This by far exceeded my expectations! The resort is clean and alot of areas to sit. My only complaint is the pool hours- they need to keep it open later and open earlier. The penthouse was very clean, comfy beds, and lots of space. Pics online are accurate!

Perfect condo with a gorgeous view!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here over Christmas for 4 nights. We loved the condo! Spacious for all of us. Loved the patio furniture too. Condo had everything we needed. I think it’s better than the pictures in the posting. We hated to leave and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Sliding door to hard

I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

THIS WAS A WELL KEPT UP PROPERTY AND WE ENJOYED THE RESORT AS WELL AS THIS UNIT. HAVE BEEN TO THE AREA RESORTS ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES AND THIS IS AS GOOD AS ANY AND A GOOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE AND WHAT WE HAD

Great Condo

This is our 2nd time in the condo. Checking in and out is quick. Great size for 6 of us. View is awesome and there are plenty of things to do for everyone. Tip get the tamales each morning from the lady on the beach, you will not be disappointed. We will be back again.

Weekend friends trip

Perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. Everyone was happy with the condo. We enjoyed the large table on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there overlooking the ocean. We stayed on the property the whole time and enjoyed the swim up bar. The gym was well equipped and the breakfast buffet was perfect for after our workouts.

NO WATER

I did not enjoy my stay due to the fact that there was no water and I had my grandmother with me and she almost had dehydration how is it possible to not have water

Great view

It is a nice unit that was clean but the property has too much furniture and is difficult to accommodate more than 6 people. There is a hide-a-bed, a rollaway bed, and an air mattress, but there is nowhere to use them due to the overcrowding of furniture and misplacement of that furniture. There is not enough floor space for either the rollaway nor the air mattress. One of the guest rooms is situated backwards with the bed on the wrong wall and too large of night stands that disallow the door to open completely. Additionally, there are no electric outlets next to that bed to allow for anything necessary to plug in due to the room being laid out backwards. It was also impossible to put a suitcase on the floor or on their provided suitcase stands because the furniture is too big for the small rooms. The front door has to be leaned on heavily to completely close and the security latch does not fully engage. The fridge does not cool correctly, and the freezer does not freeze. In the five days we were there, the ice trays never did completely freeze from being filled day one. Lastly, the a/c needs a tune-up or repair. We had all of the thermostats set at 73 and the temp inside did not drop below 79 on any of them. The owner told us to contact the main desk, which we did, and they sent two unqualified nice young men up who jiggled the fridge and shot the air duct and said, "seems to be working, we will check outside" and we never heard from them again. Very disappointing.

Wonderful Stay

This three-bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Puerto Penasco. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable, it worked well for our family. And if you want a bird’s eye view of the Las Palomas grounds and sea, this 11th floor condo is the place for you.

Christmas vacation

This is our annual Christmas trip and first time to Rocky Point. We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, and the resort staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit for or the views and access to pool/beach.

Great Condo and View

The condo was as described. Very clean and the view was amazing and the amenities were as noted in the listing. Even had daily housekeeping service which was a nice surprise. Rhea was great in responding pre stay with any questions we had. Of note the refrigerator was not cooling on the first night. Went down to the desk at 7:00 a.m. and they sent a maintenance man right up. He had to pick up a part but was fixed in 2 hours which was quicker than we thought it would be. We will be booking with Rhea and this condo a couple times a year going forward as we found our new vacation spot!!!
