Casa LUV - Wonderful apartment on the beach

Located in the well know complex CASITA BLANCA, our amazing and newly refurbished apartment it´s ideal for those who love to be close to the sea while having a cozy and relaxed time. The luxury kitchen and wide open living room invite to share and have a great time together. We have cable, dvd and apple tv. Beautiful views to the garden, swimming pool and the sea from the living room. Casita Blanca is a well known apartment complex in with the nicest beach in Puerto Morelos, surely one of the best locations in town. CASA LUV is only 5 min walk to PM downtown. You are gonna love it! ❤

*important notice: in Christmas, New Year and Easter we only rent by week as a minimum time to stay.

"El Puerto" is called our area, and its really only two long streets by the sea in a very nice residential area, where you can walk, bike or move by car safely and find easily good restaurants, nice shops, supermarket, pharmacy and everything you would need during your vacation.

You can park your car outside the property, walking is an option as the downtown is only five min walk and you can go either by the beach or the main street, the are also bike rental options close by.

Guests access:
We have satellite TV and Apple TV in the living room. The laundry, the parking space, the garden, the swimming pool and the beach facilities are common and you can use them whenever they are available/free.

Basic Rules for common areas of Casita Blanca:
1. pool hours are from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM, no music from speakers, use the headphones
2. General Quiet hours for Casita Blanca are from 11:00PM until 8:00AM, be considered of loud voices too.
3. If sitting on balconies or outside areas during those hours, please, keep your voices down
4. Kids under the age of 12 can not ever been in pool without a supervision of adult
5. Read the Pool Rules, placed conveniently beside pool and respect them
6. Because of the constant wind here, doors to condos have a tendency to slam noisily, please, hold the door when closing, do not shut them.
7. If using the BBQ, be there, when using it, clean it after the use and make sure, the main gas is turned off.
8. Washing area is ONLY open for guests from 2 PM until 8 PM. Please take care of the washing machine and dryer, ask if you have doubts or questions of use and clean after you have used the area. Thank you!

*Please note that we are living in a tropical area will all its beauty. However ants and tropical insects also belong to this environment. Please be conscious and always clean up the left overs after eating in the apartment, so we can minimalize the number of these little uninvited guests.
