del sol, la arena y el mar.
    Juega al golf en el precioso complejo Mayan… un campo diseñado por Jack Nicklaus (¡con más hoyos frente al mar que Pebble Beach!) y disfruta de los restaurantes y bares a solo 5 minutos en coche por la playa. ¿A quién le apetece un paseo en banana acuática? ¡Disfruta de un masaje aquí mismo por 45 $! Prepara tu equipo de pesca… y pesca corvinas o platijas justo frente a la costa. Hay kayaks y divertidos juegos de playa disponibles… petanca, herraduras, cornhole, bullzeye ball, beersbee. También tienes a tu disposición tumbonas y sombrillas. Puerta de acceso vigilada las 24 horas y servicio de seguridad.

We had a great stay at Casa Brecto, lots of places to hang out inside and out, all with really comfortable furniture. Well stocked, nice big kitchen and of course right on the beach. Completely comfortable and relaxing beach time.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and the private beach honestly made the whole trip. Todd was super responsive and made everything really easy from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and even sent recommendations for things to do, which we really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a good experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and location

Great beach house complete with casita on beautiful playa Miramar. Comfortable beds, wonderfully stocked kitchen and kayaks were available to use on the beach. Would definitely rent again

Fremily celebration wknd

Our Group of 12 had a great time. There’s lots of games to play, plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking, drinking and entertainment. Beds were comfy and the location was great., Though it was a bit farther then we were used to from the fish market. It was perfect for a nice relaxing vacation

Amazing property! Beautiful beach!

This property was amazing! Truly beachfront! The owner was very responsive! Lots of beach toys available, comfy beds, cold AC and plenty of water for 11 people. First time staying in Playa Miramar but we will be back!

This house is incredible! We travel to Rocky Point every year as a multi-family group, and we all agreed this is our favorite home so far. It is so well-appointed, absolutely beautiful, the perfect size for our multi-generational group of 12, and so comfortable. This home has the true wow factor!!!!

What an amazing property! So much room to spread out or get together. We had 11 adults and everyone had space and enough bathrooms!! Spectacular shell hunting, sunsets, and dolphin sightings.

Amazing place to visit.

We have been coming to Mexico for over 16 years and have always stayed in the same place. This was a new location for us and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing as well as the beach. The house had everything we needed plus extras. We loved the decor and all the space. This is a new favorite place for our family.

Family vacation

We stayed for a week at the house and we loved it. Our party was 6 adults and 2 children. Spend most every day on the beach which is just steps from the very large porch. The home has many games provided and we played one almost every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

We have stayed in this area for years now. While they are still building mid rises and high-rises throughout the area. This home gave us the beach to ourselves. Everyone in our party had a great time.The home is nicely appointed.When it the a c is plus at certain times a year

Amazing stay

The house was very beautiful and spacious. There was a lot of time spent on the beach. Very clean and great communication with the host. However, it was pretty far from the main town and the main activities my family was looking for. Aside from that our experience was wonderful.

Beautiful property

The house was the perfect size for our family. Having the extra casita was perfect for the younger kids so we didn’t wake them at night. The beach was beautiful. Had lots of fun suntanning, playing in the ocean, sea shell searching and even got to see the dolphins one afternoon. The only critique I would have is there are not cots just air mattresses and out of the 2 we tried they both didn’t last the night staying pumped up. The one was really bad only stayed pumped up for about an hour before it would go flat. Over all it was a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Nice and relaxing!

RP Stay Nice and Comfortable Home

Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed the home. Best casita we've ever had in all of our visits to Rocky Point. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and the entire home and casita were very comfortable.

Friends Beach Vacation

The house and casita were great! Couldn’t ask for a closer beach location. Felt super comfortable and had all the things we could think of and more. Lots of options and comforts of home. Pretty decor, comfortable beds, excellent ACs and plenty of fans. Would definitely rest again.

Peaceful, and excellent host

This was our first time in Playa Miramar and it will not be our last. The home was perfect for our family. Multiple areas to relax, the amenities were just as listed. Todd was great with communication. It was a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Family getaway

Annual family summer vacation with friends. First time at Playa Miramar and loved it. Great house with enough room for everyone, the proximity to Mayan Palace was convenient. Our husbands played golf and we all met for lunch at the Mayan. The water was unusually calm, so we had an opportunity to kayak, sunset yoga on the patio, and relaxing massages. We hope to come back next summer.
