Excellent Villa

Ann has thought of EVERYTHING you may need/want in a beach stay at her home. It was better equipped than anywhere else we have stayed. Also everything was very comfortable from beds to furniture. It is a beautiful location and Bella Sirena has a lot of amenities on site. We will definitely stay again.

Family get together

We went with my sister and her family. So 2 couples and 5 ‘children’. The space was perfect. The bunk bed room had plenty of space for the kids. The house had everything we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, board games, sand toys, beach umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs and wagons to help cart it all down to the beach. Having an outdoor shower was amazing, it really helped cut down on any sand we inevitably brought back up to the house. We honestly had no issues with the house or the hosts. I would recommend not going in July if you can help it, it was so hot and humid, the ocean and all the pools were very warm and we felt like we had to stay inside during the middle of the day. Thank goodness we had enough room to not feel crowded during those hours 😂

Perfect location!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Perfect location, comfy beds, clean house, and responsive host! I also left clothes behind and she was kind enough to bring them home and meet up back in AZ! We will definitely be !

Fantastic Stay in Puerto Penasco Villa

From the moment we set foot on the property we were in love with it. Immediate response from Ann when we had trouble with the garage code and question on the hot tub. Stunning villa, great views, super clean. Lots of amenities and toys to play with. We didn't use many of them because it was kind of chilly and it was our first time to Puerto Penasco so we were out checking things out, but for sure want to come back and rent this place again. The entire property at Bella Sirena is beautiful, landscaped so nicely, did have a drink at the pool bar which was fun, the bartenders were great to talk to. We enjoyed the private, brand new jacuzzi on the patio every evening. Loved everything about this place. We had friends in another villa and gotta say, this one was better. The furnishings both inside and outside were so nice and comfortable. Lots of seating inside and outside and up on the rooftop deck. They also had many great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area which was also very helpful. Awesome stay - will be back for sure!! Thank you for everything.

Perfect beach weekend

We absolutely loved this Villa- it was so well stocked, it had very high quality linens and towels (and plenty of towels), the layout was perfect, the location was perfect- I can’t say enough about how great the place was. And on top of that, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind and has amazing property managers who helped us with a few things during our stay. I cannot wait to go back!

Great VRBO

The location of Villa 16 is one of the best in the complex. It is a well stocked unit with everything in working condition. The owner communicated effectively and helped our with a few questions we had about the local area. We will be renting here again. Overall a Great experience!

Amazing family vacation!!

We had the best time and best experience. The owners are amazing to work with and the villa is beautiful. They have so many extras that make the experience so enjoyable. We stayed with three families for thanksgiving and loved it! Great location for the property, close to the beach, pool and restaurant.

Dream vacation home

We absolutely loved staying in Villa 16! The location is incredible. The home was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It's nicely furnished & decorated with a great relaxing vibe. The house was perfect for our 2 families to share and the bunk room is larger than it looks in the photos. Big comfy sectional in the family room with a big ottoman was great. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable with high quality linens. The roof deck, outdoor shower & spa were great also. Owners were very communicative and helpful, although we had zero problems. We hope to stay here again!

Best Villa

The Villa is located closely to the sea with an amazing view on the roof top. The house was tastefully decorated and updated. We have stayed at Bella Sirena for over 10 years and this was the nicest property. Ann was very responsive to questions and we will come back again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

This property was all we were hoping for and more!! The space was perfect, everything was clean, we had more than enough toys to enjoy in the ocean, we were a couple minutes walk from the beach and a 10 second walk to the pool! The owner was quick to respond when we needed something! Honestly, this was our best vacation ever and we will be back staying at Villa 16!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!
