"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"We had a lovely time. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The property is comfortable and cosy and the proximity to the beach is excellent. Close to the restaurants but not in the midst of the bustle. We loved the pretty garden and outdoor shower."

"War alles super, Wohnung sehr sauber und alles da auch Sonnenschirm, Strandstühle und Poolhandtücher. Sogar Wasserflasche war da, sehr praktisch bei Spätanreise. Gerne wieder"

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Accommodation is in a residential area but not far from the resort amenities with a nice garden. However, it was very cold in the apartment- April -and the very small heater provided is not enough. On contacting the property manager, we were advised to use the sun setting on the air conditioning unit-we couldn't find one. Bedding was cold and clammy and smelled of damp."

"We're just back from spending 2 weeks at Vista Montana - we had a great time. A mix of teenagers, young adults (and a couple of older adults). The photos in the website don't do the villa justice - it's much bigger in real life. It's nice and clean and the pool guy comes every few days to clean it too. There have been a few reviews mentioning the depth of the pool. It is quite deep, but we had a great time - a few floaties and we spent a lot of time playing in the pool. There are plenty sun...

"Ok so let’s look at the positives…the pool and outside area are great. The Villa is set upon a large plot in a pleasant neighbourhood, around 30 minutes fast paced walk from the port itself. There are manicured gardens and a spacious dining table with chairs for al fresco dining but beware, the mozzies lie in wait so do not forget your spray!! Sadly the inside of the villa is in real need of updating. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated and the bedrooms are fairly uninspiring, again...

"Lovely split-level apartment with fantastic views over the bay. We were a party of 6, visiting for a short cycling break. Apartment had everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was faultless. Recommended."

"It was a perfect place to stay with friends who needed level access. It was very clean and well equipped (but no toilet rolls - not good!). It is close to the beach, the bike hire shops and the restaurants. Would we go back? Yes, certainly!"

"A lovely flat in a great location with all the amenities that you need handily placed nearby. An easy 10 minute walk to the main beach and an equally quick walk to the nearby "corner" shop at Gotmar where you can get your fresh bread and pastries. Rooms are all a good size, with air conditioning in bedrooms. Great balcony to dine on. Kitchen has everything you need too"

"Appartement d’en bas était en train d’être démoli. Bruits inacceptables de marteau piqueur et coups de masse pendant nos dix jours. Impossible de profiter de terrasse. Faire une sieste Seulement avertis à l’arrivée. Pas de aide par agent à Mallorca. Propriétaire introuvable. Nous avons envoyé mail sur mail avec photo t vidéo. Sommes restés en protestant et en demandant de changer d’appartement. Nous attendons un remboursent complet"

"Best bits Very good shower, AC, bed and in a Good area. Poor bits External staircase had lots of bird droppings on it. Roof terrace also badly affected by bird droppings Pool was more like a warm bath than a refreshing pool."

"Buena relación calidad-precio. La zona de la piscina es chula. El apartamento es sencillo pero adecuado para estancias medias, con una terracita muy aprovechable. Buen servicio de recepción y opción de tomarte algo en una cafetería dentro del complejo. A mejorar, poner un poco más de menaje, sobre todo una cafetera. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y no suele haber problemas para aparcar en los alrededores. "

"La playa y los supermercados están a 5 minutos en auto. El alojamiento ofrece un servicio de bus charter hasta Puerto Pollença, perfecto para las familias."
