Beautiful experience

Condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The patio, pool and beach were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and in excellent working order. The water in the condo was excellent. Puerta Aventuras was fun and safe and the restaurants were fantastic!

Excellent beachfront condo

This is a wonderful condo, spacious and beachfront. The neighbors were lovely, great location, walking distance to lots of locally owned restaurants. Puerto Adventuras is a low key Mexican beach destination, and we loved it. The owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful, and Anivi helped us with grocery delivery so the condo was stocked before we arrived. Highly recommend! This is an excellent vacation rental.

PA Real Del Mar

This is a beautiful location on the beach. The host - Stephen, handles the process professionally from start to finish. The inside is clean with all updates and conveniences from coffee maker to beach towels. Outside is a perfect spot to relax on the beach, chill out, swim and snorkel. The residents in the building are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay with a great host and I would highly recommend!

Great stay in Puerto

We have been to Puerto many many times and this was the best location so far. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Town was super close, too. Loved that the building only had 8 condos. We were almost always the only ones at the pool and beach. It felt very private. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Fantastic property in every way. Our 2nd stay here it’s just perfect for us. PA is a great vacation spot and everyone is so friendly. The only thing was there was a good bit of sargassum but not anything you can do about it. Didn’t diminish our vacation at all. We will be back maybe later this summer….

From start to finish, the stay was amazing. PA is the cutest little town. The condo has the best location! It’s clean and has everything you could need! Mauricio is the sweetest and seeing him daily put a smile on our face! His family came to cook for us one night! Don’t hesitate to book here! You won’t regret 1 minute or it!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and had so many little details included. The town itself was so friendly and had multiple great restaurants and cute little stores. We loved going around the town on a golf cart. The grocery store was a short cab ride away. The filtered water and ice in the kitchen was fantastic. We loved having a washer and dryer as well. Snorkeling right outside the condo was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

We loved the condo! The views are incredible from the living area and master bedroom. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, the patio and pool were amazing! We sat outside most of the time, super comfortable outdoor furniture. Wifi worked great. Anivi the property manager was great with communication when we needed anything at all and she booked our golf cart and dropped it off. The location of the condo is on the quieter part of the beach and a short walk to restaurants and activities. Stephen was great with communicating with me before our trip and answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay in PA!

We’ve been to Puerto Aventuras multiple times and Real Del Mar is our favorite condo building. Location, beach access, pool, and layout are just the best for what we need. Being in the gated community and renting a golf cart to get around is so stress-free. The property manager, Anivi, is a gem - she was so helpful with grocery orders, birthday cake order, recommendations, etc. The owners for the condo reply quickly and efficiently. It honestly doesn’t get any better than waking from your condo straight to the pool and the beach. Literally just steps away! The condo is completely supplied with everything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t beat the view and great overall location

My husband and I and our two teenage daughters (15&18) stayed here and each daughter brought a friend along. I was worried about having teenage girls in Mexico because I honestly just didn’t know how safe it would be. The community where this condo is felt very safe and I had no issues with the teenagers walking around and exploring the gated village at all. The condo is within walking distance of so many restaurants. We tried a different one every night! As the photos show, there’s no better ocean view that can exist. Owners were super communicative and gave so much helpful information about the region and the condo. I also found Puerto Adventuras to be a perfect location as we enjoyed many of the Xcaret parks. Plus being situated between Tulum and Playa del Carmen was perfect for other day trips, in addition to proximity to many cenotes. The other cities felt chaotic and congested to me but Puerto Adventuras and the area this condo is in just felt like a more relaxed speed.

A lovely view to wake up to every morning.

