Master shower did not have hot water,the bedroom to the left. Handle didnt go all the way to hot. Kitchen faucet was VERY hard to turn off. Frustrating. The shells in the back yard removes any yard to the beach.

Great location, rooms were very nice, plenty of lighting, water pressure was fine, nice kitchen, excellent ocean view, felt like having the ocean in your backyard! Excellent customer service. Greatly recommend to anyone!

The home is in terrific condition. We rented it 3 years ago and the home had been maintained well over the past few years. We would prefer triple sheeting over the bed spreads but other than that this home is a perfect 10.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful time spending our family Thanksgiving trip at Casa Zillori. It was four of us and our 3 large pups. Everything was as described and perfect spot right on the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

New Las Conchas Favorite!

We've stayed in several Las Conchas properties, and this was our favorite! The view and access to the beach was awesome. We were able to stay on the covered back patio and enjoy the beach ALL DAY without having to mess with taking an umbrella or canopy down to the beach. The beach was sandy without all of the coral that is present farther up the beach. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again!

HS Graduation trip with my daughter and her friends

This house is beautiful. It had a large main room with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is extremely useable for our large party of 7. The p it side back patio was awesome with 4 great lounge chairs overlooking the beach and a nice table and additional seating area. There also is a fire pit but we didn’t use because it was too hot for that. The area of the beach had a lot of great sand and less rocks (for Rocky Point). We brought our dogs and they loved it too. We’d definitely recommend and come back.

Perfect place to unwind

This is one of the most relaxing beach homes we have stayed in. Area is quiet and safe. The home is very comfortable, perfect size for our family of five. Our dog had the best time of all of us - we let him run freely on the long stretch of uncrowded beach with fine sand and warm water. We will certainly be back.

Property not as listed, utilities did not work

Property description inaccurate. It lists a hot tub on site, the "hot tub" was actually just a single occupancy BATHTUB that was placed outdoors, not an actual hot tub that could accomidate multiple people Garage parking listed available, but the garage was locked and we had to park outside in the unsecured driveway. Issues with all utilities: Due to the water reservoir not being filled up before we got to the property, the water ran out in the middle of one of our party bathing the second night we were there, and while we were able to have someone come out to partially refill it, we were assured that the tank was going to be refilled the rest of the way the next day, that did not happen and we ran out AGAIN the last day and we were unable to finish showering. Additionally, the power kept cutting out, which meant we lost power, water, and wifi multiple times a day. We relied on Wifi to have cell service. While I understand the city grid is outside of the control of the owners, the maintinence person we spoke to acted like this was a very common, known issue, which I would assume could be very easily addressed through a backup generator. The back door lock did not work, so we had no way to secure the property for safety, also the jets in the master bathroom did not work. The yard is also not as shown, landscaping bags everywhere and a mess.

Beautiful Beach House

Our family had a great time at this beach house. We enjoyed walking the beach every day and enjoyed taking out the kayaks. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The house is located in a quiet area and is a 10 minute drive from town. When we arrived the microwave and some of the outlets in the kitchen were not working. The management company sent someone over right away and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

Cozy and beautiful relaxing stay!

This home is beautiful and was such a cozy stay. Construction of the seawall was going on but they reached out to me before and offered another home. I still decided to take my chances and I am so glad we did - the workers were very respectful and not in the way outdoors. The home has everything, books, games, beautiful outdoor porch to relax on lounging chairs and enjoy the beach. Allowing dogs is an added bonus. Beds were comfortable and every room has its own restroom. I will definitely consider this rental again! Thank you Casa Zillori for a wonderfully great stay!

A literal dreamy beach house compound

The eight of us had a wonderful weekend at this massive Beachhouse with instant access to the ocean and beautiful views all day long. There were even kayaks available to use which was fun to try. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to prepare our own food. The air conditioning worked well to cool down during a hot, humid weekend. Would love to go back!!

Seashell beauty

Our stay was amazing, we have been to Rocky Point so many times and always stayed at the resorts. This was our first at a home in Las Conchas, the house made it so amazing and is absolutely beautiful. We will no doubt be back and will stay at the Casa Zilori. Thank you for opening you home up to us, it was a blessing to be ablbe to not just visit but stay at this amazing home.

Beautiful home! The beach is steps away and gorgeous. The rental company was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I have been going to Rocky Point for 40 plus years and it never disappoints. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn't have been better!

We stayed here for a business retreat. Four people, so it was perfect with the layout of the rooms, the large living/dining area and the patio with fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and will return in July for our mid-year retreat!

Beautiful beachfront home with fire pit

My husband and I, along with both of our parents stayed in this lovely home. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and all your kitchen needs. Even the knives were sharp, which isn’t what we typically find. We usually go into town and buy fish and like to cook in the home that we stay in, so it worked perfectly for us. Every night we enjoyed the fire pit while watching the sunset. That was the cherry on top for of the trip!
