Great condo in beautiful resort

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo was nice and clean in a great location. There were 2 minor issues that should be addressed. There’s a large window shade in the master bedroom that’s not functional and the living room TV isn’t working properly. The TV is staticy and goes in and out every 5-10sec.

Beautiful condo

Condo was very nice & clean. The check in process was easy. The location was perfect, it was a quick walk to the beach and was close to many restaurants. My family and I loved staying here & will definitely be returning.

Weekend at Casa Blanca

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca Villas. The photos don’t do the unit Justice (it’s so nice!) and the beach is a short walk away. Only thing that could have improved it were some instructions on check out and some recommendations from the property manager on where to go in town :)

Casago was the worst property management company we've ever worked with.

Check-in process was horrible. I was mis directed at the property. Had to go to Casago to check-in back in town. I was checked-in finally and told that new linens and towels would be provided at 11 am the next morning. That didn’t happen. When I called the Casago office the next day to inquire; I was told to read the contract I signed. They were rude about it. I did read my contract, and I maybe misunderstood the check-in attendant the night before. I did just drive 4 hours to get there with kids. I have no problem washing my towels. I was then emailed the contract details to read again by Casago. The situation was handled totally wrong. No customer service by Casago. I did message the property owner to make them aware. I haven't heard back yet. The condo was beautiful. The property was beautiful. I will never do business with Casago or any condo managed by them again. I will go directly through Casa Blanca if we choose to stay there again.

Relaxing getaway

The unit itself was very clean and well stocked. Would have been nice to have a working water dispenser from bottled water. Other than that it was great! Mini golf downstairs, multiple pools, beautiful view of the beach and a short 3 min walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Great Place to enjoy your vacation.

Even though there was a hurricane we had a great view of the bay and the sunrise. The condo and beach and amenities were perfect. Perfect size for 4 adults and close enough to fun and night life. We had an issue with the hurricane knocking the wall hangings off and knocking over the fake tree which caused the clay pot to break but the management company was quick to respond and assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for it due to the weather. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect long weekend getaway

This condo unit was a hidden gem. Nice, clean, large rooms and enjoyable decor. Everything I needed in the kitchen, and a bonus full size fridge and RO system! A short walk to the beach, but in the perfect spot of Sandy Beach. I would recommend & certainly stay again !!

Door didn’t lock, called to report lock issue, coffee pot broken, screen on patio broken, bedroom ceiling fans not working, all TVs not working. 3 days later guy showed up, fixed screen on patio door. Nothing else fixed.

Very comfortable stay

We were there for 3 days and Casa Blanca properties was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms were beautiful. The kids were able to watch tv in the evenings with no issues and the AC was nice and cool. We were a 5 min walk down from the condo (that had a beach view from the balcony) down to the beach itself. There is a pool on the property that is close to the beach and it was truly very nice stay. The walking trails and mini golf were also really nice.

Great condo for the price and location

Pros: Views, rooms, hot water, towels, AC, working fans, kitchen accessories, roomy Cons: Master Bath had no toilet paper. I was told that the staff on site doesn't keep extras so I had to purchase some. Was also given one kitchen bag. Was also told there were no extra bags, staff doesn't keep them and I had to buy some. You need to buy a wagon if you're bringing stuff to the beach. it's a must and the walk is long and hot in the summer. There are 3 pools throughout the property. There is mini golf on the premise. I didn't play and wasn't sure if I needed to bring my own. There is also no recreational office to rent them. Also - no WiFi. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend, this is the place. Otherwise, kids will complain that there isn't none and you'd have to use your phone as a hot spot for that.

Affordable and comfortable, beach is a little hard to access

The grounds and property were well taken care of. The beach was a little bit far for us and my 72-year-old mother was unable to go down the steep incline that takes you to the beach. The property and condo itself was very nice the only complaint that I could see was that you could tell this is a large company owned property versus the independent owner by lack of wash cloths, extra towels, extra toilet paper, no beach towels, no DVD player, no info on restaurants (no restaurant on site) or things to do. just things that you would normally have in your Privately owned rental. These are minor details but makes a difference. Ultimately, the cost was hard to beat for a clean, nice condo!

Lovely condo. Great property. Putting greens were awesome. Overall the property was very nice. The only downside was no WiFi access although the description says there is WiFi there isn’t. The property manager confirmed that we did not have WiFi.

KEY 🔑 To be picked up at a different location and dropped off at a different location. Absolutely pain in the butt! NO DROP BOX for the key U have a drop the key 🔑 off at different location. SAID free Wi-Fi NO Wi-Fi!!!! No shampoo, No COFFEE. Make sure u bring everything. No coffee shops there even to buy a coffee. Had to leave the hotel far to get anything. touched the beautiful fixtures on the wall they fall off. Being handy person that I am I was able to put them back on and fix them properly, after that I didn’t want to touch the other fixtures! However the Place is lovely quiet fun mini golf ⛳️. They supply the putters an balls. 10 pm no noises! So talking we were told by security. Safe place. Comfortable bed.
