The host is a really nice person
Initially we had a problem to do the check in, we were able to get into the property 45 min after the check in time, some other things that we found is a leakage of water in the roof of the kid's room(we had rain 1 day), micro wave and induction oven needs a little more cleaning as there is grease stick inside them, just a little bit, the terrace needs a lot of lighting as most of the light bulbs are not working, is really dark in the nights, sound system is not working, pool is amazing, tempetarure inside the property is also really good, the house overall is clean, it has a lot of carry on chairs that you can use in the beach, beach is just a few meters away and is a really nice beach to swim and have fun, the host is an excellent person, he has a really good idea of what customer focus means, he will contact you in about 1 min after you text him to ask for something, he is there to help you feel good, towels and beds are clean and comfortably, I put 4.5 starts but there is no option for that. Thanks Erasmo/Facio for everthing.