We were doing our first big family vacation since the pandemic so it was important. Having stayed in PA 8 yrs ago, we already knew it was a wonderful place for young kids. They were teens this time around and it was still lovely. We rented a golf cart for convenience and fun. It was delivered directly to the condo. Palapas, a hammock, beautiful beach, pool & landscaping, plenty of seating - the outdoors could not be better. Inside there’s TV’s & ceiling fans in each room, a modern kitchen, 3 1/2 baths, lots of water toys. The local staff were always very helpful as was the property owner. We were so very fortunate to have a turtle lay her eggs overnight on the beach directly in front of the property and to interact with the wildlife biologists. That was a trip highlight. They’ve promised to keep us updated. Our entire family was extremely happy with both the condo and being back in PA. We should not have taken so long to return.

PERFECT LOCATION

Our stay was perfect! The condo is beautiful, well appointed with all needs and spacious, we only had 5 of us but everyone had plenty of room. The view from the moment you walk up to the condo from inside the condo is breathtaking! And the location cannot be beat, it is a short walk into the Marina with all the restaurants, Dolphins, and shops - we never needed a taxi or cart to get around. We stopped at the grocery store coming in from the airport and then used the market to get any additional needs. Being able to eat and watch dolphins swim/train was our favorite! The beach is very nice and large to walk. The best swimming is just a couple steps away (right in front is a little rocky). It made it easy to swim, snorkel and cool off at any point. Stephen (owner) was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The pool was under construction when we were there and he was very helpful and had great communication with us, along with his property manager - always a quick phone call away. We loved it and the entire family (14 and 20 yr old kids) were able to relax and enjoy the vacation. When we go back to PA we will without a doubt stay at here again!!

Gorgeous

We stayed 7 nights at Real Del Mar in Puerto Adventuras.It was wonderful. This spacious condo was a perfect place for our family aged 6-77yrs old! We are a very active family, and we took advantage of Tulum ruins, different cenotes, and on my birthday, we experienced the dolphins. We loved the convenience of how close Real Del Mar is to the village. We loved the pool and the sea the beach so close. We felt very safe there. The condo itself is beautiful. We loved the outdoor dining table and the covered veranda outside this lovely home. The kitchen has all the gadgets needed to make what every we wanted. Oh, and the filtered water!!!! Thank you for providing filtered, safe, good tasting water both in the kitchen sink and the refrigerator water and ice. That gave us great peace of mind. We found some activities to play with both on the beach, in the pool and even lawn games. We loved the beach towels and found Amazon has them. Aniva is the property manager and is top notch! She addressed even our most menial needs and even found us a cook to come to the condo to cook us a wonderful traditional Yucatan peninsula meal. YUM! Thank you for offering your beautiful home away from home to others. A shout out to the hard work of the landscaper crew. One suggestion to perspective renters, bring water shoes to wear in the shallow rocky bottom water out front of the condo unless your feet are toughened. There is sandy bottom a few yards to the left.

The house is beautiful! The beach is beautiful! The check in and out process is so easy and we had no issues and the host is excellent. Would highly recommend and worth every penny.

Beautiful Place in PA

Stephen's place was beautiful! Nothing beats the incredible views from the patio to the upstairs rooftop view. This 3 bedroom was great and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and a guest bath as well. We will miss the views, especially going into the hallway and feeling the breeze and seeing the beautiful ocean! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Exceeded Expectations

This immaculate property exceeded our expectations! Incredibly well maintained and the location is phenomenal. To drive there is a little out of the way but being steps away from the beach and being able to walk over to the marina in minutes was so great. Golf cart was delivered to us and made it so easy to get around. It really felt like our own private paradise!

One of the best places we stay.

Second year in a row for us. Great house and location. Best beachfront in Puerto Adventuras. We will be back again can’t go wrong here.

Beautiful huge condo

Great property and responsive owner! The condo is huge and quality built with comfortable furnishings and well stocked in every way. Only 3 of 8 units occupied when we were there. Beautiful well kept grounds. We loved the hammock and outdoor seating and table. Great and safe community. As a potential guest, you may want to look into sargassum seaweed and if it is affecting Puerto Aventuras before you go.
