Get away by the beach

Perfect for families/groups or even just a couple! As locals, we chose this spot for a staycation and loved it. Located north of town, it’s ideal for morning walks, biking, and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere—yet still just a short distance from the main square, where you’ll find great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and more. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and Pilar, the local property manager, was incredibly responsive/kind to any questions we had. Some of the furniture appears to have been updated since the photos were taken, so they may just not have uploaded the latest images yet.The house is also very well-equipped, which made our stay even better. The kitchen has plenty of high-quality pots and pans for cooking, which we really appreciated, and the pillows are super comfy—a big plus since many places don’t have that. There are also beach chairs, floaties, and other extras that add to the convenience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

A superb stay

Everything was perfect, from Pilar's welcome to the last day.The villa is incredible, with every amenity you could wish for.The pool is a 15-second walk away, and we were almost always alone there.The villa provides plenty of toys for the children, as well as beach chairs.In short, I highly recommend this villa.

“Enjoyed our stay”

Great location with all the amenities…pool and beach were highlights of stay… very private. Had issues with hot water but Pilar helped navigate thru the problems. Puerto Morales is close by with many choices for dinning. Will definitely recommend and return.

Paradise

Our family of 5 spent a glorious week checking out Puerto Morelos. The town is a about an hour walk from the villa via beach. We rented a car and had no problems navigating our way to town despite the main road being closed due to flooding. The house is absolutely amazing and the grounds were immaculate. We hope to return!

Beautiful!

Beautiful and spacious home for our family with private pool and each. We loved the quaint town of Puerto Morales. Make sure you rent a car or use Uber. The taxis are quite pricey!

A great villa for a stress free getaway

First up, Pilar, the host, is fabulous! One of the very best, always too happy to help us whenever we needed anything. The unit is spacious and comfortable and is located in a small secure development with wonderfully landscaped and maintained gardens, a super infinity pool and the beach just beyond. Maybe we were lucky but we also found it almost completely bug free - a pleasant surprise. The unit was completely clean and is in great shape, the air conditioning working great (one of the units needed a bit of work but Pilar was again instantly responsive). Some of the cooking tools were a bit tired but that's normal in rentals. A problem the development (and the area) suffers from is hard water. It scales all the pipes and faucets, it is hard on the appliances and on the water heating systems. It meant showers were hard to control, and water little more than dripped out of some faucets and the dishwater really struggled. However it is the one minor concern in what was otherwise a wonderful home to stay in. I'd recommend a car for anyone staying there, or get to know a taxi driver really well. It's a (very pleasant) 45 minute walk along the beach to the village, not one I'd want to do at night. Alternatively, Pilar rents bikes and that's another great way to get around.

Family fun vacation

The condo was very suited to our family of 7 adults. Very spacious, convenient stroll to the beach and pool, grounds and pool were immaculate. We struggled with the hot water temperature in the ensuite and pressure in 2nd bathroom shower was a trickle but not ones to complain. We walked 4kms on the beach 25 minutes to town a few times, cab back was pricey but easier to bring back groceries. We mostly cooked in for convenience. Great place to stay for a larger group!

Beautiful stay!

Lovely location with a pool and beach access. The villa was nice and clean, and the property manager and host were very communicative and easy to work with. The only downside was that there was nowhere to get takeout nearby without taking a ride into the town, since it’s surrounded by all-inclusive resorts that don’t even allow you on the property to buy a meal. Taxis are very expensive, but I would totally stay at this property again and just rent a car!

Wonderful villa for a family vacation

Amazing stay! We stayed in this villa with our family including 3 young children. Great location with quick access from Cancún airport and everything we needed close by in Puerto Morelos - groceries, restaurants, etc. The house was as advertised - large rooms, clean, well stocked, lots of space for everyone! The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Pilar, the property manager was friendly, very responsive and helpful and made the experience go very smoothly. We loved this place and will definitely try to come back again.

Wonderful relaxed two week stay in Villa 4

We were not disappointed, six adults stayed for two weeks early Feb 23. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is gated and very safe with security on site. We stayed in Villa 4, it is a beautiful 2 level villa. You enter into a large living room, comfortably appointed with plenty of room to relax in. You can access the outdoors through several well placed large sliding glass doors, to a lovely seating area. You will find a small two piece washroom off of this room as well. There is a nice dining area that would comfortably seat 8, the kitchen is modern and quite large, we cooked many of our meals here and found it to be stocked with everything required. Off the kitchen is an additional seating area, with access to an outdoor deck where you will find the BBQ and small seating area. The second level has a large beautiful master suite, and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a lovely balcony. The best thing about this place is the manager Pilar, she is amazing!! She chatted with us before we arrived, absolutely a wealth of information to make our trip amazing, she met us on site, made sure we were comfortable. Offered to pick up groceries for us at Costco during our stay which we took her up on, she shared her knowledge and fantastic contacts for all sorts of adventures and services. Pilar stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, an extremely warm welcoming woman. The very best contact was Ricardo who picked us up at the airport and transported us all over the Mayan Riveira he is one of the the kindest gentleman you will meet. We spent two weeks at this Villa and two weeks down by Tulum and he was the best guide for all of us. The outdoors at this property is beautiful as well, lovely gardens, beautiful and well maintained infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the beach is right out front and we spent most days here under the palapas. The beach was kept clean and maintained as well…..sadly due to climate change sargassum seaweed has become a serious problem for the beaches, happily our beach was beautiful!! We definitely recommend this property and Villa for a calm relaxing holiday! Thanks Andrea and family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa!

