Muy bueno

A mi familia y a mi nos gusto mucha la casa desde la limpieza hasta la comodidad de las camas. Si no conoces muy bien Puerto Peñasco la entrada a Playa Encanto parece muy complicada, pero al final de cuentas dimos con el lote. Recomiendo mucho la estancia en Bella Vita, un lugar privado y seguro más en estos tiempos de pandemia. Sin duda regresaremos.

The condo complex was beautiful, the staff was friendly and provided suggestions on what to do. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and was easily available for us. Loved this place and will definitely be back. ewas do.pr su

Bella Vita Townhouse

The house is beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and modern. Our only two takeaways was having to go upstairs to enter and the pool was empty . Otherwise, we really enjoyed having access to a private beautiful beach!

It was amazing

It was great for the price and we loved the fact that the house was super secluded. Nothing really bothered us about our stay there the house was the perfect size for me and my family and it was a great time in general definitely recommending this to other friends and family!

Out of town beach house

Great place for a quiet beach house! It was great the days we stayed as we had no neighbors in the joining homes. The beach was wonderful and just around the corner. The communication with the property managers was great.

Great stay

Was very easy to access and clean. Just is very responsive and polite. The only thing we noticed was that there was no direct TV access or was not working as stated in the description. Other than that, everything else was great!

Perfect to retreat and enjoy a relaxed getaway

The property is super comfortable. Needs a few improvements, and bit of love, but we will shared a couple of details with management and they will take care of everything in a fast and manner. Definitely staying here again.

Nice, large townhouse.

The house was big, and beautiful; even nicer in-person. There were a few issues with the stay. One downside was that there were ants all over the downstairs master bedroom. I used some spray to get rid of them, but they kept returning. I reached out to property owner about it, she was nice, but communication was so-so. Not sure if it was my signal, or just a different issue, but I didn’t receive response to my text messages at all, and responses on VRBO were at a somewhat decent rate. Also, the fridge takes a very long time to cool stuff down. I made sure to follow the directions and only put some water bottles and soda cans, and Gatorade inside, but it still took about 14 hours to get cool. Lastly, the hot water in the downstairs restroom (hallway, not en-suite) did not work at all. The drain in the shower also backed up right away and smelt like sewer. The en-suite restroom was fine. The house is about 25 mins from town/the beach. The beach by the house was very nice, and peaceful. Overall, it was a nice stay even with the issues. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great stay

Overall this place is exactly what it says it is. I always look for places to stay in this area as it is clean, quiet, peaceful and you feel safe. We checked in late because we were in the city having fun and Kimberly was great in communicating with me and really nice. I had no issues with the house nor her, I just wanted to be courteous and let her know we were checking in late so that she didn't think we were a no show. The kitchen sink faucet could be updated to match the house and so can the master bathroom shower head but overall they do what they are suppose to do, no biggy. Just my opinion 😊 We would definitely stay here again.

5 minute walk to secluded beach!

Gated, safe, quiet community. Townhome is 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean, well equipped, comfy townhome with great rooftop patio with views of the sunset and miles of beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms and baths were clean and comfy, private parking spot and even included beach chairs and an umbrella!

Make good memories!

This was our first time staying in the Playa Encanto Area. I would recommend this area if you want a more private beach time. Kim's rental was a great place to stay with my family. Clean home and comfortable beds. The home is close to the beach, where there are some big palapas that you can relax under with shade. I would like to come back here again with my family and continue making good memories!

Had a Great Time!

The home was very large, clean, and comfortable! And only five minutes to a very large beach that was almost deserted! Our only complaint is that there were no nearby stores - it's a 25 minute drive into Puerto Penasco. But if you are looking for a quiet getaway this place was perfect!

Great home not far from the beach. We found the Oster farm in the neighborhood on our last day, and it's not far from the back of the house! Great host, and lovely home.

Nice town home but not close to town or any stores

Was nice that everything was provided but was as clean as you can expect, the sponge that you was dishes with was no a new one so it left your hands smelling for a while. The restroom in the hall by the second bedroom doesn’t lock, so that might be an issue if you have multiple families staying, and also the shower head there comes of, the refrigerator leaks so your food needs to be well covered, but overall it’s a quiet, tranquil place and I loved that’s there security when entering the community.

nice home

Loved the house. 3 bedrooms with 3 restrooms, which was a big plus for us. The house was a bit out of the way, maybe 20 - 30 minutes from the town center. But we loved it! The beach was secluded. My dog and family freely walked around without bothering other people and we didn't have to worry about vendors. The place was very clean and check in was so easy. we had no trouble with the property manager either. She answered all of my messages in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Chill Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in Bella Vita. The House was comfortable with an amazing well equipped kitchen and for a family that loves to cook was perfect. The beach was incredible and felt almost like a private beach. Rarely more than a few other families playing. And gorgeous. We truly had a wonderful stay. If you are looking for a quiet chill beach trip this is the perfect place. Only concern is for our toddler the stairs made us nervous. For our older kids it was great!

The property is simple and beautiful, extremely well stocked for cooking .

It’s a very ni e property on a beautiful beach. To say it’s one block from the beach is an egg age ration but it is a 3-5 min walk ( really about 2 blocks) but it’s a very nice neighborhood

Quiet and scenic

The townhouse is lovely and well maintained. No complaints about the cleanliness, overall appearance or the hostess. All wonderful. The driveway is a little dangerous with it's drop off to the neighbors driveway. The rest of the community amenities have clearly suffered the ravages of covid and are not up to par with previous descriptions.

Quiet Beach Area

This townhouse is in an area close to the beach. I love the quiet and peaceful vibe of this area of town. This space had everything we needed for a perfect holiday escape!

Perfect!

Perfect townhome, space was amazing, hands down the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The walk to the beach was short and simple. We can not wait to come back.
