Holiday Apartment 'Mela' with Balcony and Partial Sea Views

Casa Mela is a spacious 120 m² holiday apartment on the second floor, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. Located in the center of Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, just a 2-3 minute walk from the sea.



The space

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (two with twin beds and one with a double bed), a full bathroom with shower, and a recently renovated living room with new sofas, tables, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.



The balcony

The highlight of the apartment is its large balcony, offering partial sea views—one side has a clear view of the ocean, while the other is partially blocked by a neighboring building. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast with the Canary breeze.



Climate

The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable during Fuerteventura’s warm weather. There is no air conditioning.



About the calima

Due to its proximity to the Sahara, Fuerteventura can experience episodes of calima at certain times of the year, especially between January and March, which may leave some dust on surfaces. This is a natural weather phenomenon in the Canary Islands.