Beautiful home, beautiful grounds !

This is the second time we have stayed here, property owner Andrea is very great with communications as well as the property manager pillar, she will always answer and questions you have as well as meet you and check in during the stay. She even got us groceries because our flight was delayed!! Absolutely wonderful experience again. The pool area is lovely over looking the beach just steps from the ocean, and a few feet from your villa. The villa itself has absolutely everything you need in regards to cooking, pots pans blender toaster coffee maker etc etc etc Huge beautiful kitchen, our tv stopped working halfway through and it was replaced right away, we also requested a baby gate which was delivered right away. Equipped with a high chair and play pen for your baby! Breathtaking master bedroom and ensuite- the shower is huge! Wonderful bunk bed room perfect for our 4 kids! We stayed with our parents too. Totaling 8 people we fit more than comfortable. Beach toys for the kids, Pool floatys, beach chairs, pool loungers, life jackets, beach towels. Literally everything you need! Just bring yourself your clothes and your food! Puerto Morelos is a wonderful safe community, you can walk to town via the beach, or the streets no issues ! We even walked to the crocodile zoo! 10/10 Recommend staying @ this amazing place!

We had a lovely time in Puerto Morelos and Pilar was an excellent property manager with great communication. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Home is a bit north of town so you will likely want a car. Beautiful grounds, just a few small things with the house (hot water in the shared bathroom upstairs for one example).

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved our quiet getaway, and made use of the pool as often as we were able. The property is a bit of a hike from Puerto Morelos, and if you're planning to explore the Maya Riviera, I'd suggest you either rent a car or ask Pilar (the property caretaker) to hook you up with Ricardo. Both Pilar and Ricardo were spectacular, making sure our visit was an excellent one! If I had *one* suggestion, I think we all would have benefitted from having detailed instructions on how to use/access the many TVs. I am somewhat of a technophile, so I was able to figure it out (for the most part), but for folks who are a little less accustomed to dealing with modern A/V equipment, some instructional materials would have been helpful. What a wonderful trip! Pilar was amazing!

Beautiful place that was a very short walk to the pool and beach. The place is gated so we felt very safe the entire stay. The grounds are kept up very well. Pilar is an Angel, she was very helpful.

So Beautiful

This was an amazing property - such a gorgeous setting, so peaceful with the pool and the beach, and the landscaping was incredible. The house itself was awesome, so much space and worked great for our family of 7 (kids 3-15). Pilar was super helpful and quick to respond. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Lovely Stay in Puerto Morelos

This accommodation is beautiful and in a great location. The house is so spacious and beautifully laid out with a stunning master suite. The proximity to the beach is awesome and the pool area is very peaceful and relaxing. Walk to town along the beach takes about 40 minutes so it’s better if you have a car for this location. You can enjoy a massage right on the beach just down from the property. Only issue for us was that we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful soaker tub in the master suite as there was never enough hot water. Sometimes we had cold showers too and thevdrainage in the upstairs sinks wasn’t good but it was being addressed as we left. Overall an awesome stay,!

A wonderful Christmas stay

The unit within Villas Sole, just north of Puerto Morelos, was beautifully laid out, with plenty of room for our seven family members. We loved the pool and ocean access. The beach walk to downtown Puerto Morelos - or on bikes via back roads - were a pleasant way to work up an appetite for one of the many great restaurants in P.M.

Phenomenal home and setting

This was a property that exceeded our expectations in many ways. The setting is more lovely, peaceful and private than the photos convey. You are on a great stretch of long sandy beach, with some large, nice hotels in each direction, yet when you step off the beach into the villa complex you feel that you have a private compound that is at once personal, private and peaceful. For our family, this was a wonderful place to stay. The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped and a nice balance of private alcoves and rooms, yet a large open floor plan for gatherings. We loved the multiple patios that allowed us to work and read outside while enjoying the ocean breeze. The owner and property manager are also amazing and if you stay here you can be confident that communications will be prompt and clear and that help will be available. It doesn't get better than this.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We loved our stay here. It has a well maintained beach, and a great location between 2 large resorts. Despite being between the resorts, was still exclusive and quiet. I loved the pathway to the pool and enjoyed the beautifully kept grounds. It is large townhome with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is fit for a king! 30- 40 min walk on the beach to town for food or adventures. The property manager, Pilar, was so helpful with names and recommendations. We would definitely come again!
