Property was very clean and nice. Had problems with . Had problems with remote controls.Only 1 working in main bedroom. were5 tvs. Went asked for help they told us they would fix next morning. Even after waiting they did not come. Until after couple complaints, 2 days after. Had kids wanted to watch tv. When registed they stated if band is defective bring it back. Same day we arrived at condo. 4 year old's band broke. Called them up they stated we had to go there about 1/2 away. Send my son to get another they did not even asked him about the other braclet. Which he had with him. They told him it was 80. When i complaint they said they would give money back. He was the one that paid the 80. They didnt give him the money. They stated I had to go get the money because i was the one that registered. Even though i had listed him on the contract. I dont know how many times we had to go back to casago just to get things done. They do not explain this when you book . I had problem with gym card trying to access the gym. Had to wait for card from casago. The waiter at the bar stated we could not get discounts because of the band color we were using.
