  • Este hermoso condominio frente al mar en el primer piso de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, condominio de 1384 pies cuadrados ubicado en el Palacio del Mar, tiene vistas espectaculares y mejoras en abundancia. Simplemente camine 80 pies y estará en la orilla del Mar de Cortés. Rocky Point se encuentra sólo 65 millas al sur de Arizona. Es una ciudad turística muy tranquila, con restaurantes, tiendas y un mercado de pescado fresco. Hermoso techo abovedado de ladrillo, encimeras de mármol, ventiladores de techo, hermosos azulejos mexicanos, muebles de muy buen gusto y patio cubierto. El dormitorio principal tiene puertas francesas que se abren a la gran sala con una impresionante vista del océano. Los gabinetes personalizados y las encimeras de granito complementan la elegante decoración. Muy cómoda cama king size y cama queen size con colchones pillow-top! Además, de tamaño queen sofá-cama sofá.
    Piscina y el jacuzzi no pueden calentarse en invierno.

Amazing place! Right by the beach and within walking distance to our favorite place-Mannys!!! So relaxing and close to everything we love to do in Puerto Penasco. This will be our go to spot!

This is our second time coming to the condo and we have loved it each time! Brenda is an amazing host and very quick to respond for any given reason. It is very clean and quiet for those who do not want to be on the party side of town. We travelled each time with our doggo and have felt beyond welcomed. Overall 12/10 place.

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. The view is fabulous and we all found it very relaxing. The condo itself was exactly as described and had everything we needed (just bring anything you’ll need for the showers).

Loved the condo; it was wonderful waking up to the stunning views and there are a number of Seahawks in the area that are fun to watch. I couldn’t tell from the pictures how the beach was in front of the property and it is all small boulders, but it was an easy walk to the beach in front of Manny’s so we were able to both enjoy the pool and get our beach time in. The whole property was very nice and Brenda was an excellent host. The condo has a full set of plate ware, cutlery and cook ware so we were comfortable dining in when we wanted to. Love the central location of this place. Overall, was an excellent find!

This was a nice little getaway location. The pool and hot tub are just out the back door, very nice view! The unit was clean and well prepared for us. We had an AC issue and the owner had the techs out on a Saturday night to get it taken care of! We loved our stay! We are fans of the Mirador beach area since you are close to beach and Malecón. We would stay here again!

The only downfall is the property management has strict pool/hot tub hours. 10am to 10pm. That can be a little bit of a bummer when traveling with children, when they wake up much earlier then 10am. Location was great, grounds were kept tidy, the views were beautiful. Would absolutely return!

Our host was great to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen had an abundance of appliances for cooking. We loved it there!

This condo was great! Wonderful location, quiet and located near Mirador beach. Every appliance you can imagine, great for everyday use. Security was really great, we always felt secure. Clean property and friendly staff! A wonderful table outside to listen to the ocean just steps from the pool. I enjoyed meeting doing my art there each day. I would highly recommend this unit! I only wish the hot tub was heated more than a couple nights a week.

The view is amazing! Perfect rocky beach for the cold days. The property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway that is close to town, but quiet and beach views. The staff on the property was so nice. We will be back again. Thank you!

Amazing view

Everything about the place was amazing, best of all the view, the pool that was just a few steps away after opening the patio door was a plus, overlooking the ocean. Location is quite and everything is close by, Mannys beach club is right next door in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here, overall our vacation was fantastic and would definitely stay here again
