"Incredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath. Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. "

"Room 205 has ro be the worst room without a view ive ever stayed in. The noise from the extraction system was too loud for me to open the window and get some fresh air. I was very disappointed overall. However the bed was comfy and the shower pleasant. The wash hand basin was a bit of a joke being lilliputian and more akin to a tiny loo under the stairs! Breakfast was good and staff pkeasant."

"I'm afraid that we're extremely disappointed with the state if this property. It smells of damp and water ingress everywhere, with stains and skirting hanging off, there's an overpowering smell and generally uncleandownstairs bedroom. I'm not sure how you can charge for this. "

"A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. They have information available for walks in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere, so use the restaurant if here for a night. "
